针对深水多波束测深数据的特点和实时显控的需求,提出了一种通过内存缓存技术以队列方式有效组织多Ping海底测深数据,采用局部更新技术提高数据更新效率,利用查表方法减少顶点高程赋色计算代价,进而结合VBO技术加速渲染过程的实时多波束海底地形探测数据三维瀑布图快速绘制方法,并在三维瀑布图实时绘制过程中实现了支持平移、旋转和缩放等交互操作。对实际多波束海底地形探测数据实时绘制的实验结果表明,该方法高效、稳定、光照效果佳,能很好地满足多波束海底地形探测数据的实时显控需求。  相似文献

为了实现非限制环境中水下机器人基于视频图像的水下鱼类目标快速检测,提出基于改进YOLO和迁移学习的水下鱼类目标实时检测算法.针对YOLO网络的不足,设计适合水下机器人嵌入式系统计算能力的精简YOLO网络(Underwater-YOLO).利用迁移学习方法训练Underwater-YOLO网络,克服海底鱼类已知样本集有限的限制.利用基于限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化的水下图像增强预处理算法,克服水下图像的降质问题.利用基于帧间图像结构相似度的选择性网络前向计算策略,提高视频帧检测速率.实验表明,文中算法能实现在非限制环境下海底鱼类目标的实时检测.相比YOLO,文中算法对海底鱼类小目标和重叠目标具有更好的检测性能.  相似文献

针对海底地形匹配辅助导航系统中需要多路数据同步接收、匹配结果实时回传的特点,设计了基于DSP和FPGA的多通道实时地形匹配辅助导航系统。该系统通过高性能通用DSP芯片实现实时海底地形匹配算法,通过基于FP-GA的SOPC技术实现多通道数据通信接口和数据流控制,具有电路结构简单、对外接口灵活、功能易于扩展、系统结构可重配置的优点。软件仿真和现场试验结果表明,该系统能够良好的满足水下潜器对于海底地形匹配导航系统的实时性、稳定性、扩展性和体积功耗等方面的要求,具有良好的工程应用前景。  相似文献

海底场景的仿真对于动画游戏、海洋勘测、航海驾驶、灾害救援等有着重要的应用意义。由于涉及更加复杂的海水与光线、地形等的交互,海底场景中的复杂刻蚀、光束、散射等效果是实时绘制海底场景的难点。基于海底环境的物理机理,首先提出基于线框绘制模式结合高斯滤波的方法来模拟精细的刻蚀效果,采用贴近真实的散射相位函数计算海底散射来模拟水下海水颜色,采用柱面组织的光束算法来模拟海底光线效果,并进一步给出一种基于空间划分的海底场景绘制优化方案,最后基于GPU加速技术实现了不同情况下的真实感海底场景的实时绘制。  相似文献

海底观测网通过光电复合缆为运行于海底的各种物理、化学、地质、生物等传感器提供连续电能和数据带宽,是近几年海洋科学研究的新的重要手段。介绍了中国科学院重大科技基础设施预先研究项目——南海海底观测示范网控制系统的整体结构、硬件及软件系统设计。经过水池试验表明:研究的控制系统能够实现视频、控制命令等信息通过光纤以太网的实时双向传输,能够实现对电能质量指标和绝缘、漏水等安全指标的实时监控,能够实现故障的智能处理,满足设计要求。  相似文献

The reliability of drop formation is one of the key factors for the successful commercialization of inkjet printing applications. However, when the air bubble is entrapped from the nozzle exit, it leads to stop jetting of the droplets immediately. It has been known that the trapped air bubbles inside the chamber prevent a printhead from stable jetting. In this study the synchrotron X-ray has been used to visualize the air bubbles in the flow field inside of the printhead undergoing the standard jetting with the firing frequency of 1–20 kHz. An air pocket of bubble was formed repeatedly and reproduced well through the tested printheads at a certain jetting condition. To see the effects of the bubbles on the dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric printheads, the piezoelectric velocity on the top of the pressure chamber was measured with a laser vibrometer. When the bubble was trapped at the nozzle exit orifice, the piezo velocity signals showed significantly different frequency peaks appearing in the spectrum and the high frequency components were identified with the frequency response measurements.  相似文献

Micro liquid jetting technology is widely used in the field of electronic packaging. This paper presents a bond-graph model of a piezostack driven jetting dispenser that can dispense adhesive fluids accurately, rapidly, and flexibly. After describing the structural components and operating principles of the dispenser, the bond-graph model for the system is derived by integrating the electromechanical model with the fluid model. In the bond-graph model, the lumped parameter method is employed to obtain the conceptual bond-graph elements of the adhesive in the channels. Based on the proposed model, the jetting dispenser is designed and manufactured, and its performance is then evaluated through both computer simulations and experiments. Further simulation studies about the working properties based on the bond-graph model is carried out.  相似文献

The printing quality delivered by a drop-on-demand (DoD) inkjet printhead is limited due to the residual oscillations in the ink channel. The maximal jetting frequency of a DoD inkjet printhead can be increased by quickly damping the residual oscillations and by bringing in this way the ink channel to rest after jetting the ink drop. This paper proposes an optimization-based method to design the input actuation waveform for the piezo actuator in order to improve the damping of the residual oscillations. A discrete-time transfer function derived from the narrow-gap model is used to predict the response of the ink channel under the application of the piezo input. Simulation and experimental results are presented to show the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper discusses the development of a sensing and feedback-feedforward control system for Electrohydrodynamic jet (E-jet) printing. E-jet printing is a nano-manufacturing process that uses electric field induced fluid jet printing through nano-scale nozzles for achieving better control and resolution than traditional jet printing processes. The printing process is controlled by changing the voltage potential between the nozzle and the substrate. However, it is difficult to maintain constant operating conditions such as standoff height during a run of the printing process. The change in operating conditions results in fluctuating jet frequency and droplet diameter. For stabilizing the jetting frequency across a single run, a two degree of freedom (2 DOF) control algorithm is implemented. The feedforward voltage signal is used to compensate for repeatable changes in the operating conditions and is obtained using an Iterative Learning Control (ILC) algorithm. The feedback controller compensates for uncertainty in jetting operating conditions. The jetting frequency is determined in real time by recording electric current pulses when ink droplets are released from the nozzle. This frequency measurement is then used to control the voltage profile across a run to compensate for changing operating conditions. Experimental results are presented to validate the proposed control method.  相似文献

We quantitatively characterize the perturbed droplet generation in co-flow microfluidics with mechanical vibration by estimating the fluctuations in the flow rate of inner fluid. We show the variation of generation frequency and uniformity of droplets as the frequency and amplitude of vibration. Synchronized droplet generation occurs in certain range of the vibration frequency that is predicted by our model. Besides, we scale the droplet size by incorporating the effects of vibration, inner and outer flows. The vibration is found to be capable of promoting the dripping, suppressing the jetting and even shifting the jetting into the dripping when the jet length is sufficiently short. The delayed dripping–jetting transition is characterized in a phase diagram by taking vibration into consideration. Our results unveil the mechanism of mechanically perturbed droplet generation and provide valuable guidelines for practical applications of vibration-enhanced droplet generation.  相似文献
