为了准确可靠地估算永磁同步电动机在低速及零速下的转子位置,提出了一种包含饱和凸极解耦的高频电压注入法.阐述了高频旋转电压注入法检测内嵌式永磁同步电动机转子位置的基本原理,建立了包含饱和凸极等多重凸极的内嵌式永磁同步电动机数学模型,分析了饱和凸极对转子位置估算精度和系统动态特性的影响,研究了饱和凸极的离线测量方法,在此基础上采用查表法解耦饱和凸极,实现了基于高频注入法的内嵌式永磁同步电动机转子位置估算.实验结果表明,所提出的方法在动态和稳态条件下均能有效抑制饱和凸极的影响,准确可靠地估算出转子位置,且对电机参数不敏感,鲁棒性较高. 相似文献

The recurrent modified Elman neural network (NN) controlled a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous generator system, which is driven by wind turbine emulator of a PM synchronous motor servo drive, is developed to regulate output voltage of rectifier (or AC to DC power converter) and inverter (or DC to AC power converter) in this study. First, the wind turbine emulator of a closed loop PM synchronous motor servo drive is designed to produce the maximum power for the PM synchronous generator system. Then, the rotor speed of the PM synchronous generator, the output DC bus voltage and current of the rectifier are detected simultaneously to yield maximum power output of the rectifier through DC bus power control. Because the PM synchronous generator system is a nonlinear and time varying dynamic system, the online training recurrent modified Elman NN control system is developed to regulate DC bus voltage of the rectifier and AC line voltage of the inverter in order to improve the control performance. Furthermore, the online training recurrent modified Elman NN control system with the variable learning rate is derived based on Lyapunov stability theorem, so that the stability of the system can be guaranteed. Finally, some experimental results are verified to show the effectiveness of the proposed recurrent modified Elman NN controlled PM synchronous generator system. 相似文献

为了进一步提高滑模控制系统的控制性能,提出了混合非奇异终端滑模控制(hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding mode,HNTSM)策略,该控制策略结合线性滑模与非奇异终端滑模(nonsingular terminal sliding mode,NTSM)的优点,提高了系统状态的收敛速度,实现了状态变量的全局快速收敛,并设计控制函数,解决了终端滑模的奇异性问题。应用该方法设计永磁同步电动机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)混合非奇异终端滑模速度控制器,并与PI调节器进行了仿真与实验对比。仿真和实验结果表明,该速度控制器能够有效地提高系统的静态、动态特性与鲁棒性。 相似文献

This paper presents the design of a novel nonlinear position controller for an interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) servo drive. The motor model equations provide the basis for the proposed controller, which is designed with the adaptive backstepping technique. Various system uncertainties, particularly mechanical-parameter uncertainties, are incorporated in the design of the controller. Using Lyapunov's stability theory, it is verified that the control variables are asymptotically stable. The complete drive system is then simulated with MATLAB/Simulink software. Performance of the proposed adaptive-backstepping-based nonlinear position controller (ABNPC) is investigated under different dynamic operating conditions such as step changes in command positions, step changes in load, and parameter variations. The results indicate that the proposed ABNPC-based IPMSM drive could be a candidate for real-time industrial servo motor drive applications. 相似文献
