设计开发了一个光纤气敏传感检测系统,可用于大气及水质环境中NH3/NH+4的检测。其探头结构采用溴白里酚蓝+氯化铵内充液型,仅用一套系统(包括一套光路、电路系统)即可检测不同的分析参数。整个系统体积小,价格低廉,性能稳定,检测灵敏度达到甚至超过了采用复杂仪器结构的光纤传感器。系统对水中NH+4的检测限为2μmol/L,换算成NH3浓度,则检测限达nM级。 相似文献

目的:观察前部缺血性视神经病变的视野检查和眼底荧光血管造影等特征,探讨其对前部缺血性视神经病变的临床应用价值。方法:对58例(58眼)前部缺血性视神经病变的视野和眼底荧光血管造影的图像进行分析。结果:眼底表现以视盘苍白水肿为最常见。视野主要表现为与生理盲点相连的象限性、相对性或绝对性缺损,其中上方缺损9眼(占15.5%),下方缺损21眼(占36.2%)。大部分36眼(62.1%)眼底荧光血管造影表现为早期视盘缺血区弱荧光,晚期荧光增强。结论:本组病例42只眼(占72.4%)仅依靠眼底荧光血管造影表现可以确定视盘缺血的部位,16只眼(占27.6%)视盘缺血部位的确定需要结合视野检查结果。因此,视野检查结合眼底荧光血管造影可提高前部缺血性视神经病变的诊断率。 相似文献

Photographs of the optic nerve head (optic disc) in the eye are used for the clinical assessment of the disease glaucoma. These images are usually subjectively assessed by a clinician. A case of Sturge-Weber Syndrome which includes glaucoma as a symptom, is presented here. Narrowing of the rim of the optic disc was measured using custom-made measurement software confirming glaucomatous progression. To maximize the information obtained from optic disc images, low cost software can assist with quantifying disc parameters aiding clinical interpretation. 相似文献

Two female pediatric patients suddenly presented bilateral optic neuritis after administration of trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine.Methods
These two patients and another 11 patients with central nervous system demyelinating diseases were examined these anti-phospholipids antibodies. And immune histopathology was examined using serum derived from a patient with optic neuritis.Results
High serum titer of anti-phosphatidylcholine antibody levels were detected during acute phase in patients with optic neuritis. The patient's serum IgG antibodies were found to have stained the capillary endotheliums in the preserved autopsied optic nerve. Patients with optic neuritis had significantly elevated serum levels of anti-phosphatidylcholine antibody in comparison to the other patients without optic neuritis.Conclusion
Anti-phosphatidylcholine antibodies may be one of the causes of optic neuritis. 相似文献17.

Two women aged 48 and 73 years, respectively, presented with unilateral visual disturbance. On admission, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed an extraaxial mass in the parasellar region. Contrast-enhanced fast imaging with steady-state acquisition (CE-FIESTA) showed that the optic nerves were compressed and encased by the tumors. At an early stage of surgery, we performed decompression of the optic nerves to avoid optic nerve injury. Both the patients were relieved of visual disturbances without any postoperative neurological deficit. In conclusion, CE-FIESTA is a useful diagnostic tool for preoperative evaluation of the optic nerves in patients with skull base meningiomas. Decompression of the optic nerves should be performed at an early stage of surgery in meningioma patients presenting with visual disturbance. 相似文献

Two women presented at our clinic with vision blurring following Varicella zoster virus (VZV) vaccination, 3 weeks and 1 week ago. Ophthalmologic examination and magnetic resonance imaging revealed bilateral and unilateral optic neuritis, respectively. One patient had a history of optic neuritis in the fellow eye 33 years ago without recurrence since then. Both patients completely recovered after treatment with high dose intravenous methylprednisolone followed by a tapered dose of oral prednisolone. A case of optic neuropathy induced by thinner sniffing is reported. A 17-year-old girl, who had been sniffing a lacquer thinner for three months, suffered acute blindness followed by optic atrophy. Brain computed tomography revealed symmetrical low attenuation areas in the bilateral putamen. An analysis of the thinner by gas chromatography showed that its major components in a vaporized state were methyl alcohol and metyhl acetate. The optic neuropathy was induced by these solvents. In the diagnosis of the intoxication of mixed organic solvents, the measurement of each solvent in its vapor phase is considered to be quite important. 相似文献
