本文旨在通过冶金热力学、动力学计算分析,试图探讨碳化硅粉的脱氧机理,采用了钢渣界面脱氧这一新概念。而后以生产数据证明:碳化硅粉脱氧机理是:部分是扩散脱氧、部分钢渣界面脱氧;碳化硅粉脱氧优于硅铁粉和炭粉混合使用;采用碳化硅粉脱氧可提高生产率2.17%,降低冶炼电耗9度/t钢,降低成本6.45元/t钢,完全能够保证钢的质量,因此碳化硅粉代替硅铁粉+炭粉脱氧很有推广价值。  相似文献

介绍了316L、317L两种不锈钢MIM生坯溶剂脱脂过程中溶剂种类、溶剂温度、工件厚度、钢粉的粒度及形貌对溶剂脱脂过程的影响。结果表明:选择正己烷作溶剂,控制溶剂温度37℃可以避免溶剂脱脂过程中工件开裂、鼓泡问题,而且能减少对环境的污染,给操作者提供更好的劳动条件;溶剂脱脂早期大粒度球形钢粉的生坯要比小粒度不规则形状钢粉的生坯脱脂速度快,但后期小粒度不规则形状钢粉的生坯脱脂较大粒度球形钢粉的生坯速度快。  相似文献

摘要:研究了不同含量的稀土Y对选区激光熔化技术(SLM)用PH13 8Mo钢粉末特性的影响,并通过Thermo-Calc热力学软件、粉体综合特性测试仪、霍尔流速计、激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜和电子探针等方法对不同Y含量的PH13-8Mo钢粉末特性的变化规律进行研究。结果表明,随着金属粉末中Y含量的增加,金属粉末的松装密度从3.73提高到3.93g/cm3,50g粉末的自由流动时间从25.44减小到25.11s,粉末的流动性变好。同时,PH13 8Mo钢粉末的平均粒径从37.29减小到30.99μm,粉末的粒度分布区间变窄。研究还发现,不含Y的PH13-8Mo钢粉末的组织由树枝晶和等轴晶组成,而Y质量分数为0.080%的PH13 8Mo钢粉末的组织均由等轴晶组成。综上,在PH13.8Mo钢粉末中加入稀土Y,粉末的特性得到优化。  相似文献

 Free opening rate is mainly determined by the performance of the ladle filler sand. High free opening rates of ladles are required in steel making to improve steel quality. Chromite ladle filler sands are one of the most widely used ladle filler sand. Several operative variables and materials characteristics affect the performance of the sands. Three sets of chromite ladle filler sands were selected and researches were focused on the sintering behaviour and performance of the sands under operative conditions. The effect of particle size distribution on sintering, microstructure, flowability, and permeability were presented. In all cases, the particle size varies from 01 to 15 mm corresponding to free flowing powders. One of the samples has higher permeability factor in comparison with others due to low particle size distribution. The other sample presents very good free opening due to its very good flowability and permeability factor.  相似文献

We have examined the possibility of milling iron, nickel, chromium, high-speed steel, and titanium carbide powders in an attritor (attrition mill) for use in producing carbide steel. The powders were milled to a particle size of 1–3 μm for TiC and 10 μm for metal components. As a rule, such powders and mixture of powders do not flow or form, which makes it impossible to produce blanks for hot pressing by the traditional die pressing method. Shells pressed from iron powders are proposed for forming a blank. High nitrogen steels provide excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance but are prone to form precipitates which adversely affect the corrosion resistance and toughness. High nitrogen steel powders currently available in the market are not claimed to be precipitate free. It is critical to avoid these precipitates while retaining nitrogen in the dissolved form to realize the value of these powder alloys. However, retaining high level of dissolved nitrogen in steel powder during melt atomization process is very challenging. Instead, solid-state dissolution of nitrogen into the powder alloy followed by rapid cooling may provide a convenient approach to avoid precipitate formation compared to traditional melt processing. This study presents a solution treatment approach to achieve elevated dissolved nitrogen levels (~ 0.4 wt pct) in Fe–Mn–Cr powder alloy with negligible precipitation of nitrides. The influence of starting material, holding time, temperature and cooling rate on the resulting microstructure is presented. A fully austenite matrix with high dissolved nitrogen content resulted in powders with desired mechanical properties.

通过对我国金属粉末生产技术及其产品专利的申请情况调研和分析,了解到我国金属粉末专利申请自1985年至今一直呈上升趋势,2000年以后发展更为显著。这表明我国金属粉末技术的发展有了长足的进步。进入21世纪以来不仅是一些常规制粉工艺进一步得到完善和发展,而且许多新工艺方法,诸如预合金钢粉、预混合钢粉、弥散强化粉、温压用粉末、机械合金化粉等金属粉末新品种得到进一步开发和应用。与此同时,日本、美国、德国、瑞典等30个国家来华申请了1047项专利,这说明我国金属粉末制造领域日益得到国外重视。  相似文献

针对粉尘云最小着火能量(minimum ignition energy, MIE)、粉尘云最低着火温度(minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud, MITC)和粉尘层最低着火温度(minimum ignition temperature of dust layer, MITL)等参数, 开展了针对增材制造用金属粉末爆炸敏感性及影响因素的研究。结果表明, 镍合金粉末和不锈钢粉末爆炸敏感性较低, 而钛合金粉末的敏感程度略高于铝合金粉末, 八种粉末的爆炸敏感程度排序为: TA15>TC4>AlSi10Mg>316L>GH4169>GH3536>GH3625/304L。镍合金粉末和不锈钢粉末均不能被点燃; 钛合金、铝合金粉末的MIE和MITC均随粉尘浓度的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势, 而随喷尘压力的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势。  相似文献

Abstract

To eliminate the contamination of activator elements, such as Fe and Ni, W-15Cu compacts were prepared from mechanically alloyed powders using an attritor with a zirconia tank, balls and agitator arms. Coarse tungsten and copper powders, 9·9 μm and 13·3 μm, respectively, were milled to 1·26 μm composite powders after 145h of milling. The milled powder contained little free copper and was highly combustible in air. After sintering, the 50 vol.-% dense green compacts attained a density of 15·8g cm-3 or 96·2%. The microstructure consists of uniformly interdispersed tungsten and copper. When stainless steel grinding balls were used, the powder was heavily contaminated with Fe and Ni. The contamination improved the density slightly, but the grain size and the electrical resistivity increased significantly as well. The sintering behaviours of the two composite powders were similar. Most densification occurred during heating before reaching the melting point of copper.  相似文献
