宿迁市府苑小区综合楼位于 8度区 ,设计基本地震加速度值为 0 3 0 g ,为 6层底部框架砌体结构 ,平面呈三折线形。工程采用基础隔震技术进行结构设计 ,隔震层由橡胶隔震支座、滑移支座、粘滞消能器组成。对隔震体系空间模型的时程分析表明 :采用基础隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用 ;设置粘滞消能器能较好地解决降低上部结构的地震作用和限制隔震层位移之间的矛盾 ,有效地消除结构的扭转效应  相似文献

宿迁市文体综合馆位于地震高烈度区,钢筋混凝土空间框架结构、钢网壳屋盖。该工程采用基础隔震技术设计,隔震层由橡胶隔震支座和粘滞消能器组成。对主体结构基础隔震体系的空间模型时程分析结果表明:采用基础隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用;设置粘滞消能器能较好地解决降低上部结构地震作用和限制隔震层位移之间的矛盾。在该工程中采用基础隔震技术,具有明显的技术经济效益。  相似文献

对位于8度抗震设防烈度区的某国际会议中心进行基础隔震设计,隔震层采用铅芯橡胶支座、天然橡胶支座和弹性滑板支座组成的复合隔震体系,并在隔震层布置多个粘滞阻尼器以降低结构位移响应。分析表明:采用该复合隔震体系可以大幅降低上部结构地震响应,达到使主体结构地震作用降低一度的设计目标。  相似文献

某办公楼位于地震高烈度区江苏省宿迁市,为了提高其抗震性能采用了基础隔震技术。由于我国规范对地震高烈度区建造高层隔震建筑还没有明确的设计依据,文中将基于性能的设计方法应用于该建筑的基础隔震设计中。为满足设定的抗震性能目标,隔震层采用了组合隔震形式,由纯天然橡胶隔震支座、铅芯橡胶隔震支座和粘滞阻尼器组成。分析表明,各类隔震器充分发挥了其设计性能,隔震层在罕遇地震下工作状态稳定,上部结构的地震响应有了明显的降低。  相似文献

针对高烈度区低层砌体结构采用基础隔震技术加固设计进行了研究。采用《建筑抗震设计规范》附录L中的计算方法对砌体结构进行了基础隔震加固分析,对该结构行了叠层橡胶支座的布置与选型,研究了其隔震效果。结果表明,砌体结构采用基础隔震技术后能有效地降低上部结构的地震反应,大大提高了结构的安全性;多遇地震作用下,隔震结构水平向减震系数小于0.4,使上部结构地震作用降低50%左右,达到预期目标;罕遇地震作用下,隔震层位移、叠层橡胶支座极大面压和极小面压均满足规范要求。同时,为后续类似低层砌体结构加固工程提供了依据和参考。  相似文献

溧阳市昆仑南苑15号楼抗震设防裂度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g;7层,异型柱框架结构,底置为半地下车库。该工程采用隔震技术进行结构设计,隔震层由橡胶隔震支座组成。本工程在底层车库顶板下设置隔震支座,隔震支座布置在车库层柱的柱顶。对隔震体系空间模型的时程分析表明:采用隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用;采用隔震技术后,结构在地震作用下的位移主要出现在隔震层,上部结构发生的变形很小。  相似文献

川投西昌综合医院项目位于9度区近断层,建筑体型复杂,上部结构竖向及平面不规则.为提高结构的抗震性能,在基础顶部设置隔震层,隔震层由铅芯橡胶支座、叠层橡胶支座、黏滞阻尼器和弹性滑板支座组成;隔震层以上采用框架-剪力墙结构.介绍了考虑1.5的近场地震增大系数后该工程的结构设计及隔震设计.隔震分析结果表明,结构水平地震减震系数为0.367,上部结构水平地震作用可按降低一度设计;罕遇地震下隔震支座的面压、水平位移等参数能够满足规范要求.结构性能化分析结果表明,隔震后的结构抗震性能得到提高,能满足抗震性能目标C的要求.加强了隔震沟挡土墙的设计,使得高11.7m的悬臂挡土墙满足大震弹性的要求.  相似文献

采用双质点模型,建立钢-混凝土混合结构的非线性运动方程,并通过设置橡胶隔震支座及阻尼器和支座的不同组合方式,对结构进行振动台试验。试验表明,橡胶隔震支座对隔震层和上部结构的加速度及位移均能起到很好的控制作用;在上部结构加设粘滞阻尼器后,隔震层的加速度和位移均有所减小,但减小幅度不大,而顶层的加速度和位移均出现大幅度减小,说明在设置隔震支座的基础上,通过粘滞阻尼器的布置能达到较好的减震效果。  相似文献

The seismic response of a single–story steel building frame with a smart base isolation system is evaluated. The isolation system consists of sliding bearings combined with an adaptive fluid damper. The damping capacity of the fluid damper can be modulated in real time based on feedback from the earthquake ground motion and superstructure response. The adaptive capabilities of the fluid damper enable the isolation system displacement to be controlled while simultaneously limiting the interstory drift response of the superstructure. This paper concentrates on the development of analytical models of the smart isolation system and control algorithms for operation of the system. In general, the results from numerical simulations demonstrate that, for disparate earthquake ground motions, the smart isolation system is capable of simultaneously limiting both the response of the isolation system and the superstructure.  相似文献

This paper describes the Los Angeles City Hall building and a unique seismic strengthening program. Four hundred and sixteen high damping rubber bearings, 90 flat sliding bearings and 64 viscous dampers have been installed as part of the seismic rehabilitation. The building is a 460 feet tall steel frame with unreinforced masonry infill. The rehabilitation consists of installing high damping rubber bearings at its base supplemented with nonlinear viscous dampers. This paper describes various aspects of the project including the development of seismic performance goals, identification of inherent seismic deficiencies of the existing building, evaluation of alternative strengthening schemes, the final design process and construction issues. 建筑物平移时已经具备了设置隔震消能装置的条件,平移时用的滚轴不再取出,在建筑物下设计安装隔震橡胶垫,使滚轴与橡胶垫共同承受上部结构传来的荷载,并且在地震作用下共同起减震作用.对滚轴与橡胶垫隔震结构模型进行了震动台试验研究,通过输入不同大小和类型的地震波,分析隔震上部结构和隔震支座的地震反应.分析结果表明,滚轴与橡胶垫隔震结构的隔震效果明显,试验结果可以为隔震设计和加固中使用这种隔震结构及进一步的理论分析提供重要依据.  相似文献

As a novel structural control strategy, tuned mass damper (TMD) inspired passive and semi-active smart building isolation systems are suggested to reduce structural response and thus mitigate structural damage due to earthquake excitations. The isolated structure’s upper stories can be utilized as a large scaled TMD, and the isolation layer, as a core design point, between the separated upper and lower stories entails the insertion of rubber bearings and (i) viscous dampers (passive) or (ii) resettable devices (semi-active). The seismic performance of the suggested isolation systems are investigated for 12-story reinforced concrete moment resisting frames modeled as “10+ 2” stories and “8+ 4” stories. Passive viscous damper or semi-active resettable devices are parametrically evaluated through the optimal design principle of a large mass ratio TMD. Statistical performance metrics are presented for 30 earthquake records from the three suites of the SAC project. Based on nonlinear structural models, including P-delta effects and modified Takeda hysteresis, the inelastic time history analyses are conducted to compute the seismic performances across a wide range of seismic hazard intensities. Results show that semi-active smart building isolation systems can effectively manage seismic response for multi-degree-of freedom (MDOF) systems across a broader range of ground motions in comparison to uncontrolled case and passive solution.  相似文献

某四塔连体结构在顶部通过300m长的空中连廊在高度235m处连接,形成复杂的多塔楼高位连体结构。为减小地震作用下的结构响应及结构构件内力,采用被动控制方案,空中连廊与四栋塔楼的连接节点采用摩擦摆隔震支座,并设置阻尼器进行耗能与限位。为检验四塔连体高位减(隔)震结构的抗震性能,进行了1/25缩尺模型的模拟地震振动台试验研究。结果表明:采用被动消能减震的四塔连体结构满足抗震设计要求;摩擦摆隔震支座与黏滞阻尼器产生了良好的隔震与消能减震效果,空中连廊构件在罕遇地震作用下保持弹性工作状态。  相似文献

This paper presents an experimental study of the seismic response of a 0.6-scale three-story seismicresistant building structure consisting of a moment resisting frame (MRF) with reduced beam sections (RBS), and a frame with nonlinear viscous dampers and associated bracing (called the DBF). The emphasis is on assessing the seismic performance for the design basis earthquake (DBE) and maximum considered earthquake (MCE). Three MRF designs were studied, with the MRF designed for 100%, 75%, and 60%, respectively, of the required base shear design strength determined according to ASCE 7-10. The DBF with nonlinear viscous dampers was designed to control the lateral drift demands. Earthquake simulations using ensembles of DBE and MCE ground motions were conducted using the real-time hybrid simulation method. The results show the drift demand and damage that occurs in the MRF under seismic loading. Overall, the results show that a high level of seismic performance can be achieved under DBE and MCE ground motions, even for a building structure designed for as little as 60% of the base shear design strength required by ASCE 7-10 for a structure without dampers.  相似文献
