The dynamic response of a flexible spinning vehicle with the varying thrust was investigated. The varying thrustwas modeled as a series of simple harmonic components superimposed on a constant thrust. The analytical solutions forlongitudinal motion were obtained by combining the motion equations and boundary conditions, and then, the transversebending of rocket was examined solved by considering a coupled forcing vibration with varying parameters. Numericalsolutions for a rocket with end-varying thrust were studied. It is shown that the lateral vibrations and motion attitudes ofrocket depend on the frequencies of varying thrust to great extent, and an important phenomenon, beating, maybe take place.The proposed approach is more accurate and efficient in comparison to those standard numerical techniques.  相似文献

研究目的:扩展动力学模型的分析频域,建立能考虑轮对柔性的车辆轨道耦合动力学系统模型,为研究轮轨磨耗的形成和发展以及轮轨噪声的来源提供基础。创新要点:利用欧拉梁横向弯曲模型,建立轮轴在垂直于轨道平面和平行于轨道平面内的弯曲振动模型;建立考虑轮轴弯曲的轮对模型与轮轨接触模块之间的耦合关系,进而研究轮轨接触行为受轮轴弯曲变形的影响。研究方法:1.把轮轴模拟为欧拉梁,左右车轮模拟为固结于轮轴上的质量块;2.假设左右车轮始终垂直于轮轴,引入虚拟的两个半边刚性轮对模型,建立轮轨接触模型和柔性轮对耦合的关系;3.基于多刚体车辆.轨道耦合动力学模型,利用以上柔性轮对模型和此耦合关系,建立考虑轮轴柔性的车辆一轨道耦合动力学模型。重要结论:1.建立的刚柔耦合的车辆.轨道耦合动力学模型能够有效地描述轮轴弯曲对轮轨接触行为的影响;2.在0-150Hz的随机不平顺激励下,多刚体模型和考虑轮对柔性的模型受到的轮轨力和轮轨接触点轨迹不同;这主要是由第1阶弯曲模态被激发导致。  相似文献

In this paper ,a hybrid approach was developed to investigate the transient responses of a multi-span non-uniform flexble spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports.The non-uniform spinning shaft with variable parmeters was modeled as a Bernoulli-Euler beam column with sectional constant cross-section properties by the finite element method.The supporting stiffness behavior of the nonlinear supports was described as a piecewise-linear and asymmetric model.The equations of motion in the matrix form of a multi-span non-uniform spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports were formulated using Hamilton‘s principle and the assumed mode method.As an example,a spinning rocket with many variable stiffness supports was numerically simulated by the direct integration method.The transient response and dynamic behavior of this rotate-dynamic system are analyzed.  相似文献

研究目的:基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论分析方法,建立一种高速列车-轨道三维耦合动力学模型,并明确列车-轨道耦合模型与单节车辆-轨道耦合模型在高速列车-车九道耦合动力学性能分析中的差异。创新要点:建立一种高速列车-轨道三维耦合动力学模型,模型中考虑列车的纵向动力学行为以及车间连接装置对列车中不同车辆动态响应的影响,并基本明确完善的列车-轨道耦合模型在高速列车-轨道耦合动力学性能分析中的重要性。重要结论:单节车辆-轨道耦合模型会过高地估计高速列车在运营过程中的振动响应和动力学性能指标,而完善的列车-轨道耦合动力学模型的计算结果则更加接近实际情况。  相似文献

We describe an investigation of the dynamic behavior of a hydraulically driven crane with a freely suspended payload during luffing and slewing motions. To simplify the task, the two movements are considered separately. Taking into account only one motion at a time, the crane is regarded as a three-link kinematic chain with revolute joints. The forward dynamics problem is solved for a crane with three rotational degrees of freedom, two of which describe the load swinging. In both the cases studied, the links are driven by a torque applied via a hydraulic drive, i.e., a linear actuator for the luffing case and a rack and pinion mechanism for the slewing motion. To compose the set of differential equations for the forward dynamics problem, a method based on a general Newton-Euler algorithm is used. From these simulations the time histories of various parameters, namely the swinging angles, hydraulic pressures, and joint forces, are determined. The results obtained via simulations are confirmed experimentally and a good agreement between the two outputs is observed. The results also show that a hydraulic drive system using fast opening flow direction control valves increases the load swing and imposes extensive inertial forces and problems of fatigue and reliability.  相似文献

In this paper modelling of the translational motion of transportation rail-guided cart with rope suspended payload is considered. The linearly moving cart,driven by a travel mechanism,is modelled as a discrete six degrees of freedom (DOF) dynamic system. The hoisting mechanism for lowering and lifting the payload is considered and is included in the dynamic model as one DOF system. Differential equations of motion of the cart elements are derived using Lagrangian dynamics and are solved for a set of real-life constant parameters of the cart. A two-sided interaction was observed between the swinging payload and the travel mechanism. Results for kinematical and force parameters of the system are obtained. In this paper, a dynamic model is established for a two-stage rotor system connected by a gear coupling and supported on ball bearings with squeeze film dampers (SFDs). The nonlinear dynamic behavior of the rotor system is studied under misalignment fault condition. The meshing force of the gear coupling is calculated considering the deformation of the tooth caused by torque transmission and dynamic vibration. The contact force between the ball and race is computed based on the Hertzian elastic contact deformation theory and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. The supported force of SFD is simulated by integrating the pressure distribution derived from Reynolds’s equation. The equations of motion are rewritten in non-dimensional differential form, and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is employed to solve the nonlinear dynamic equilibrium equations iteratively. To verify the validity of the dynamic model and the correctness of the numerical solution method, the experimental power spectra of the rotor system under various misalignment degrees are compared with the analytical results. The effects of several important parameters, such as the lubrication of the ball bearing, the centralizing spring stiffness, the radial clearance of SFD, and the misalignment of gear coupling, on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system are investigated and discussed mainly focusing on the system stability. The response spectra, bifurcation diagrams, and Pointcaré maps are analyzed accordingly. These parametric analyses are very helpful in the development of a high-speed rotor system and provide a theoretical reference for the vibration control and optimal design of rotating machinery.  相似文献

The effect of axial shallow groove on the nonlinear dynamic response and buckling of laminated cylindrical shells subjected to radial compression loading was investigated. Based on the first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT), the nonlinear dynamic equations involving the transverse shear deformation and initial geometric imperfections were derived with the Hamilton philosophy. The axial shallow groove of the laminated composite cylindrical shell was treated as the initial geometric imperfections in the dynamic equations. A semi-analytical method of expanding displacements and loads along the circumferential direction and employing the finite difference method along the axial direction and in the time domain is used to solve the governing equations and obtain the dynamic response of the laminated shell. The B-R criterion was employed to determine the critical loads of dynamic buckling of the shell. The effects of the parameters of the shallow groove on the dynamic response and buckling were discussed in this paper and the results show that the axial shallow grooves greatly affect the dynamic response and buckling.  相似文献

微推进器作为微小卫星在轨运行的核心部件,对其推力大小的精确测量显得尤为重要。为了克服传统机构存在诸如平衡不稳定、响应慢、需要克服摩擦力等不足,一种基于枢轴承的钟摆型推力测试系统被提出用于微推力测试。首先,建立了该测试系统的动力学模型,并对其阶跃响应进行仿真分析,结果显示响应曲线出现超调、震荡等不稳定的现象。为改善测试系统的动态特性,采用双线性法设计了一动态补偿滤波器,并建立了包含补偿的测试系统的动力学模型。对其动态响应进行数值仿真分析。结构显示固有频率由2.2提高到3.32Hz,阻尼系数由0.02提高到0.707,有效改善了测试系统的动态特性。  相似文献

在建立卫星姿态运动学方程与姿态动力学方程的基础上,设计了姿态控制器,仿真结果表明该控制系统具有较好的动态和稳态性能;结合有效载荷的两维伺服控制系统模型,提出了卫星运动补偿方案。使用高精度星敏感器与陀螺组合姿态确定的软件,在各种干扰力矩作用下,对卫星运动补偿进行了数学仿真。结果表明,该方案可以提高有效载荷光轴指向精度和指向稳定度。  相似文献

为了研究移动荷载下路面结构内部细观结构的响应,采用离散元方法进行了多尺度路面结构移动荷载响应的分析.建立了柔性基层沥青路面典型结构的离散元模型,并计算了移动荷载作用下沥青层底的应力和应变,通过与已有经典计算程序荷栽响应计算结果的比较,验证了所建立的离散元模型.以该离散元模型为基础,在沥青混凝土结构层的底部,采用尺度较小的离散单元描述粗集料的体积含量、分布特征以及空隙大小等细观结构,以此建立路面结构的多尺度模型.对路面结构宏观响应与细观结构的荷载响应进行了比较分析,并分析了沥青砂浆劲度对细观结构处荷载响应的影响.结果表明:粗集料与沥青砂浆界面位置的拉应力均值和离散系数均大于沥青砂浆内部;荷载引起的应力和应变在沥青砂浆内部和界面内部均存在不均匀分布;沥青砂浆的劲度越大,沥青混凝土内部的荷载响应分布越趋于均匀.  相似文献
