提出开放性经济体产业结构升级的实质,即更有效率地提供满足市场需求的产品和服务。将资本市场的功能归纳为资金融通、资金配置、价值发现、信息挖掘、风险配置五类功能,并将资本市场推动产业结构升级的主要机制总结为存量优化、增量优化、风险投资、市场催化四种机制。通过分析资本市场与本地经济的逻辑联系,指出地方政府利用资本市场推动本地产业升级的政策着力点,是提高本地经济证券化率、保障IPO企业符合产业升级方向、维护有效率的产权交易环境。  相似文献

本文基于灰色理论以及增量资本产出率和经济增长目标,确定了“十二五”时期我国投资规模的合理空间。,结果表明,当投资率不小于23.7%时,我国投资与GDP构成的灰色系统才会保持稳定增长的状态;在既定经济增长目标和增量资本产出率波动空间的约束下,“十二五”时期我国投资率的合理空间为[27.91%,41.86%];目前我国实际投资率已经突破了合理投资率的上限,我国投资率急需进行向下调整  相似文献

运用增量分析经济发展与污染物排放的关系,是深入研究经济与环境发展规律的路径之一.根据2015~2014年及2014~2013年的增量数据,运用脱钩分析方法对经济增量与污染物排放增量指标进行分析.按照经济发展增量系数及环境污染增量系数的脱钩计算,得到2015年各地区脱钩弹性指标及2015年增量脱钩弹性指标计算结果,对比分析表明基于增量数据与基于统计数据的脱钩状态不完全一致.上述结果表明采用增量数据分析,可以消除各地区在经济基础与规模、经济产业结构、地域大小与人口数量等方面的差异影响,客观反映自身发展协调性程度,是分析环境经济系统绿色发展的一个重要方面.  相似文献

选取江苏省2007—2014年的时间序列数据,通过构建江苏省高技术产业和区域经济发展2个子系统19个指标,运用耦合协调度模型,实证分析高技术产业与区域经济的发展水平以及两者之间的耦合协调关系.研究发现:江苏省高技术产业与区域经济的发展水平均呈现逐年上升趋势,两者的耦合协调度也逐年提高,但总体协调度水平仍然不高,处于初级协调状态.因此,江苏省需要继续扩大高技术产业,实现高技术产业与区域经济更高层次的协调度水平.  相似文献

以沥青混凝土路面再生工程机械化施工系统为研究对象,应用随机服务系统理论,研究了系统中铣刨、搅拌、摊铺和压实子系统的运行状态。依据再生工程中铣刨机、搅拌设备、摊铺机和压路机等主要机械的运行规律,分析了各子系统的组成和运行特征,对其运行状态进行定量计算,得到各子系统在稳态时的状态概率表达式,从而推导出子系统中需要服务的运输车数、等待服务的运输车数、运输车辆的等待服务时间等状况指标。最后,基于施工系统的理想工作状态,建立了施工系统初配机群配置方案合理性的数值判断标准。研究表明,各子系统的运行规律和机群合理性判断标准可为建立再生工程机械化施工系统优化配置模型提供理论依据。  相似文献

2007年11月,南京林业大学经济管理学院乔玉洋副教授主持的"江苏农业现代化进程中的资本投入机制研究"成果通过了由江苏省教育厅组织的科技成果鉴定。
该项目在深入分析江苏省农业发展过程、现状及其资本投入、农业现代化与资本投入关系的基础上,结合农业现代化的内涵特征和资本投入的机理作用,剖析由资本投入推进农业现代化的作用机制及其制约因素,根据江苏省特点构建了江苏省农业现代化实现度的评价指标体系,并对江苏省目前的农业现代化实现度进行了测评;最后从政府、农业信贷和引导社会资金等方面综合考虑,根据实证评价结果反映出的问题,提出以资本投入推进江苏农业现代化的政策建议。
该项目研究具有如下创新之处: (1)设计了江苏省农业现代化评价指标体系,并对最近几年江苏省农业现代化实现度进行了测试,测试依据真实可靠。 (2)系统地构建了江苏省农业现代化进程的资本投入机制方案。 (3)从人力资本、技术资本、物质资本等方面系统分析了资本投入对农业现代化的巨大推动作用。 (4)从政府、农村信贷、引导社会资金等角度提出合理化的政策建议。该项目技术路线合理、理论方法先进、数据资料翔实、结论切合实际,所得出的对策建议对江苏省相关部门进一步完善战略措施具有参考价值。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
