汽油机的性能优化对于一些汽车企业而言意义重大。本文中对容量1.6L的汽油机进行改造,将原铸造排气歧管改为弯管式,能够优化排气歧管的结构,同时还能够最大限度的减少排气干涉,提升了排气歧管的整体性能。通过研究能够发现:排气歧管形式以及加工工艺对于汽油机的性能有着直接影响作用,有利于优化汽油机的整体性能。 相似文献

进气歧管对发动机各缸进气均匀性和发动机动力性具有重要的影响。利用CAD/CFD相结合的手段对某发动机进气歧管的流通性能和进气均匀性进行分析和结构设计优化,结果表明:优化后的进气歧管具有良好的进气均匀性,满足发动机最大进气量、最大功率和扭矩的要求。并且,进气歧管的均匀性对发动机整体进气均匀性具有关键作用。 相似文献

某四缸增压直喷发动机在整机台架试验过程中出现排气歧管开裂问题。为解决此问题,首先,现场确认失效排气歧管的开裂程度及位置。其次,进行失效分析,对失效样件进行断口分析、断口周边元素检测,初步确认排气歧管开裂原因。再次,通过计算机仿真分析对排气歧管开裂真因进一步确定,并制定整改对策。最后,样件整改并策划试验进行验证。结果表明:排气歧管开裂位置为热应力分布最大的区域,长期冷热冲击致使排气歧管在此位置表现为开裂失效。因此,通过排气歧管结构优化,降低开裂位置的热应力,并通过发动机可靠性试验验证确认整改方案有效,此问题最终得以解决。 相似文献

针对某型号汽油机在排气歧管裂纹试验中出现的排气歧管-增压器结合面废气泄漏问题,从试验运行条件、试验失效件着手,分析导致其密封失效的影响因素,并借助于Abaqus软件分析引起失效的根本原因。提出强化增压器结构和优化增压器垫片回弹性能的优化方案。结构优化后的增压器垫片及局部强化的增压器,通过了排气歧管裂纹试验考核,解决了漏气问题。 相似文献

Linear look-up tables are widely used to approximate and characterize complex nonlinear functional relationships between system input and output. However, both the initial calibration and subsequent real-time adaptation of these tables can be time consuming and prone to error as a result of the large number of table parameters typically required to map the system and the uncertainties and noise in the experimental data on which the calibration is based. In this paper, a new method is presented for identifying or adapting the look-up table parameters using a recursive least-squares based approach. The new method differs from standard recursive least squares algorithms because it exploits the structure of the look-up table equations in order to perform the identification process in a way that is highly computationally and memory efficient. The technique can therefore be implemented within the constraints of typical embedded applications. In the present study, the technique is applied to the identification of the volumetric efficiency look-up table commonly used in gasoline engine fueling strategies. The technique is demonstrated on a Ford 2.0L I4 Duratec engine using time-delayed feedback from a sensor in the exhaust manifold in order to adapt the table parameters online. 相似文献

In a fuel supply system of gasoline engines, a part of the fuel ejected from the carburetor floats in flow with high speed as dro plets in an intake manifold and the rest of it flows as the liquid film along the wall of the intake manifold and is gradually vaporized in the flow. Finally, most part of the fuel terminates the vaporization after introducing mixture into cylinders. Accordingly, it is desirable to maintain the optimum mixture ratio in conventional carburetor systems for all operating conditions of engines. The intake system including the carburetor of automotive gasoline engines which are mostly operating in partload conditions have many unsolved problms, such as the increase of specific fuel consumption and reduction of exhaust emissions due to the rich mixture in starting, acceleration and over load operations. Therefore the main purpose of the study is to develop a special device (so called Eco-Ring) for the enhancement of atomization that has ability to separate the liquid film spray flowing along the pipe wall of the intake manifold and to atomize it to fine droplets, then the device can overcome some defects which arise in the conventional carburetor systems as mentioned above. 相似文献

针对国内通用小型汽油机生产中出现的问题,为提高汽油机进排气系统的流通能力和降低整机排放,设计了用于通用小型汽油机进排气系统的稳流试验台,对稳流试验台用于汽油机的研究、零部件检验和整机质量控制的功能做了介绍,以1P68F汽油机为例,对汽油机的进排气系统进行了初步稳流试验,对试验结果进行了分析,结果表明通用小型汽油机进排气系统零部件流动性能普遍较差。按内燃机流动特性进行优化设计、处理好压铸件工艺要求与流通性能的矛盾,改进通用小型汽油机进排气系统零部件质量,能提高我国通用小型汽油机的性能和产品技术水平。 相似文献
