为了提高航空遥感用三轴惯性稳定平台(inertially stabilized platform,ISP)框架角位置伺服精度,需要实现对ISP框架相对角速度的实时、高精度测量.为此,提出了一种基于非线性跟踪微分器(nonlinear tracking differentiator,NTD)获得ISP框架相对角速度的方法.并且,为了精确获取NTD算法中的参数,提出了一种NTD参数整定方法.在此基础上,结合ISP的控制系统,完成了ISP用NTD的设计.实验结果表明,与传统基于位置信号的测速法相比,该方法可有效抑制测量噪声,提高框架速率环控制精度,并将ISP框架的角位置伺服精度由原来的±0.015°提升至±0.002°.实验结果验证了该方法的可行性,为基于NTD的速度测量方法的工程应用提供了参考.  相似文献

A compound scheme is proposed to compensate the effect of nonlinear friction disturbance on the control precision of a three-axis inertially stabilized platform (ISP) for aerial remote sensing applications. The scheme consists of friction parameters identification and adaptive compensation. A LuGre model-based ISP friction model is first developed. Then, a comprehensive experimental scheme is proposed to obtain the static friction parameters. Further, the dynamic parameters are identified by experiments and dynamic optimization. On the basis of identified parameters and Lyapunov stability theory, a backstepping integral adaptive compensator is designed to compensate the nonlinear friction disturbance. Simulations and experiments are carried out to validate the scheme. The results show that the compound scheme can accurately obtain the friction parameters and improve the control precision and stability of ISP.  相似文献

The Image sensor needs various image processing by Image Signal Processor(ISP)to improve image quality.Conventional cameras have their own software ISP functions to perform in PC instead of using commercial ISP chips.However these methods have problems such as large computation for image processing.In this paper,th authors proposed ISP that significantly reduced chip area by efficiently sharing of hardware and software.Large operation blocks are designed to hardware for high performances,and hardware is imployed simultaneously with software considering the size of the hardware.The implemented ISP can process Video Graphics Array(VGA)(640480)images and has 91 450 gates size in 0.35 μm process.  相似文献

In order to optimize the blanking processes, it is important to identify the conditions within the deforming workpiece which may lead to fracture initiation and propagation. Within this framework, numerical simulations are widely used in industries to optimize sheet metal forming processes. However, in order to have a confidence in the results of such simulations, an accurate material model is required. The accuracy of a material model is affected by the constitutive equations and the values of the material parameters. In order to reduce the danger of fracture of metal parts during manufacturing processes, advanced optimal design requires knowledge of critical values of some fracture criteria of the material used. Experimental identification of fracture criteria are currently obtained by performing several complicated tests and long duration of experiments.This study presents a computation methodology allowing for the identification of critical values of fracture criteria in order to simulate crack initiation and propagation generated by shearing mechanisms, which are needed for metal blanking processes simulation. The approach is based on inverse technique using circular blanking experiments and finite element calibration model. The critical values of fracture criteria are obtained in such a way that the finite element force–penetration predicted curve fit the experimental plot deduced from blanking tests. The numerical results obtained by the simulation were compared with experimental ones to verify the validity of the proposed technique for fracture criteria identification.  相似文献

An ion sensitive probe (ISP) is developed as a robust diagnostic for measuring plasma potentials (Φ(P)) in magnetized plasmas. The ISP relies on the large difference between the ion and electron gyroradii (ρ(i)/ρ(e)~60) to reduce the electron collection at a collector recessed behind a separately biased wall distance ~ρ(i). We develop a new ISP method to measure the plasma potential that is independent of the precise position and shape of the collector. Φ(P) is found as the wall potential when charged current to the probe collector vanishes during the voltage sweep. The plasma potentials obtained from the ISP match Φ(P) measured with an emissive probe over a wide range of plasma conditions in a small magnetized plasma.  相似文献
