随着工业技术的发展,永磁同步电机因其高精度且超高速等优点而被广泛应用,针对高速电主轴永磁同步电动机的矢量控制,结合永磁同步电机特点,采用基于电流双闭环的无位置传感器控制方法,再通过对转子位置的开环估计,实现了对高速永磁同步电动机的无传感器矢量控制。仿真分析和试验结果显示,该矢量控制方法准确性高、稳定性好。 相似文献

在三相逆变器驱动的永磁同步电机运行过程中,相电流谐波会使永磁同步电机的定子、转子的损耗增大.在严重的电流谐波的影响下,电动机振动和噪声增大,严重影响永磁同步电机的正常运行.针对上述影响,本文引入一种随机载波频率PWM技术,通过随机化载波频率,生成随机频率的PWM波,经逆变器后,对相电流进行适当滤波后控制永磁同步电机,来抑制在控制永磁同步电机运行过程中的相电流和转速谐波,提升永磁同步电机的控制性能.通过与传统的PWM控制方案对比,在仿真和实验结果中发现,随机载波PWM方案对相电流和电机转速的谐波抑制有良好的效果. 相似文献

本文针对水下推进永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制中,基于传统锁相环的龙伯格观测器无法同时处理永磁同步电机正向和反向运行所带来的转子位置误差问题,提出了一种基于新型锁相环的龙伯格观测器转子位置辨识方法。该方法在双闭环矢量控制系统的基础上,先由龙伯格观测器估算电机的反电动势,再将反电动势作为新型锁相环的输入,在所设计的新型锁相环中,鉴相器模块是实际转子位置与估计转子位置间的比较环节,压控振荡器模块是转速积分得到转子位置,环路滤波器模块是PI调节,最终由锁相环辨识转子位置和速度。仿真结果表明,该方法较传统锁相环在转子位置方面具有较高的辨识精度、能够实现永磁同步电机在正向和反向工况下转子位置误差均可收敛的功能。 相似文献

In this paper, a new approach to sensorless speed control and initial rotor position estimation for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drive is presented. In rotating condition, speed and rotor position estimation of IPMSM drive are obtained through an extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm simply by measurement of the stator line voltages and currents. The main difficulty in developing an EKF for IPMSM is the complexity of the dynamic model expressed in the stationary coordinate system. This model is more complex than that of the surface PMSM, because of the asymmetry of the magnetic circuit. The starting procedure is a problem under sensorless drives, because no information is available before starting. The initial rotor position is estimated by a suitable sequence of voltage pulses intermittently applied to the stator windings at standstill and the measurement of the peak current values of the current leads to the rotor position. Magnetic saturation effect on the saliency is used to distinguish the north magnetic pole from the south. To illustrate our work, we present experimental results for an IPMSM obtained on a floating point digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320C31/40 MHz based control system. 相似文献

This paper presents a sensorless speed regulation scheme for a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based solely on the motor line currents measurements. The proposed scheme combines an exact linearization-based controller with a nonlinear state observer which estimates the rotor position and speed. Moreover, the stability of the closed-loop system, including the observer, is demonstrated through Lyapunov stability theory. The proposed observer has the advantage of being insensitive to rotation direction. It is shown how a singularity at zero velocity appears in the scheme and how it can be avoided by switching smoothly from the observer-based closed-loop control to an open-loop control at low velocity. An optimal control system synthesis method which can achieve vector and speed control simultaneously for permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives is proposed in this paper. A state-space multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) model for PMSM is first developed and the compensation for the nonlinearities in this model is discussed. A pseudo-linearized PMSM model is dynamically constructed through the state detection, and subsequently an optimal speed controller is developed based on this linearized model. This paper presents a new method, referred to here as back-EMF method, for sensing the multi-DOF motion of a permanent magnet spherical motor (PMSM). With an explicit model characterizing the magnetic flux in the PMSM, a relationship between the electromotive force (EMF) induced in the winding of electro-magnets and the motion of the rotor permanent magnets is derived; and closed-form solutions that solves for multi-DOF Euler angles and angular velocities of the rotor are presented. This method allows for simultaneous estimation of both quantities in real-time by only measuring the voltages across the electro-magnets. Requiring no installation of additional sensors or fixtures on the rotor, the back-EMF method retains the structural simplicity of the PMSM. This method has been experimentally investigated on a prototype PMSM; the estimated Euler angles and angular velocities compare favorably with measurements from a commercialized gyroscope. As an immediate application, the motion states acquired using the back-EMF method are used for parameter estimation of the PMSM. 相似文献
