以两种典型结构形式的棕榈藤藤椅为研究对象,参照国家标准《GB10357.3-89家具力学性能试验——椅凳类强度和耐久性》中规定的试验方法,分别对它们进行了耐久性测试。通过对两种藤椅试样的耐久性试验数据和破坏现象的比较分析,对藤椅的耐久性进行了初步研究,同时,验证了现有家具力学性能试验国家标准中规定的耐久性测试方法对于藤椅的适用性,并提出修改建议。  相似文献

位移测量在家具力学检测共有11个项目,占有较大比重,但现行检测方法和工具误差较大,可信度低。本文提出3种高精确度测量位移的原理,并对每种原理适用的检测项目进行归类,目的在于推动高精度检测设备的研发。得出如下结论:三角法测试技术适合位移度检测的项目有水平静载荷试验、桌面水平耐久性试验、椅背静载荷试验、座面耐久性试验、椅腿向前和侧向静载荷试验、椅背和扶手冲击试验、隔板定位试验、结构和底架强度试验、抽屉结构强度试验、床屏水平静载荷试验、床结构耐久性试验。光栅式位移传感器和磁栅式位移传感器不适合位移度检测的项目有桌面水平耐久性试验、椅背静载荷试验、座面耐久性试验、椅背和扶手冲击试验、抽屉结构强度试验、床屏水平静载荷试验。  相似文献

在旧标准的基础上,考虑到室外家具的使用情况,增加了对室外家具的耐水性测定要求,制定了室内外不同使用环境下家具实木胶接合耐水性测定的原理、要求和方法;增加了试件浸泡后干态的压缩剪切强度试验。同时,与标准《家具实木胶接件剪切强度的测定》的修订相结合,增加了对木材横纹状态下剪切强度的测定方法。该试验的完善促成了新行业标准《家具实木胶接件耐水性的测定》的修订,为检测家具耐水性提供参考,从而更好的提高家具质量。  相似文献

The finishing characteristics of heat-treated and compressed Rubberwood were studied. It was found that heat-treated samples had significantly lower finish adhesion strength compared to the conventionally kiln-dried Rubberwood samples, which were used as control specimens. Further, compression of the specimens had also reduced its surface roughness, with an adverse effect on the finish adhesion strength. Inevitably, the use of heat treated and compressed wood in furniture may be suitable for applications, where lower finish adhesion strength could be tolerated at the expense of better finish film quality and process economics, especially in the manufacture of outdoor wooden furniture.  相似文献

The stiffness of corner joints affects the strength of case furniture. The stiffness of corner joint was varied by changing the dowel quantity of case corner joints in this study. At first, the stiffness of corner joint parts was studied by experiments. then the Finite Element Method (FEM) was used to analyse and calculate the deflections of case furniture based on the jointing coefficienty R and the moduls of elasticityE * deduced from measurements on corner joint parts. Finally experiments to determine case furniture strength were carried out and the reliability of the calciulation of FEM was verified. The results of calculations and experiments showed that the deflection of case furniture could be reduced by 5–15 percent by increasing the dowel quanlity of corner joint from two dowels to four dowels or from four dowels to eight dowels. The defelection of case furniture containing shelves could be reduced by increasing the stiffness or corner joints.  相似文献

Corner-joints of two different particleboards, as they are used in the manufacture of case-type furniture, were prepared in 13 variations, fixed and detachable. These corner-jointed test specimens were subjected to various load tests to determine the failure under bending, as well as their angular stiffness. It became evident that the strength of the joints is influenced by the type of joint and by the particle-board quality. Especially in the case of mitre-jointing, the strength also depends on the loading method. The knowledge of these strength data ist necessary for predeterming the suitability of furniture desings, as well as for establishing standards for furniture testing.  相似文献

The load bearing characteristics of heat-treated rubberwood furniture components and joints were studied. It was found that heat-treated samples had significantly lower fatigue strength compared to the conventionally kiln-dried rubberwood samples, which were used as control specimens. Inevitably, the recommended allowable design stresses for heat-treated rubberwood furniture components and joints could be set at 40 and 25 % of the respective bending strengths, in order to ensure its compliance with furniture performance standards. These figures are much lower than the allowable design stresses for conventionally kiln dried components, reflecting the need for a lower safety margin when working with heat-treated materials.  相似文献
