针对分散式虚拟分析测试中心的构成与接口规范,以及服务平台与资源共享等关键问题开展了研究。提出一种基于IML-VXI规范的BMSDA5层逻辑结构虚拟分析测试中心设计方案,并介绍了实现原理、相关技术和IML-VXI规范。最后结合实验网络,以实例验证了方案的可行性。 相似文献

在2006年由中国分析测试协会主办、《化学试剂》编辑部承办的第一届“全国试剂与应用技术交流会”上,针对试剂与应用测试技术方面进行了专家演讲、综合交流,取得了良好的效果。为进一步提高试剂与应用技术的研究水平,挖掘资源,进一步推动产、学、研、销、用的紧密结合,促进全国分析测试事业的发展。中国分析测试协会定于2007年8月13日-17日在新疆乌鲁木齐市召开第二届“全国试剂与应用技术交流会”。会议由中国分析测试协会主办、北京理化分析测试技术学会承办,《化学试剂》、《分析测试学报》协办。会议期间还将请科技部等有关部门领导、院士、专家、学者作专题报告,会上交流的优秀论文将推荐发表在有关杂志上。 相似文献

To protect the homeland from terrorist attacks employing explosive devices, revolutionary advances across a wide range of
technologies are required. Inspired by recent advances in near-space (defined as the region between 20 km and 100 km), this
paper proposes a new passive radar system using opportunistic transmitter as an illuminator and near-space platform as a receiver.
This concept differs substantially from current radars. This system can be operated as a passive bistatic or multistatic radar
and hence largely immune to jamming. By placing the receiver in near-space platforms, many functions that are currently performed
with satellites or airplanes could be performed much more cheaply and with much greater operational utility. These advantages
make near-space passive attractive for a variety of applications, many of which fit well with the needs of homeland security.
This paper details the role of near-space passive radar as sensor system that can support homeland security applications.
The strengths and weakness of near-space passive radar, compared to current spaceborne and airborne radars, are detailed.
The signal models and processing algorithms for near-space passive radar are provided. It is shown that the use of cost effective
near-space platforms can provide the solutions that were previously thought to be out of reach to remote sensing and government

Image encryption is a challenging task due to the significant level of sophistication achieved by forgerers and other cybercriminals. Advanced encryption methods for secure transmission, storage, and retrieval of digital images are increasingly needed for a number of military, medical, homeland security, and other applications. In this paper, we introduce a new digital image encryption algorithm. The new algorithm employs multiple chaotic systems and cryptographic primitive operations within the encryption process, which are efficiently implemented on modern processors, and adopts round keys for encryption using a chaotic map. Experiments conducted show that the proposed algorithm possesses robust security features such as fairly uniform distribution, high sensitivity to both keys and plainimages, almost ideal entropy, and the ability to highly de-correlate adjacent pixels in the cipherimages. Furthermore, it has a large key space, which greatly increases its security for image encryption applications. 相似文献

Explosive trace detection (ETD) continues to be a key technology supporting the fight against terrorist bombing threats. Very selective and sensitive ETD instruments have been developed to detect explosive threats concealed on personnel, in vehicles, in luggage, and in cargo containers, as well as for forensic analysis (e.g. post blast inspection, bomb-maker identification, etc.) in a broad range of homeland security, law enforcement, and military applications. A number of recent studies have highlighted the fact that significant improvements in ETD systems’ capabilities will be achieved, not by increasing the selectivity/sensitivity of the sensors, but by improved techniques for particle/vapor sampling, pre-concentration, and transport to the sensors. This review article represents a compilation of studies focused on characterizing the adhesive properties of explosive particles, the methodologies for removing/desorbing these particles from a range of surfaces, and approaches for transporting them to the instrument. The objectives of this review are to summarize fundamental work in explosive particle characterization, to describe experimental work performed in harvesting and transport of these particles, and to highlight those approaches that indicate high potential for improving ETD capabilities. 相似文献
