The automotive industry is seeking new concepts for a continuously variable transmission (CVT) in the driveline. One possible solution for a CVT design is half toroidal traction drive, providing a high torque capacity with quick ratio change. An analytical study on the contact points of the half toroidal CVT has been detailed. The shapes of the contact areas among the input disk, power roller and output disk are considered ellipses. Mathematical equations for estimating the torque capacity, power loss due to spin action, and contact efficiency of the elliptical contacts of the half toroidal CVT are formulated and expressed in the form of integrals which can be readily evaluated by numerical scheme. The contact efficiency calculations of the half toroidal CVT have been developed for the proper spin point locations under the effect of system parameters. Multi-point stretch forming (MPSF) technology is a flexible forming method, and it eliminates the need to the traditional fixed shaped-stretching die and, therefore, is a suitable method for forming small batch quantities of aircraft outer skin parts. Multi-point stretch die (MPSD) is composed of a punch element matrix, the size of punch elements and the radius of the hemispherical end of elements are the two important geometrical parameters of MPSD and they are major factors to influence the shape accuracy of MPSF parts. The smaller size of punch elements makes the punch element number of MPSD larger in the same area. MPSDs with different element numbers and different hemispherical end radii are used for stretch spherical and toroidal saddle-shaped parts. The dimples and the shape error of MPSF parts were analyzed, and the results show the influences of punch element number and element hemispherical end radius on forming results. MPSF tests show that the forming effect of MPSF is excellent. 相似文献

内斜齿的插削让刀干涉一直是困扰内齿圈设计和加工的技术瓶颈。要解决让刀干涉问题,在设计时应考虑插齿退刀干涉的工艺性,加工时通过调整刀具和切削参数来消除退刀干涉。本文研究了插齿刀回程间隙的算法和切削仿真的思路,编写了让刀干涉曲线图和任意截面的内齿插削仿真软件。干涉曲线图可用来判断产品参数是否有好的工艺性及读取合理的主轴偏置和首刀切深,仿真软件可在选定偏置参数下模拟切削过程并验证是否存在干涉。 相似文献

针对提出的新型机电集成超环面传动,建立了机电耦合动力学模型,推导了速度传递函数。设计了两组独立参数的二自由度(TDF)控制器,得到理想的响应特性,消除了系统稳态误差。分析了该传动特有的输出扰动规律,为消除扰动对控制系统的不利影响,求得了补偿电压。研究结果证明了控制器和补偿电压的有效性,对该种新型传动的实际应用具有指导意义。 相似文献

为了研究磁流体润滑油膜轴承内磁场的分布情况,分别通过永磁铁、螺线管及亥姆赫兹线圈对其施加3种不同形式的外磁场。通过磁场二维实体有限元模型的数值仿真,分析在3种模型下磁流体润滑油膜轴承的磁场分布特性,并比较磁场在油膜区的分布情况。结果表明,永磁铁模型的磁场主要分布在永磁铁、油膜、轴承座以及靠近磁铁的轧辊部分,螺线管模型的磁场主要分布在油膜、轴承座以及靠近磁铁的轧辊部分,亥姆霍兹线圈模型的磁场主要分布在线圈以及油膜的端部;3种模型在油膜区磁场分布沿轴向均呈现中间小、两端大的不均匀现象,且具有端部效应;永磁铁模型和螺线管模型在油膜区磁场沿径向分布均匀,亥姆霍兹线圈模型沿径向分布不均匀。 相似文献

为探究端壁造型对涡轮动叶气动性能及流场特性的影响,分析非轴对称端壁造型对涡轮转子叶片的压差作用,开展基于非轴对称端壁造型的理论研究,提出一种涡轮动叶轮毂上凸、下凹的造型方案,研究非轴对称端壁造型对涡轮流场二次流损失的影响。数值模拟分析表明:非轴对称端壁造型对减小横向压差具有重要作用,在动叶轮毂鞍点处进行非轴对称端壁造型,比在通道内造型效果更好;涡轮动叶下端壁不同区间造型可有效降低涡轮动叶通道内的二次流流动损失,使用非轴对称端壁造型方法可有效地减小动叶出口总压损失系数0.132 2%。 相似文献

在分析环面型无级变速器(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)的速比变化、接触参数基础上,提出以考虑环面半径最小和在整个传动比范围内平均传动效率最大为追求目标的多目标优化设计,并以膜厚比、接触强度以及不干涉等为约束条件,建立环面无级变速器结构参数优化设计数学模型.求解时,以多目标优化法中的乘除法建立评价函数,用Matlab软件中基于二次序列规划(Sequential quadratic programming,SQP)优化算法的Fmincon函数对优化数学模型进行求解.分析实例表明,优化后环面半径、环腔半径减小,CVT体积更小,结构更紧凑,传动效率明显提高.该优化设计方法能够有效提高环面型无级变速器的综合性能. 相似文献
