基于DEA方法的全要素能源效率分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
数据包络分析(DEA)是以相对效率概念为基础发展起来的一种效率评价方法,它可对同一类型的各决策单元的相对有效性进行评定和排序.采用DEA方法,以能源消费量、劳动力、资本存量为输入指标,以GDP产出为输出指标,分析1996~2006年北京市全要素能源效率问题.在实证研究的基础上,建议推进技术进步、加快产业结构及产品结构的调整、大力发展清洁优质能源以及改革能源价格形成机制,以有效提升北京市能效水平. 相似文献

传统的单要素电耗强度指标,不能很好地反映真实的电能效率,因此,采用DEA方法,测算了1998—2007年中国33个工业行业的全要素电力能源利用效率;利用Tobit模型分析了电能利用效率的影响因素。实证结果表明:中国工业行业电能利用效率普遍偏低,在样本期内没有明显地收敛趋势。行业结构、技术进步与电能效率正相关,行业集中度、电力价格与电能效率负相关,产权结构的影响则呈现出波动特征。优化行业结构、推动技术进步、保持行业适度竞争、深化电价改革有助于工业电能效率的提高。 相似文献

从电力弹性系数、电能生产对需求的满足程度、电能消费结构以及电能效率四个方面对北京市的电能消费现状进行分析;在此基础上,利用完全因素分解法对北京电能消费效率进行研究,结果表明北京市电能效率的提升主要依赖第二产业以及各产业电能效率的带动;最后,利用LMDI Ⅰ对北京电能的需求进行分解,测算结果表明北京电能需求的增长主要归因于经济规模的扩大. 相似文献

在全要素能源效率框架下建立超效率DEA模型,对河北省13家大型火电企业的全要素能源效率进行了测算和排序,分析了各企业的节能空间,同时基于Malmquist指数对各企业在2009—2011年间的效率变动进行了测算和分解。结果表明:样本期间河北省13家火电企业全要素能源效率稳步提升,但企业间效率差距逐渐加大;火电企业的节能潜力较大,在现有技术水平下,各企业平均每年能源消耗仍有10%以上的可降空间;Malmquist指数分解结果表明技术进步是推动全要素能源效率上升的主导力量。在实证分析的基础上,对提升火电企业的能效水平提出了政策建议。 相似文献

The problem of the increment of the equivalent efficiency of the huge electric motors family is very far from losing its increasing social importance [1]. We first refer to the natural ambition people have to increase the world's life quality. This is deeply dependent on the amount of the electrical energy at disposal per inhabitant, which is also strictly connected to the utilization of electric motors [2] (see Figure 1). In fact, such a parameter can be considered as a sort of "well-being" index, where more disposal of electric energy may allow for more richness and life quality. In Figure 1, the energy consumed per inhabitant per year is reported as a function of an index depending on the personal income; the results are sorted by nations and by continents. The diagrams clearly suggest that the gross domestic product (GDP) increment of a country is in correlation with the increase of the electric energy consumption (2006). 相似文献

In this paper, an algorithm is presented to obtain the parameters of reward and penalty schemes (RPSs) for each electric company using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This algorithm is based on reliability indices and customers’ value of interruptions. The companies’ efficiency scores are calculated using a DEA methodology. The companies’ efficiency scores are based on their performance in quality and the best performer is utilized as a benchmark for other companies. DEA efficiency score and historical quality level are used to set a quality target for each electric distribution company. In this algorithm more than one reliability index can be included in RPS and weighting value for each reliability index is calculated based on their impacts on the customers. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated in a case study to design RPS for Iranian electricity distribution companies. The results of the algorithm include DEA efficiency score, parameters of RPS and weighting value for each reliability index. 相似文献

The possibilities of applying statistical methods to analyze the consumption of electric energy by budget organizations and control energy efficiency are studied. Statistical methods are used to consider the influence of the season and climatic conditions on consumption of electric energy, which allowed a simulation model to be created of electric-energy consumption for illumination and other needs according to data of devices considering only the total consumption of electric energy by all groups of consumers. The change in monthly consumption of electric energy within a year is a stochastic value depending on the duration of light in a day and other factors. The statistical characteristics of the monthly consumption of electric energy by individual buildings of Chuvash State University are determined. Dispersion analysis shows that distribution of the values of the monthly electric-energy consumptions by most buildings corresponds to the normal law. The correlation between the monthly electric-energy consumption and duration of light in a day permitted one to carry out a regression analysis and determine the actual average power of the lighting system and actual average power of the rest of the energy consumption of each facility. The results of the statistical analysis make it possible to compile the electric-energy consumption balance, predict electric-energy consumption by the different group of consumers, estimate the efficiency of energy-saving measures, and obtain the data necessary to fill in energy declarations and energy-performance certificates. 相似文献
