针对现有精密小扭矩传感器扭矩标定中存在的精度低、误差大、所加载的扭矩非纯扭矩等问题,研制出可以加载纯扭矩的加载器(加载范围为0~16.068N·m),该装置采用柔性铰链结构作为导轨机构,只需要加载一个力即会产生一个平衡对称的纯扭矩.柔性铰的尺寸参数和位置参数是该装置设计的关键,通过采用ANSYS软件对初始设计参数进行结构优化计算,确定了其最优参数.通过实验分析,验证了所设计的新型纯扭矩加载器的精度、线性度和重复性均优于传统的扭矩加载机构,且具有结构简单、制作方便的优点,可以在工程实际中使用. 相似文献

通过对悬臂式掘进机回转机构工作原理的分析,采用三维建模软件SolidWorks完成该机构的参数化虚拟样机创建,并通过在SolidWorks Motion中进行运动学及动力学仿真确定了回转力矩与摆角的关系.按照保证基本驱动载荷的条件下,稳定性尽可能好的原则,以最大回转扭矩与最小回转扭矩之差最小为目标函数,建立了回转半径、回转中心至油缸固定点距离、两油缸固定点间距、两油缸移动点和回转中心连线夹角共四个设计变量的回转机构优化设计模型。用SolidWorks软件平台上的优化设计模块完成了对实例的优化设计.结果表明,优化方案的稳定性和结构紧凑性均得到提高,说明该优化方法对悬臂式掘进机回转机构设计有一定指导意义。 相似文献

基于平行四杆机构设计了一种大扭矩的舵机刚度及间隙测试设备。对控制系统的硬件组成和软件结构进行了分析设计,以可编程多轴运动控制器为控制核心,通过传感器测量作为反馈值,采用力矩、位置、电流三闭环控制策略,能够稳定准确地对被测舵机施加静态与动态扭矩,从而可以测得舵机刚度及间隙。研制了实际测试设备,并对模拟舵机进行了试验测试,验证了本设备机械机构设计的合理性和控制策略的可执行性。 相似文献

基于平衡法测试工程装备(如旋挖钻机)动力头输出的大扭矩,设计出一种主要由动态加载机构、液压动力站、冷却系统及电气控制系统4部分构成的试验装置,实时检测动力头大扭矩与转速是否达到设计要求,弥补现有测试大扭矩技术的不足。LabVIEW虚拟仪器界面实时显示系统工作参数,验证在不同工况下,动力头扭矩值、转速值与理论计算值误差均在3.5%以内。 相似文献

针对全扭矩工况(螺栓预紧力矩均为设计值)、欠扭矩工况(螺栓预紧力矩均为设计值的20%)和部分欠扭矩工况(其中一组对角螺栓预紧力矩为设计值,另一组对角螺栓预紧力矩为设计值的20%),系统开展了轴向振动载荷作用下切槽式螺母的防松性能研究;全扭矩工况下研究了切槽处裂纹对切槽式螺母防松性能的影响,利用体式显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等微观分析设备分析裂纹的扩展情况。结果表明:在三种预紧工况下,全扭矩时螺母具有良好的防松性能,但在欠扭矩和部分欠扭矩工况下螺母的防松性能降低,且后者更为严重;螺栓的松动过程可分为两个阶段:第一阶段是螺栓轴向力快速下降,原因是材料发生塑性变形和螺纹接触面应力重新分布;第二阶段是螺栓残余预紧力缓慢下降,原因是螺纹接触面发生微动磨损。此外,切槽处裂纹会降低螺母防松性能,通过微观分析表明裂纹试验后出现明显扩展。 相似文献

A nonlinear stiffness actuator (NSA) could achieve high torque/force resolution in low stiffness range and high bandwidth in high stiffness range, both of which are beneficial for physical interaction between a robot and the environment. Currently, most of NSAs are complex and hardly used for engineering. In this paper, oriented to engineering applications, a new simple NSA was proposed, mainly including leaf springs and especially designed cams, which could perform a predefined relationship between torque and deflection. The new NSA has a compact structure, and it is lightweight, both of which are also beneficial for its practical application. An analytical methodology that maps the predefined relationship between torque and deflection to the profile of the cam was developed. The optimal parameters of the structure were given by analyzing the weight of the NSA and the mechanic characteristic of the leaf spring. Though sliding friction force is inevitable because no rollers were used in the cam-based mechanism, the sliding displacement between the cam and the leaf spring is very small, and consumption of sliding friction force is very low. Simulations of different torque‒deflection profiles were carried out to verify the accuracy and applicability of performing predefined torque‒deflection profiles. Three kinds of prototype experiments, including verification experiment of the predefined torque‒deflection profile, torque tracking experiment, and position tracking experiment under different loads, were conducted. 断路器弹簧操动机构中四杆机构的结构参数直接影响着断路器动触头的速度和位移。很多厂家在生产弹簧操动机构过程中,四杆机构设计较多为经验设计,需要不断试验、修改、比较。为适应实际生产过程中不同机构输出要求,能够快速准确给出四杆机构系统的理论设计方法和修改方案尤为重要。文中通过分析四杆机构与断路器弹簧操动机构的输出特性的关系,按照输出力特性设计铰链四杆机构结构参数。基于粒子群优化算法求解计算结果,运用MATLAB编程设计图形用户界面。图形用户界面中通过调整相应参数可以快速修改方案并得到计算结果,使弹簧操动机构四杆机构设计直观方便。 相似文献

The paper presents the study of the operation of the prototype of the dual leaf spring that consists of a four-leaf main spring and a two-leaf auxiliary spring under the action of a cyclic load close to the actual operating conditions of a car suspension. The importance of friction in an operation of this type of structure has been mentioned; numerical methods and an experimental facility for studying the effect of friction on the spring operation have been considered. The investigation results have been presented in the form of summary tables, color-coded images, and diagrams of the temperature distribution for measuring points located on single leaves of the double spring. The methodology of experimental studies and the used equipment made it possible to evaluate the effect of friction and accompanying thermal stresses during the operation of the dual leaf spring. 相似文献

This paper presents a study of the dynamic behavior of a planar four-bar mechanism with clearance. A spring was added to improve the dynamic response of the mechanism with clearance. Simulations and experimental tests were carried out to show the improvement of the dynamic behavior using this simple yet effective solution. The simulation was performed under MATLAB and ADAMS. An experimental set-up was designed and built to achieve the experimental validations. The presented results show that the added spring improved the dynamic behavior of the mechanism by keeping a continuous contact between the journal and the sleeve despite the presence of the clearance. The effect of the spring on the input torque was also investigated. It is shown that the spring increases the maximum value of the torque. Optimization was performed to determine the best parameters of the spring that reduce the effect of the clearance while minimizing the increase of the input torque. The optimized system was tested at different speeds to show the effect of the speed on the dynamic behavior of the optimized system. 相似文献
