采用非线性有限元法对弧型模和锥型模的空拔钢管成型过程进行了数值模拟,得到了钢管在整个成型过程包括入模、稳定拔制和钢管脱模以后各个阶段的位移场和应力应变场。根据数值计算结果绘制了钢管的轴向、环向及径向应力分布,根据应力分布绘制了钢管在成型前区、减径区、定径区及成型后区的三向应力状态,最后根据应力分布特点解释了弧型模和锥型模如何影响成品钢管直径和壁厚精度的机理。数值计算结果表明:采用弧型模成型的钢管直径精度高,采用锥型模成型的钢管壁厚精度高,而采用介于弧型模和锥型模之间的新型模具可以兼顾直径和壁厚的精度。研究成果对于空拔钢管模具设计和成型工艺设计有参考价值。 相似文献

新“一步法”钢质管道防腐保温泡沫黑夹克成型工艺是在生产线上连续作业,完成泡沫黑夹克防腐保温管的包覆生产。成型的黑夹克管经泡沫与夹克粘接装置,使泡沫层与夹克层牢固粘合在一起。成型的泡沫夹克管经液压自动纠偏机纠偏,校正钢管周围的泡沫层,保证钢管与泡沫夹克层同心。钢管保温是“一步法”技术中的重要环节,在新“一步法”技术中,除采用聚氨酯泡沫外,还采用国内最新研制的沥青聚氨酯泡沫对钢管进行保温。 相似文献

A flexible incremental roll forming process has been developed by adopting the advantages of the incremental forming process and the roll forming process: i.e., inherent flexibility of the incremental forming process and continuous bending deformation of the roll forming process. It has an adjustable roll set as a forming tool composed of one upper center roll and two pairs of lower support rolls, which plays a key role. Through the experiments, it is shown that the improved forming method of the proposed process is effective in the manufacture of various doubly curved sheet metals, and the proposed relationship of the experimental parameters and the radius of curvature of the formed sheet boundary is useful to control the final shape 相似文献

冷弯成形具有成本低、可加工复杂截面的型材等优点,所成形的冷弯件在汽车、家具和建筑等领域的应用逐年增长。近年来,随着汽车行业对工件轻量化和安全性要求的不断提高,具有独特的高生产效率、高成材率优点的改进冷弯成形新工艺应运而生。本文主要介绍了最新研究的5种冷弯成形工艺,包括三维成形技术、非等厚辊弯成形技术、分枝辊弯成形技术、局部加热成形技术、热辊弯成形技术。前3种新冷弯成形工艺充分利用冷弯成形中逐道次成形的工艺特点,丰富了冷弯件的截面形状,打破了冷弯件的等截面、等厚度的固有概念。剩下两种新冷弯成形工艺直接改变了冷弯成形工艺在常温下成形的传统概念,使高强钢材料在冷弯成形工艺中应用范围扩大。 相似文献

排辊成形是利用若干组小排辊将带钢续弯卷成管筒的一种辊式成形工艺,是制造焊管的重要加工技术。现代的排辊成形工艺设计涉及到CAD,CAE和知识管理等多个方面的技术,技术平台的集成至关重要。本文以Visual Basic为开发平台,利用Visual Basic与ACCESS数据库、MATLAB与ANSYS的接口技术,将参数设计、有限元模拟和知识管理集成,开发了直缝焊管排辊成形工艺设计系统。通过该系统可以实现直缝焊管排辊成形过程的工艺参数管理、机组的轧辊设计、花型设计、工艺参数设计以及CAD/CAE建模仿真。该平台可以为工程人员进行直缝焊管工艺设计提供重要参考。 相似文献

冷弯成形工艺参数的设计对冷弯成形产品质量有重要影响。本文对方矩形管冷弯成形过程中机架间距、摩擦因数和轧制速度的不同取值水平通过正交试验设计,利用Abaqus有限元软件的显式非线性动态分析对所设计试验仿真模拟,得到了每道次轧制过程中带钢边部最大纵向应变最小时各个道次3个工艺参数的最佳取值。并用优化后的参数进行仿真和验证,得到各道次带钢边部最大纵向应变比优化前要小,优化后第4~第10道次带钢纵向应变极值相对接近,产品边部拉伸小,并且边部拉伸分布比较均匀,有效改善了产品质量。 相似文献

In order to manufacture a doubly curved sheet metal effectively, a flexible incremental roll forming process has been developed by adopting the advantages of the incremental forming process and the roll forming process by combining inherent flexibility of the incremental forming process and continuous deformation of the roll forming process. In the proposed roll forming system, a newly designed gripper system is attached in order to achieve automation and more precision manufacturing of the required sheet intended double curvature. The forming method has been further enhanced to form general quadrilateral blanks (including a square, a rectangle, a symmetrical trapezoid and an asymmetrical trapezoid, etc.) into doubly curved shapes by controlling the forming schedule developed by various experiments. 相似文献

Magnesium alloy strips are widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, etc., which are difficult to produce through cold forming process due to their poor deformation ability. In this article, we studied whether the rolling process with heated roll could be used to roll cold magnesium alloy strips. Thermal-mechanical finite element simulation of the rolling process, using heated roll and cold strips to produce the magnesium alloy strips, was carried out. Influences of roll temperature, rolling velocity, rolling reduction ratio, and initial strip thickness on the thermal field and the mean temperature of magnesium alloy strips were analyzed. Both the heated area in strips in rolling deformation zone and the mean temperature of strips at exit of rolling deformation zone increase with increasing the roll temperature and/or rolling reduction ratio, and/or with decreasing the rolling velocity and/or initial strip thickness. Finally, a formula was developed to predict the mean temperature of strips under different rolling conditions, which also could be used to calculate the critical value of parameters in rolling process. 相似文献
