本期菌物学报“真菌生物活性代谢产物的药物发现专刊”刊登了7篇深度论述的综述性文章,19篇研究论文及2篇简报。内容涉及植物内生真菌产紫杉醇/紫杉烷的研究现状及最新进展、虫草菌素产生菌的培养策略及其药理学研究进展、灵芝三萜和胞外多糖生物合成的调控策略、淡水和海水真菌活性代谢产物研究进展等。本期内容还涉及内生真菌的分离和鉴定、海洋真菌的代谢产物分离、大型真菌的培养、代谢产物的分离及其药理学研究、酚类化合物测定方法、蛋白质组学以及生物转化等研究,基本体现了我国真菌代谢产物新药发现研究的最新进展,对真菌代谢产物合成调控、活性代谢产物分离和结构鉴定以及药理学研究等都具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

在进行我国淡水真菌多样性的研究中,发现3个中国新记录种:墨鱼状假黑囊壳Pseudomassaria sepincoliformis,二隔四壳座菌Quaternaria dissepta和萨尼亚小镰孢Fusariella sarniensis。文中对每个种进行了形态描述及讨论,标本保存于青岛农业大学菌物标本室。  相似文献

盐度对稀释平板法研究红树林区土壤微生物数量的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

在使用稀释平板法分离潮间带红树林及其对照光滩土壤微生物以及计数时,多数情况下使用陈海水制作培养基和稀释水,很少考虑培养基和稀释水的盐度对最终计数结果的影响.使用稀释平板法研究了盐度对福建九龙江口红树林区与深圳福田红树林保护区土壤微生物平板计数的影响,结果表明培养基与稀释水盐度对微生物数量有明显的影响.统计分析显示细菌的海水稀释效果优于淡水,而放线菌与真菌则刚好相反(P<0.05,一个例外).海水不适合配制红树林区土壤微生物平板计数的培养基,从0~35,高盐度的平板培养基会降低微生物的数量,尤其是放线菌的数量,尽管培养基的盐度对真菌影响无规律,但细菌数量在低盐度时比在高盐度和不加氯化钠时要多.根据盐度效应,提出了稀释平板技术应用于潮间带的红树林及其相应光滩时的优化方法,认为细菌应该用海水作无菌稀释水,而放线菌和真菌则应用淡水作稀释水;包括光滩在内的红树林区土壤微生物分离与计数的培养基宜控制较低盐度范围.  相似文献

通过田间试验研究不同灌溉水矿化度和施氮量对土壤微生物数量、土壤呼吸及土壤微生物群落功能多样性的影响。试验设置3种灌溉水矿化度(电导率,EC1∶5)分别为0.35、4.61和8.04 d S·m-1(分别代表淡水、微咸水和咸水);同时,设置4个施氮水平:0、240、360和480 kg N·hm-2。结果表明:细菌数量随灌溉水矿化度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,施用氮肥可增加细菌数量,但当氮肥用量超过240 kg·hm-2后,细菌数量显著降低;真菌和放线菌数量随灌溉水矿化度的增加而增加,与不施氮相比,施用氮肥显著降低放线菌数量;淡水处理细菌/真菌显著大于微咸水和咸水处理,分别较微咸水和咸水处理高29%和86%,细菌/真菌在240 kg N·hm-2处理下最高;土壤呼吸随灌溉水矿化度的增加而显著降低,淡水处理分别较微咸水和咸水处理高12%和33%,土壤呼吸随施氮量的增加而增加,360和480 kg N·hm-2处理分别较不施氮处理增加48%和51%;AWCD值随灌溉水矿化度的增加而降低,淡水处理AWCD值分别较微咸水和咸水处理高3%和13%;灌溉水矿化度对丰富度指数、Shannon指数和Shannon均匀度指数无显著影响,但对Simpson指数影响显著,咸水处理Simpson指数最高,240 kg N·hm-2施氮处理土壤微生物群落多样性指数最高。因此,咸水灌溉显著影响土壤微生物数量和群落功能多样性,合理施用氮肥有助于保持土壤微生物活性和多样性。  相似文献

毛筒腔菌属真菌形态特征独特,具有产生多种活性次级代谢产物的潜力。从中国海南省一条淡水溪流中采集到一株卷旋型丝孢菌标本,并通过ITS,LSU,RPB2和TEF1α多基因系统发育分析结合形态学特征,确定了其分类定位。结果表明该物种为毛筒腔菌属新种——李玉毛筒腔菌。  相似文献

丝状真菌Penicilliunsp.W02A分离自双壳贝文蛤(MeretrixmeretrixL. )。对其生长特性及抑菌作用研究的结果表明,W02A菌是兼性海洋真菌,在海水及淡水中均能生长、繁殖,但W02A更适合海水的环境,其最适生长的pH为6. 0,盐质量分数为7%。采用固体发酵法培养W02A,培养物产生的生物活性物质对革兰氏阳性菌有明显的抑菌作用。  相似文献

Insecticidal activity of 12-epi-hapalindole J isonitrile   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
12-epi-Hapalindole J isonitrile (1) and three previously described hapalindoles, 12-epi-hapalindole C isonitrile (2), hapalindole L (3) and 12-epi-hapalindole E isonitrile (4) were isolated and identified as insecticidal alkaloids of the biofilm-forming freshwater cyanobacterium Fischerella ATCC 43239 (Stigonematales). The structures of the purified compounds were elucidated by ESI-FTICR-MS, GC-EI-MS and various 2D NMR experiments. At 26 microM hapalindole 1 killed 100% of the larvae of the dipteran Chironomus riparius within 48h. Insecticidal activities were also found at similar concentration for the hapalindoles 2-4. The bioactivity of hapalindoles demonstrates that cyanobacterial biofilms can be considered as promising sources of insecticidal metabolites which might be useful for the biocontrol of dipterans.  相似文献

Cyanobacteria are one of the most successful and oldest forms of life that are present on Earth. They are prokaryotic photoautotrophic microorganisms that colonize so diverse environments as soil, seawater, and freshwater, but also stones, plants, or extreme habitats such as snow and ice as well as hot springs. This diversity in the type of environment they live in requires a successful adaptation to completely different conditions. For this reason, cyanobacteria form a wide range of different secondary metabolites. In particular, the cyanobacteria living in both freshwater and sea produce many metabolites that have biological activity. In this review, we focus on metabolites called siderophores, which are low molecular weight chemical compounds specifically binding iron ions. They have a relatively low molecular weight and are produced by bacteria and also by fungi. The main role of siderophores is to obtain iron from the environment and to create a soluble complex available to microbial cells. Siderophores play an important role in microbial ecology; for example, in agriculture they support the growth of many plants and increase their production by increasing the availability of Fe in plants. The aim of this review is to demonstrate the modern use of physico-chemical methods for the detection of siderophores in cyanobacteria and the use of these methods for the detection and characterization of the siderophore-producing microorganisms. Using high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), it is possible not only to discover new chemical structures but also to identify potential interactions between microorganisms. Based on tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) analyses, previous siderophore knowledge can be used to interpret MS/MS data to examine both known and new siderophores.  相似文献

Several observations and model calculations suggest that chemically mediated interactions can structure planktonic food webs. However, only recently have improvements in chemical methods, coupled with ecological assays, led to the characterization of chemical cues that affect the behaviour and/or physiology of planktonic organisms. We are currently beginning to elucidate if or how chemical signals can directly affect the interactions between species and even shape complex community structures in aquatic systems. Here, we highlight recent research on the nature and action of chemical signals in the pelagic marine and freshwater environments, with an emphasis on kairomones and defence metabolites.  相似文献

Epidermal sensory structures of adults and juveniles of amphihaline migratory fish hilsa Tenualosa ilisha were studied from two habitats, i.e., freshwater (FW) and marine water (MW). Every year, adults and sexually mature hilsa migrate upstream from marine habitat to riverine freshwater habitat for breeding. This report provides evidences of chemoreception on their upstream migration through several characteristic features on their body, especially on the head and oral cavity. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveals that freshwater adult hilsa (FH) has abundant solitary chemosensory cells (SCCs) on the snout epidermis (around the openings of the epidermal pit) and upper lip, whereas marine water adult hilsa (MH) moderately possesses such sensory structures. The juveniles returning to marine water completely lack SCCs. Immunohistochemical studies revealed the expression of PLC β2 on the snout of FH and tongue of both FH and MH. Further analysis (immunofluorescence, immunoblot and densitometry) of the epidermis confirms the presence of chemosensory structures through strong expression and localization of G-proteins (Gαq and Gα s/olf) from the snout as well as tongue in freshwater hilsa. The SEM also confirms the presence of two types of taste buds in FH, viz. type I (TB I) and type III (TB III). Whereas TB I and TB III are observed on the upper palatine and lips, most of the TB III are located on the tongue region of freshwater and marine hilsa. The juvenile hilsa are devoid of such structures. The presence of dense and rich SCCs and taste sensory cells in adults could be a characteristic feature for strong sensory reception to recognize odour and food-related environmental cues from habitats where they often migrate.  相似文献

Despite that the exotic invasion and rapid range expansion of Asian freshwater Corbicula into new environments have been of intensive research topic in freshwater ecology, the genetic structures of freshwater Corbicula in its native range remain poorly understood. In this study, the genetic structures of two Korean freshwater Corbicula clonal lineages were characterized by cross-referencing the nuclear genomic structures with mtDNA sequence analysis. In spite of substantial genetic differences (Nei's D = 0.363-0.372) and a pronounced level of fixed allelic distinctions (in six of 20 allozyme loci) between Corbicula lineages, no lineage-specific mtDNA differentiation was observed. The evident disjunction between mtDNA sequences and nuclear genomes is a compelling evidence for the existence of interspecific nuclear hybrid genome structures, comprising different combinations of paternal and maternal contributions. This unusual novel finding is the first case demonstrating that morphologically and allozymatically distinct, yet mitochondrially identical clonal lineages exist in the genus Corbicula. However, we could not find the ancestral species for these two clonal lineages in the present study, and the answer for this question must wait until the genetic structure of Asian Corbicula taxa is fully characterized.  相似文献

Benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) undergoes metabolic transformation in mammals via oxidative, hydrolytic, and conjugative processes; however, little is known concerning BaP conjugation in freshwater algae. It has been shown in this laboratory that BaP is metabolized by Selenastrum capricornutum via a dioxygenase pathway. This study describes the conjugation of BaP metabolites by a green alga, Selenastrum capricornutum. Cultures were exposed to 1160 micrograms/l [14C]BaP for 4 days at 23 degrees C under gold fluorescent lights on a diurnal cycle of 16 h light, 8 h dark. Of the total metabolites in the algal culture, 89% were present in media. BaP and non-conjugated metabolites were separated from conjugated metabolites by chromatography on neutral alumina columns using solvents of increasing polarity. Seventy-one percent of the BaP metabolites were conjugates of which 12.2%, 12.0% and 12.4% were sulfate ester and alpha- and beta-glucose conjugates, respectively. Conjugates that coeluted with sulfate esters were hydrolyzed with arylsulfatase, alpha- or beta-glucosidase; high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis indicated that the major product of each enzymatic hydrolysis was the 4,5-dihydrodiol (87.2, 69 and 53%, respectively). Eighty-six percent of the conjugates were acid labile following incubation for 2 h in 4 N HCl at 37 degrees C. To our knowledge this is the first demonstration of the metabolism of a polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbon by a freshwater green alga through a dioxygenase pathway and subsequent conjugation and excretion.  相似文献

[9 beta-3H] prostaglandin F2alpha was injected intravenously into female subjects and the metabolites appearing in the urine were isolated. The structures of 2 metabolites were determined. These were C14 compounds and were assigned the structures alpha dihydroxy-11-keto(tetranor, omega-dinor)-prosta-1,14-dioic acid and 5 alpha, Palphoc 11-trihydroxy-(tetranor omega-dinor)-prosta-1,14-dioic acid (identified as its gamma lactone). Both these metabolites also occurred in their corresponding delta-lactone forms.  相似文献
