在工作流管理联盟的参考模型基础上,设计了一种适用于高校办公系统的工作流管理系统模型,该模型利用统一的公共平台将办公系统与各业务系统相集成,实现了跨系统的流程整合。并参考国内外权限管理模型,提出并实现了一个通用的高校办公系统权限管理模型,通过引入以部门和职务为基础的层次角色关系,解决了权限管理实际操作中角色定义不方便、授权过程难理解且烦琐的问题,更加适合高校管理需要和应用系统开发需求。 相似文献

根据学校办公的要求,通过对开源工作流系统uEngine进行分析,开发了一套基于J2EE的工作流办公系统.从系统的建设目标出发,介绍了系统框架及工作流的概念,在此基础上提出基于工作流办公系统的总体设计方案,利用图形化组件建立流程模型,设置角色动态绑定机制,并通过E-Mail与短信结合方式发送给指定的对象.最后以会议申请流为例,详细介绍了该流程的设计实现. 相似文献

Process modeling is an important design practice in organizational improvement projects. In this paper, we examine the design of business process diagrams in contexts where novice analysts only have basic design tools such as paper and pencils available, and little to no understanding of formalized modeling approaches. Based on a quasi-experimental study with 89 BPM students, we identify five distinct process design archetypes ranging from textual to hybrid and graphical representation forms. We examine the quality of the designs and identify which representation formats enable an analyst to articulate business rules, states, events, activities, temporal and geospatial information in a process model. We found that the quality of the process designs decreases with the increased use of graphics and that hybrid designs featuring appropriate text labels and abstract graphical forms appear well-suited to describe business processes. We further examine how process design preferences predict formalized process modeling ability. Our research has implications for practical process design work in industry as well as for academic curricula on process design. 相似文献

Today's business enterprises must deal with global competition, reduce the cost of doing business, and rapidly develop new services and products. To address these requirements enterprises must constantly reconsider and optimize the way they do business and change their information systems and applications to support evolving business processes. Workflow technology facilitates these by providing methodologies and software to support (i) business process modeling to capture business processes as workflow specifications, (ii) business process reengineering to optimize specified processes, and (iii) workflow automation to generate workflow implementations from workflow specifications. This paper provides a high-level overview of the current workflow management methodologies and software products. In addition, we discuss the infrastructure technologies that can address the limitations of current commercial workflow technology and extend the scope and mission of workflow management systems to support increased workflow automation in complex real-world environments involving heterogeneous, autonomous, and distributed information systems. In particular, we discuss how distributed object management and customized transaction management can support further advances in the commercial state of the art in this area.

为提高工作流系统的适应性和可维护性,提出了一种可重构的工作流执行模型。该模型面向活动行为的相异性和动态性,把活动状态作为描述过程状态的特征,给出了过程状态的形式化定义,建立了过程状态间的层次化关系与优先级关系。在该基础上,严格地给出了基于基本特征集和基于相容特征集的过程状态精化方法,设计了自动生成过程状态转移关系的算法。最后,结合实际应用讨论了一种基于规则的执行模型可重构性实现方法。应用该方法能够提高工作流管理系统适应企业业务过程需求快速变化的能力。 相似文献

A continuous evolution of business process parameters, constraints and needs, hardly foreseeable initially, requires a continuous
design from the business process management systems. In this article we are interested in developing a reactive design through
process log analysis ensuring process re-engineering and execution reliability. We propose to analyse workflow logs to discover
workflow transactional behaviour and to subsequently improve and correct related recovery mechanisms. Our approach starts
by collecting workflow logs. Then, we build, by statistical analysis techniques, an intermediate representation specifying
elementary dependencies between activities. These dependencies are refined to mine the transactional workflow model. The analysis
of the discrepancies between the discovered model and the initially designed model enables us to detect design gaps, concerning
particularly the recovery mechanisms. Thus, based on this mining step, we apply a set of rules on the initially designed workflow
to improve workflow reliability.

Simulation is widely used as a tool for analyzing business processes but is mostly focused on examining abstract steady-state situations. Such analyses are helpful for the initial design of a business process but are less suitable for operational decision making and continuous improvement. Here we describe a simulation system for operational decision support in the context of workflow management. To do this we exploit not only the workflow’s design, but also use logged data describing the system’s observed historic behavior, and incorporate information extracted about the current state of the workflow. Making use of actual data capturing the current state and historic information allows our simulations to accurately predict potential near-future behaviors for different scenarios. The approach is supported by a practical toolset which combines and extends the workflow management system YAWL and the process mining framework ProM. 相似文献
