Decaborane(14) reacts with 1-(CH(3))(3)SiC&tbd1;CC(4)H(9) in the presence of dimethyl sulfide to give the new alkenyldecaborane 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11) (I). Crystal data for 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11): space group P2(1)/n, monoclinic, a = 9.471(1) ?, b = 13.947(3) ?, c = 17.678(3) ?, beta = 100.32(1) degrees. A total of 3366 unique reflections were collected over the range 2.0 degrees /= 3sigma(F(o)(2)) and were used in the final refinement. R(F)() = 0.083; R(w)(F)() = 0.094. The single-crystal X-ray structure of 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11) (A) is also reported. Crystal data for 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11): space group, P2(1)2(1)2(1), orthorhombic, a = 9.059 (3) ?, b = 12.193(4) ?, c = 21.431(3) ?. A total of 4836 unique reflections were collected over the range 6 degrees /= 3sigma(F(o)(2)) and were used in the final refinement. R(F)() = 0.052; R(w)(F)() = 0.059. The reactions of 5-(S(CH(3))(2))6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11) and 5-(S(CH(3))(2))6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11) with a variety of alkyl isocyanides were investigated. All of the alkenyl monocarbon carboranes reported are the result of incorporation of the carbon atom from the isocyanide into the alkenyldecaborane framework and reduction of N&tbd1;C bond to a N-C single bond. The characterization of these compounds is based on (1)H and (11)B NMR data, IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.  相似文献

New enantiopure imines (1-9) with a chiral substrate to control the stereochemistry of a newly created stereogenic center have been synthesized by reaction of the commercially available (1R)-(-)-myrtenal and different primary amines. The diastereomerically enriched lithium-scorpionate compounds [Li(κ(3)-mobpza)(THF)] (10) (mobpza = N-p-methylphenyl-(1R and 1S)-1-[(1R)-6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]-2-hepten-2-yl]-2,2-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)ethylamide), [Li(κ(3)-mobpza)(THF)] (11) (mobpza = N-p-methoxyphenyl-(1R and 1S)-1-[(1R)-6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]-2-hepten-2-yl]-2,2-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)ethylamide), [Li(κ(3)-fbpza)(THF)] (12) (fbpza = N-p-fluorophenyl-(1R and 1S)-1-[(1R)-6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]-2-hepten-2-yl]-2,2-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)ethylamide), and [Li(κ(3)-clbpza)(THF)] (13) (clbpza = N-p-chlorophenyl-(1R and 1S)-1-[(1R)-6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]-2-hepten-2-yl]-2,2-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)ethylamide) were obtained by a diastereoselective 1,2-addition of an organolithium reagent to imines in good yield and with good diastereomeric excess (ca. 80%). The complexes [LiCl(κ(2)-R,R-fbpzaH)(THF)] (14) and [LiCl(κ(2)-R,R-clbpzaH)(THF)] (15) were obtained in enantiomerically pure form by the treatment of THF solutions of 12 or 13 with NH(4)Cl. The enantiomerically pure amines (R,R-mbpzaH) (16), (R,R-mobpzaH) (17), (R,R-fbpzaH) (18), and (R,R-clbpzaH) (19) were obtained by hydrolysis of the lithium-scorpionate compounds 10-13 with H(2)O. The lithium compound 12 was reacted with [TiCl(4)(THF)(2)] or [ZrCl(4)] to give the enantiopure complexes [MCl(3)(κ(3)-R,R-fbpza)] [M = Ti (20), Zr (21)]. The amine compound 18 reacted with [MX(4)] (M = Ti, X = O(i)Pr, OEt; M = Zr; X = NMe(2)) to give the complexes [MX(3)(κ(3)-R,R-fbpza)] (22-24). The reaction of Me(3)SiCl with [Zr(NMe(2))(3)(κ(3)-R,R-fbpza)] (24) in different molar ratios led to the halide-amide-containing complexes [ZrCl(NMe(2))(2)(κ(3)-R,R-fbpza)] (25) and [ZrCl(2)(NMe(2))(κ(3)-R,R-fbpza)] (26) and the halide complex 21. The isolation of only one of the three possible diastereoisomers of complexes 25 and 26 revealed that chiral induction from the ligand to the zirconium center took place. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by (1)H and (13)C{(1)H} NMR spectroscopy, and the X-ray crystal structures of 5, 12, 14, 15, and 24 were also established.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The total synthesis of (2S,3S)-2,3-dihydro-6-[(1'S, 2'R)-2-hydroxy-1-methylbutyl]-3,5-dimethyl-2-[(1'S)-1-methylpropyl]-4H-pyran-4-one (3), the (-)enantiomer of the marine polypropionate, maurenone, was achieved in nine linear steps (13% overall yield) from (R)-2-benzylpentan-3-one ((R)-14) and (R)-2-benzoyloxypentan-3-one ((R)-15). Key fragments were synthesized using highly diastereoselective syn and anti boron aldol reactions and were coupled using a lithium-mediated aldol reaction. Trifluoroacetic acid-promoted cyclization/dehydration was then used to install the gamma-dihydropyrone ring. Eight isomers of one enantiomeric series were synthesized by coupling two ketones with each of four aldehydes. Comparison of the 13C NMR data for the eight isomers with that reported for maurenone established the relative stereochemistry of the natural product.  相似文献

The synthesis of the enantiomerically pure bis(hydroxymethyl)-branched cyclohexenyl and cyclohexyl purines is described. Racemic trans-4,5-bis(methoxycarbonyl)cyclohexene [(+/-)-6] was reduced with lithium aluminum hydride to give the racemic diol (+/-)-7. Resolution of (+/-)-7 via a transesterification process using lipase from Pseudomonas sp. (SAM-II) gave both diols in enantiomerically pure form. The enantiomerically pure diol (S,S)-7was benzoylated and epoxidized to give the epoxide 9. Treatment of the epoxide 9 with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate and 1,5-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-5-ene followed by dilute hydrochloric acid gave (1R,4S,5R)-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-1-hydroxycyclohex-2-ene (10). Acetylation of 10 gave (1R,4S,5R)-1-acetoxy-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-2-ene (11). (1R,4S,5R)-1-Acetoxy-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-2-ene (11) was converted to the adenine derivative 12 and guanine derivative 13 via palladium(0)-catalyzed coupling with adenine and 2-amino-6-chloropurine, respectively. Hydrogenation of 12 and 13 gave the correspondning saturated adenine derivative 14 and guanine derivative 15. (1R,4S,5R)-4,5-Bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-1-hydroxycyclohex-2-ene (10) was converted to the adenine derivative 16 and guanine derivative 17 via coupling with 6-chloropurine and 2-amino-6-chloropurine, respectively, using a modified Mitsunobu procedure. Hydrogenation of 16 and 17 gave the corresponding saturated adenine derivative 18 and guanine derivative 19. Compounds 12-19 were evaluated for activity against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), but were found to be inactive. Further biological testings are underway.  相似文献

Insertion of MeO(2)C-C[triple bond]C-CO(2)Me (DMAD) into the Pd-C bond of the heterodimetallic complex [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d(dmba-C)] (2) (dppm = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2), dmba-C = metallated dimethylbenzylamine) and [(OC)(3){(MeO)(3)Si}F[upper bond 1 start]e(mu-dppm)P[upper bond 1 end]d(8-mq-C,N)] (3) (8-mq-C,N = cyclometallated 8-methylquinoline) yielded the sigma-alkenyl complexes [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(CO(2)Me)=C(CO(2)Me)(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2))}] (7) and [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(CO(2)Me)[double bond, length as m-dash]C(CO(2)Me)(CH(2)C(9)H(6)N)}] (8), respectively. The latter afforded the adduct [(OC)(3){(MeO)(3)Si}F[upper bond 1 start]e(mu-dppm)P[upper bond 1 end]d{C(CO(2)Me)=C(CO(2)Me)(CH(2)C(9)H(6)N)}(CNBu(t))] (9) upon reaction with 1 equiv. of Bu(t)NC. The heterodinuclear sigma-butadienyl complexes [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(Ph=C(Ph)C(CO(2)Me)=(CO(2)Me)(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2))}] (11) and [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(Ph)=C(CO(2)Et)C(Ph)=C(CO(2)Et)(CH(2)C(9)H(6)N)}] (13) have been obtained by reaction of the metallate K[Fe{Si(OMe)(3)}(CO)(3)(dppm-P)] (dppm = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2)) with [P[upper bond 1 start]dCl{C(Ph)=C(Ph)C(CO(2)Me)=C(CO(2)Me)(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)N[upper bond 1 end]Me(2))}] or [P[upper bond 1 start]dCl{C(Ph)=C(CO(2)Et)C(Ph)=(CO(2)Et)}(CH(2)C(9)H(6)N[upper bond 1 end])], respectively. Monoinsertion of various organic isocyanides RNC into the Pd-C bond of 2 and 3 afforded the corresponding heterometallic iminoacyl complexes. In the case of complexes [(OC)(3){(MeO)(3)Si}F[upper bond 1 start]e(mu-dppm)P[upper bond 1 end][upper bond 1 start]d{C=(NR)(CH(2)C(9)H(6)N[upper bond 1 end])}] (15a R = Ph, 15b R = xylyl), a static six-membered C,N chelate is formed at the Pd centre, in contrast to the situation in [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(=NR)(o-C(6)H(4)CH(2)NMe(2))}] (14a R = o-anisyl, 14b R = 2,6-xylyl) where formation of a mu-eta(2)-Si-O bridge is preferred over NMe(2) coordination. The outcome of the reaction of the dimetallic alkyl complex [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]dMe] with RNC depends both on the stoichiometry and the electronic donor properties of the isocyanide employed for the migratory insertion process. In the case of o-anisylisocyanide, the iminoacyl complex [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{C(=N-o-anisyl)Me}] (16) results from the reaction in a 1 : 1 ratio. Addition of three equiv. of o-anisylisocyanide affords the tris(insertion) product [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{[C(=N-o-anisyl)](3)Me}] (18). After addition of a fourth equivalent of o-anisylNC, exclusive formation of the isocyanide adduct [(OC)(3){(MeO)(3)Si}F[upper bond 1 start]e(mu-dppm)P[upper bond 1 end]d{[C(=N-o-anisyl)](3)Me}(CN-o-anisyl)] (19) was spectroscopically evidenced. In the complex [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]d{[C(=N-o-C(6)H(4)COCH(2))](2)Me}] (20), the sigma-bound diazabutadienyl unit is part of a 12-membered organic macrocyle which results from bis(insertion) of 1,2-bis(2-isocyanophenoxy)ethane into the Pd-Me bond of the precursor complex [(OC)(3)F[upper bond 1 start]e{mu-Si(OMe)(2)([lower bond 1 start]OMe)}(mu-dppm)P[lower bond 1 end][upper bond 1 end]dMe]. In contrast, addition of two equivalents of tert-butylisocyanide to a solution of the latter afforded [(OC)(3){(MeO)(3)Si}F[upper bond 1 start]Fe(mu-dppm)P[upper bond 1 end]d{C(=NBu(t))Me}(CNBu(t))] (21) in which both a terminal and an inserted isocyanide ligand are coordinated to the Pd centre. In all cases, there was no evidence for competing CO substitution at the Fe(CO)(3) fragment by RNC. The molecular structures of the insertion products 8 x CH(2)Cl(2) and 16 x CH(2)Cl(2) have been determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

We have synthesized and characterized a series of trinuclear gold(I) complexes [(AuX)(3)(mu-triphos)] (triphos = bis(2-diphenylphosphinoethyl)phenylphosphine; X = Cl 1, Br 2, I 3, C(6)F(5) 4) and di- and trinuclear gold(III) complexes [[Au(C(6)F(5))(3)](n)(mu-triphos)] (n = 2 (5), 3 (6)). The crystal structure of 6 [[Au(C(6)F(5))(3)](3)(mu-triphos)] has been determined by X-ray diffraction studies, which show the triphosphine in a conformation resulting in very long gold-gold distances, probably associated with the steric requirements of the tris(pentafluorophenyl)gold(III) units. Complex 6 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P(-1) with a = 12.7746(16) A, b = 18.560(2) A, c = 21.750(3) A, alpha = 98.215(3) degrees, beta = 101.666(3) degrees, gamma = 96.640(3) degrees, and Z = 2. Chloride substitutions in complex 1 afford trinuclear gold(I) complexes [(AuX)(3)(mu-triphos)] (X = Fmes (1,3,5-tris(trifluoromethyl)phenyl) 7, p-SC(6)H(4)Me 8, SCN 9) and [Au(3)Cl(3)(-)(n)()(S(2)CNR(2))(n)(mu-triphos)] (R = Me, n = 3 (10), 2 (12), 1 (14); R = CH(2)Ph, n = 3 (11), 2 (13), 1 (15)). The luminescence properties of these complexes in the solid state have been studied; at low temperature most of them are luminescent, including the gold(III) derivative 6, with the intensity and the emission maxima being clearly influenced by the nature and the number of the ligands bonded to the gold centers.  相似文献

Two routes from D-glucose to chiral, ring-contracted analogs of the second messenger D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate are described. Methyl alpha-D-glucopyranoside was converted by an improved procedure into methyl 4,6-O-(p-methoxybenzylidene)-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (6) and thence into methyl 2-O-benzyl-3,4-bis-O-(p-methoxybenzyl)-alpha-D-gluco-hexodialdopyranoside (1,5) (14) in four steps. In the first ring-contraction method 14 was converted into methyl 2-O-benzyl-6,7-dideoxy-3,4-bis-O-(p-methoxybenzyl)-alpha-D-gluco-hept-6-enopyranoside (1,5) (15), which on sequential treatment with Cp(2)Zr(n-Bu)(2) followed by BF(3).Et(2)O afforded a mixture of (1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-3-(benzyloxy)-4-hydroxy-1,2-bis[(p-methoxybenzyl)oxy]-5-vinylcyclopentane (16) and its 4S,5R diastereoisomer 17. Removal of the p-methoxybenzyl groups of 16 and subsequent phosphorylation and deprotection afforded the first target compound, (1R,2R,3S,4R,5S)-3-hydroxy-1,2,4-tris(phosphonooxy)-5-vinylcyclopentane (3). In the second route, intermediate 14 was subjected to SmI(2)-mediated ring contraction to give (1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-3-(benzyloxy)-4-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)-1,2-bis[(p-methoxybenzyl)oxy]cyclopentane (20). Benzylation of 20 provided (1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-3-(benzyloxy)-6-[(benzyloxy)methyl]-4-hydroxy-1,2-bis[(p-methoxybenzyl)oxy]cyclopentane (22) and (1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-3,4-bis(benzyloxy)-5-(hydroxymethyl)-1,2-bis[(p-methoxybenzyl)oxy]cyclopentane (21), which were elaborated to the target trisphosphates (1R,2R,3S,4R,5S)-3-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)-1,2,4-tris(phosphonooxy)cyclopentane (4) and (1R,2S,3R,4R,5S)-1,2-dihydroxy-3,4-bis(phosphonooxy)-5-[(phosphonooxy)methyl]cyclopentane (5), respectively. Both 3 and 4 mobilized intracellular Ca(2+), but 4 was only a few fold less potent than D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, demonstrating that effective mimics can be designed that do not bear a six-membered ring.  相似文献

The magnetic exchange interactions in a C0(3)(11) moiety encapsulated in Na(17) [(NaOH(2))Co(3)(H(2)O)(P(2)W(15)O(56))(2)] (NaCo(3)) were studied by a combination of magnetic measurements (magnetic susceptibility and low-temperature magnetization), with a detailed Inelastic Neutron Scattering (INS) investigation. The novel structure of the salt was determined by X-ray crystallography. The ferromagnetic Co(3)O(14) triangular cluster core consists of three octahedrally oxo-coordinated Co(II) ions sharing edges. According to the single-ion anisotropy and spin-orbit coupling usually assumed for octahedral Co(II) ions, the appropiate exchange Hamiltonian to describe the ground-state properties of the isosceles triangular Co(3) spin cluster is anisotropic and is expressed as H = - 2sigma(alpha)(=)(x,y,z)(J(alpha)(12)S(1alpha)S(2alpha) + J(alpha)(23)S(2alpha)S(3alpha) + J(alpha)(13)S(1alpha)S(3alpha)), where J(alpha) are the components of the exchange interactions between the Co(II) ions. To reproduce the INS data, nonparallel anisotropic exchange tensors needed to be introduced, which were directly connected to the molecular symmetry of the complex. The following range of parameters (value +/- 0.5 cm(-1)) was found to reproduce all experimental information while taking magnetostructural relations into account: J(x)(12) = J(y)(13) = 8.6 cm(-1); J(y)(12) = J(x)(13) = 1.4 cm(-1); J(z)(12) = J(z)(13) = 10.0 cm(-1); J(x)(23) = J(y)(23) = 6.5 cm(-1) and = 3.4 cm(-1).  相似文献

The reaction of the in situ generated cyclooctene iridium(I) derivative trans-[IrCl(C8H14)(PiPr3)2] with benzene at 80 degrees C gave a mixture of the five-coordinate dihydrido and hydrido(phenyl) iridium(III) complexes [IrH2(Cl)(PiPr3)2] 2 and [IrH(C6H5)(Cl)(PiPr3)2] 3 in the ratio of about 1 : 2. The chloro- and fluoro-substituted arenes C6H5X (X = Cl, F), C6H4F2 and C6H4F(CH3) reacted also by C-H activation to afford the corresponding aryl(hydrido) iridium(III) derivatives [IrH(C6H4X)(Cl)(PiPr3)2] 7, 8, [IrH(C6H3F2)(Cl)(PiPr3)2] 9-11 and [IrH[C6H3F(CH3)](Cl)(PiPr3)2] 12, 13, respectively. The formation of isomeric mixtures had been detected by 1H, 13C, 19F and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Treatment of 3 and 7-13 with CO gave the octahedral carbonyl iridium(III) complexes [IrH(C6H3XX')(Cl)(CO)(PiPr3)2] 5, 14-20 without the elimination of the arene. The reactions of trans-[IrCl(C8H14)(PiPr3)2] with aryl ketones C6H5C(O)R (R = Me, Ph), aryl ketoximes C6H5C(NOH)R (R = Me, Ph) and benzaloxime C6H5C(NOH)H resulted in the formation of six-coordinate aryl(hydrido) iridium(III) compounds 21-25 with the aryl ligand coordinated in a bidentate kappa2-C,O or kappa2-C,N fashion. With C6H5C(O)NH2 as the substrate, the two isomers [IrH[kappa2-N,O-NHC(O)C6H5](Cl)(PiPr3)2] 26 and [IrH[kappa2-C,O-C6H4C(O)NH2](Cl)(PiPr3)2] 27 were prepared stepwise. Treatment of trans-[IrCl(C8H14)(PiPr3)2] with benzoic acid gave the benzoato(hydrido) complex [IrH[kappa2-O,O-O2CC6H5](Cl)(PiPr3)2] 29 which did not rearrange to the kappa2-C,O isomer.  相似文献

Structural analogues of the reduced (Mo(IV)) sites of members of the DMSO reductase family of molybdoenzymes are sought. These sites usually contain two pterin-dithiolene cofactor ligands and one protein-based ligand. Reaction of [Mo(MeCN)3(CO)3] and [Ni(S2C2R2)2] affords the trigonal prismatic complexes [Mo(CO)2(S2C2R2)2] (R = Me (1), Ph (2)), which by carbonyl substitution serve as useful precursors to a variety of bis(dithiolene)molybdenum-(IV,V) complexes. Reaction of 1 with Et4NOH yields [MoO(S2C2Me2)2]2- (3), which is readily oxidized to [MoO(S2C2Me2)2]1- (4). The hindered arene oxide ligands ArO- afford the square pyramidal complexes [Mo(OAr)(S2C2R2)2]1- (5, 6). The ligands PhQ- affordthe trigonal prismatic monocarbonyls [Mo(CO)(QPh)(S2C2Me2)2]1- (Q = S (8), Se (12)) while the bulky ligand ArS- forms square pyramidal [Mo(SAr)(S2C2R2)2]- (9, 10). In contrast, reactions with ArSe- result in [Mo(CO)(SeAr)(S2C2R2)2]1-(14, 15), which have not been successfully decarbonylated. Other compounds prepared by substitution reactions of 1 and 2 include the bridged dimers [Mo2(mu-Q)2(S2C2Me2)4]2- (Q = S (7), Se (11)) and [Mo2(mu-SePh)2(S2C2Ph2)4]2- (13). The complexes 1, 3-5, 7-10, 12-14, [Mo(S2C2Me2)3] (16), and [Mo(S2C2Me2)3]1- (17) were characterized by X-ray structure determinations. Certain complexes approach the binding arrangements in at least one DMSO reductase (5/6) and its Ser/Cys mutant, and in dissimilatory nitrate reductases (9/10). This investigation provides the initial demonstration of the new types of bis(dithiolene)molybdenum(IV) complexes available through [Mo(CO)2(S2C2R2)2] precursors, some of which will be utilized in reactivity studies. Lipase TL-mediated kinetic resolution of benzoin proceeded to give the corresponding optically pure (R)-benzoin (R)-1. On the other hand, (S)-benzoin O-acetate (S)-7 could be hydrolyzed without epimerization to give (S)-benzoin (S)-1 under alkaline conditions. Furthermore, both enantiomers of benzoin (1) were converted to [(15)N]-(1R,2S)- and (1S,2R)- 2-amino-1,2-diphenylethanol (3a and 3b), respectively, according to the procedure reported previously. [2,3-(13)C(2),(15)N]-(5S,6R)-4-benzyloxy-5,6-diphenyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-oxazine-2-one (10) was synthesized from ethyl [1,2-(13)C(2)]bromoacetate and (1R,2S)-2-amino-1,2-diphenylethanol (3b) in three steps. Finally, [2,3-(13)C(2),(15)N]-L-alanine (12) was prepared via alkylation of the lactone 10 and hydrogenation of the alkylated product 11.  相似文献

Epoxidation of bullvalene (1) with a neutralized solution of Oxone gave racemic trisepoxide rac-6 in 93 % isolated yield. Its structure was examined by X-ray crystallography. The two enantiomers of 6 were separated by preparative HPLC and exhibited specific rotations of [alpha](25)(D)= +160, [alpha](25)(365)= +567 (c=0.946, CHCl(3)) for the firstly eluted and [alpha](25)(D)= -157, [alpha](25)(365)= -554 (c=0.986, CHCl3) for the secondly eluted enantiomer of 6. The geometry of (+)-6 and the absolute configuration of (-)-6 were determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis and anomalous diffraction, respectively. According to this, (-)-6 possesses (3R,5S,7S,9R,11R,13S)- and (+)-6 has (3S,5R,7R,9S,11S,13R)-configuration. Upon treatment with BF(3)Et(2)O at -78 degrees C, trisepoxide rac-6 rearranges with retention of the skeletal three-membered carbocycle to give the cage trisether rac-8, as proved by X-ray crystal structure analysis, in virtually quantitative yield. Enantiomers of rac-8 were separated by preparative HPLC and exhibited specific rotations of [alpha](25)(D)= +49, [alpha](25)(365)= +170 (c=1.01, CHCl3) (firstly eluting) and [alpha](25)(D)= -46, [alpha](25)(365)= -160 (c=1.02, CHCl(3)) (secondly eluting enantiomer). The absolute configuration of (-)-8 was determined by anomalous diffraction to be (1R,3R,7R,9R,11R,13R). DFT computations at the TD-B3 LYP/6-31+G(d,p)//B3 LYP/6-31+G(d) level of theory for (3R,5S,7S,9R,11R,13S)-6 and (1R,3R,7R,9R,11R,13R)-8 predicted specific rotations of -206.7 and -83.4, respectively. Acid-catalyzed isomerization of the enantiomerically pure (+)-6 proceeded without racemization to give exclusively (-)-8, and (-)-6 provided only (+)-8. Thus, this isomerization occurs with ring opening of the three C--O bonds in the epoxide moieties in the alpha-position relative to the three-membered carbocycle rather than in the beta-position.  相似文献

Reaction of the dimer [(Cp*IrCl)2(P-Cl)2] with chiral pyridylamino ligands (pyam, L1-L5) in the presence of NaSbF6 gave complexes [Cp*IrCl(pyam)][SbF6] 1-5 as diastereomeric mixtures, which have been fully characterised, including the X-ray molecular structure determination of the complexes (S(Ir),R(N),R(C))-[Cp*IrClL1][SbF6] 1a and (R(Ir),S(N),S(C))-[Cp*IrClL5][SbF6] 5a. Treatment of these cations with AgSbF6 affords the corresponding aqua species [Cp*Ir(pyam)(H2O)][SbF6]2 6-10 which have been also fully characterised. The molecular structure of the complex (S(Ir),R(N),R(C))-[Cp*IrL,(H2O)][SbF6]2 6 has been determined by X-ray diffractometric methods. The aqua complexes [Cp*Ir(pyam)(H2O)][SbF6]2 (6, pyam = L2 (7), L3 (8)) evolve to the cyclometallated species [Cp*Ir{kappa3(N,N',C)-(R)-(C6H4)CH(CH3)NHCH2C5NH4}][SbF6] (11), [Cp*Ir{kappa3(N,N',C)-(R)-(C10H6)CH(CH3)-NHCH2C5NH4)}][SbF6] (12), and [Cp*Ir{kappa3(N,N',C)-(R)-(C10H6)CH(CH3)NHCH2C9NH6)}][SbF6] (13) respectively, via intramolecular activation of an ortho C-H aryl bond. Complexes 6-10 are enantioselective catalysts for the Diels-Alder reaction between methacrolein and cyclopentadiene. Reaction occurs rapidly at room temperature with good exo : endo selectivity (from 81 : 19 to 98 : 2) and moderate enantioselectivity (up to 72%). The involved intermediate Lewis acid-dienophile compounds [Cp*Ir(pyam)(methacrolein)][SbF]2 (pyam = L4 (14), L5 (15)) have been isolated and characterised.  相似文献

Vanadium(III) and vanadium(V) complexes derived from the tris(2-thiolatoethyl)amine ligand [(NS3)3-] and the bis(2-thiolatoethyl)ether ligand [(OS2)2-] have been synthesized with the aim of investigating the potential of these vanadium sites to bind dinitrogen and activate its reduction. Evidence is presented for the transient existence of (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3), and a series of mononuclear complexes containing hydrazine, hydrazide, imide, ammine, organic cyanide, and isocyanide ligands has been prepared and the chemistry of these complexes investigated. [V(NS3)O] (1) reacts with an excess of N2H4 to give, probably via the intermediates (V(NS3)(NNH2) (2a) and (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3) (3), the V(III) adduct [V(NS3)(N2H4)] (4). If 1 is treated with 0.5 mol of N2H4, 0.5 mol of N2 is evolved and green, insoluble [(V(NS3))n] (5) results. Compound 4 is converted by disproportionation to [V(NS3)(NH3)] (6), but 4 does not act as a catalyst for disproportionation of N2H4 nor does it act as a catalyst for its reduction by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 1 reacts with NR1(2)NR2(2) (R1 = H or SiMe3; R2(2) = Me2, MePh, or HPh) to give the hydrazide complexes [V(NS3)(NNR2(2)] (R2(2) = Me2, 2b; R2(2) = MePh, 2c; R2(2) = HPh, 2d), which are not protonated by anhydrous HBr nor are they reduced by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 2b can also be prepared by reaction of [V(NNMe2)(dipp)3] (dipp = OC6H3Pri2-2,6) with NS3H3. N2H4 is displaced quantitatively from 4 by anions to give the salts [NR3(4)][V(NS3)X] (X = Cl, R3 = Et, 7a; X = Cl, R3 = Ph, 7b; X = Br, R3 = Et, 7c; X = N3, R3 = Bu(n), 7d; X = N3, R3 = Et, 7e; X = CN, R3 = Et, 7f). Compound 6 loses NH3 thermally to give 5, which can also be prepared from [VCl3(THF)3] and NS3H3/LiBun. Displacement of NH3 from 6 by ligands L gives the adducts [V(NS3)(L)] (L = MeCN, nu CN 2264 cm-1, 8a; L = ButNC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8b; L = C6H11NC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8c). Reaction of 4 with N3SiMe3 gives [V(NS3)(NSiMe3)] (9), which is converted to [V(NS3)(NH)] (10) by hydrolysis and to [V(NS3)(NCPh3)] (11) by reaction with ClCPh3. Compound 10 is converted into 1 by [NMe4]OH and to [V(NS3)NLi(THF)2] (12) by LiNPri in THF. A further range of imido complexes [V(NS3)(NR4)] (R4 = C6H4Y-4 where Y = H (13a), OMe (13b), Me (13c), Cl (13d), Br (13e), NO2 (13f); R4 = C6H4Y-3, where Y = OMe (13g); Cl (13h); R4 = C6H3Y2-3,4, where Y = Me (13i); Cl (13j); R4 = C6H11 (13k)) has been prepared by reaction of 1 with R4NCO. The precursor complex [V(OS2)O(dipp)] (14) [OS2(2-) = O(CH2CH2S)2(2-)] has been prepared from [VO(OPri)3], Hdipp, and OS2H2. It reacts with NH2NMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(dipp)] (15) and with N3SiMe3 to give [V(OS2)(NSiMe3)(dipp)] (16). A second oxide precursor, formulated as [V(OS2)1.5O] (17), has also been obtained, and it reacts with SiMe3NHNMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(OSiMe3)] (18). The X-ray crystal structures of the complexes 2b, 2c, 4, 6, 7a, 8a, 9, 10, 13d, 14, 15, 16, and 18 have been determined, and the 51V NMR and other spectroscopic parameters of the complexes are discussed in terms of electronic effects.  相似文献

Reaction of C(60) with CF(3)I at 550 degrees C, which is known to produce a single isomer of C(60)(CF(3))(2,4,6) and multiple isomers of C(60)(CF(3))(8,10), has now been found to produce an isomer of C(60)(CF(3))(6) with the C(s)-C(60)X(6) skew-pentagonal-pyramid (SPP) addition pattern and an epoxide with the C(s)-C(60)X(4)O variation of the SPP addition pattern, C(s)-C(60)(CF(3))(4)O. The structurally similar epoxide C(s)-C(60)(C(2)F(5))(4)O is one of the products of the reaction of C(60) with C(2)F(5)I at 430 degrees C. The three compounds have been characterized by mass spectrometry, DFT quantum chemical calculations, Raman, visible, and (19)F NMR spectroscopy, and, in the case of the two epoxides, single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound C(s)-C(60)(CF(3))(6) is the first [60]fullerene derivative with adjacent R(f) groups that are sufficiently sterically hindered to cause the (DFT-predicted) lengthening of the cage (CF(3))C-C(CF(3)) bond to 1.60 A as well as to give rise to a rare, non-fast-exchange-limit (19)F NMR spectrum at 20 degrees C. The compounds C(s)-C(60)(CF(3))(4)O and C(s)-C(60)(C(2)F(5))(4)O are the first poly(perfluoroalkyl)fullerene derivatives with a non-fluorine-containing exohedral substituent and the first fullerene epoxides known to be stable at elevated temperatures. All three compounds demonstrate that the SPP addition pattern is at least kinetically stable, if not thermodynamically stable, at temperatures exceeding 400 degrees C. The high-temperature synthesis of the two epoxides also indicates that perfluoroalkyl substituents can enhance the thermal stability of fullerene derivatives with other substituents.  相似文献

The bromocyclopentadienyl complex [(eta5-C5H4Br)Re(CO)3] is converted to racemic [(eta5-C5H4Br)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH2PPh2)] (1 b) similarly to a published sequence for cyclopentadienyl analogues. Treatment of enantiopure (S)-[(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH3)] with nBuLi and I2 gives (S)-[(eta5-C5H4I)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH3)] ((S)-6 c; 84 %), which is converted (Ph3C+ PF6 -, PPh2H, tBuOK) to (S)-[(eta5-C5H4I)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH2PPh2)] ((S)-1 c). Reactions of 1 b and (S)-1 c with Pd[P(tBu)3]2 yield [{(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)Pd(mu-X)}2] (10; X = b, Br, rac/meso, 88 %; c, I, S,S, 22 %). Addition of PPh3 to 10 b gives [(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)Pd(PPh3)(Br)] (11 b; 92 %). Reaction of (S)-[(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(CH2PPh2)] ((S)-2) and Pd(OAc)(2) (1.5 equiv; toluene, RT) affords the novel Pd3(OAc)4-based palladacycle (S,S)-[(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)Pd(mu-OAc)2Pd(mu-OAc)2Pd(mu-PPh2CH2)(Ph3P)(ON)Re(eta5-C5H4)] ((S,S)-13; 71-90 %). Addition of LiCl and LiBr yields (S,S)-10 a,b (73 %), and Na(acac-F6) gives (S)-[(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)Pd(acac-F6)] ((S)-16, 72 %). Reaction of (S,S)-10 b and pyridine affords (S)-[(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)Pd(NC5H5)(Br)] ((S)-17 b, 72 %); other Lewis bases yield similar adducts. Reaction of (S)-2 and Pd(OAc)2 (0.5 equiv; benzene, 80 degrees C) gives the spiropalladacycle trans-(S,S)-[{(eta5-C5H4)Re(NO)(PPh3)(mu-CH2PPh2)}2Pd] (39 %). The crystal structures of (S)-6 c, 11 b, (S,S)- and (R,R)-132 C7H8, (S,S)-10 b, and (S)-17 b aid the preceding assignments. Both 10 b (racemic or S,S) and (S)-16 are excellent catalyst precursors for Suzuki and Heck couplings.  相似文献

Iridium complexes relevant to the catalytic enantioselective hydrogenation of 2-methyl-6-ethylphenyl-1'-methyl-2'-methoxyethylimine (MEA-imine, 1) in the Syngenta Metolachlor (3) process were prepared and characterized. Reaction of the diphosphane (S)-1-[(R)-2-(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocenyl]ethyldi(3,5-xylyl)phosphane ((S)-(R)-Xyliphos, (S)-(R)-4) with [Ir(2)(micro-Cl)(2)(cod)(2)] (cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene) afforded [Ir(Cl)(cod)[(S)-(R)-4]] (7), which reacted with AgBF(4) to form [Ir(cod)[(S)-(R)-4]]BF(4) (8). Complexes 7 and 8 reacted with iodide to yield [Ir(I)(cod)[(S)-(R)-4]] (9). When 9 was treated with one and two equivalents of HBF(4), two isomers of the cationic Ir(III) iodo hydrido complex [Ir(I)(H)(cod)[(S)-(R)-4]]BF(4) were solated (10 and 11, respectively). Complex 9 was oxidized with one equivalent of I(2) to give the iodo-bridged dinuclear species [Ir(2)I(2)(micro-I)(3)[(S)-(R)-4](2))]I (12). [Ir(2)(micro-Cl)(2)(coe)(4)] (coe=cyclooctene) reacted with (S)-(R)-4 to yield the chloro-bridged dinuclear complex [Ir(2)(micro-Cl)(2)[(S)-(R)-4](2)] (13). Complexes 7-12 were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and tested as single-component catalyst precursors for enantioselective hydrogenation of MEA-imine. Complex 10 and dinuclear complex 12 gave the best catalytic results. Efforts were also directed at isolating substrate- or product-catalyst adducts: Treatment of 8 with 2,6-dimethylphenyl-1'-methyl-2'-methoxyethylimine (DMA-imine, 14, a model for 1) under H(2) allowed four isomers of [Ir(H)(2)[(S)-(R)-4](14)]BF(4) (18-21) to be isolated. These analytically pure isomers were fully characterized by 2D NMR techniques. X-ray structural analysis of an Ir(I)-imine adduct, namely, [Ir(C(2)H(4))(2)(14)]BF(4) (25), which was prepared by reacting [IrCl(C(2)H(4))(4)] with [Ag(14)(2)]BF(4) (16), confirmed the kappa(2) coordination mode of imine 14.  相似文献

Recent work has shown that cyanide ligation increases the redox potentials of Fe(4)S(4) clusters, enabling the isolation of [Fe(4)S(4)(CN)4]4-, the first synthetic Fe(4)S(4) cluster obtained in the all-ferrous oxidation state (Scott, T. A.; Berlinguette, C. P.; Holm, R. H.; Zhou, H.-C. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 2005, 102, 9741). The generality of reduced cluster stabilization has been examined with MoFe(3)S(4) clusters. Reaction of single-cubane [(Tp)MoFe(3)S(4)(PEt(3))3]1+ and edge-bridged double-cubane [(Tp)2Mo(2)Fe(6)S(8)(PEt(3))4] with cyanide in acetonitrile affords [(Tp)MoFe(3)S(4)(CN)3]2- (2) and [(Tp)2Mo(2)Fe(6)S(8)(CN)4]4- (5), respectively. Reduction of 2 with KC(14)H(10) yields [(Tp)MoFe(3)S(4)(CN)3]3- (3). Clusters were isolated in approximately 70-90% yields as Et(4)N+ or Bu(4)N+ salts; clusters 3 and 5 contain all-ferrous cores, and 3 is the first [MoFe(3)S(4)]1+ cluster isolated in substance. The structures of 2 and 3 are very similar; the volume of the reduced cluster core is slightly larger (2.5%), a usual effect upon reduction of cubane-type Fe(4)S(4) and MFe(3)S(4) clusters. Redox potentials and 57Fe isomer shifts of [(Tp)MoFe(3)S(4)L3]2-,3- and [(Tp)2Mo(2)Fe(6)S(8)L(4)]4-,3- clusters with L = CN-, PhS-, halide, and PEt3 are compared. Clusters with pi-donor ligands (L = halide, PhS) exhibit larger isomer shifts and lower (more negative) redox potentials, while pi-acceptor ligands (L = CN, PEt3) induce smaller isomer shifts and higher (less-negative) redox potentials. When the potentials of 3/2 and [(Tp)MoFe(3)S(4)(SPh)3]3-/2- are compared, cyanide stabilizes 3 by 270 mV versus the reduced thiolate cluster, commensurate with the 310 mV stabilization of [Fe(4)S(4)(CN)4]4- versus [Fe(4)S(4)(SPh)4]4- where four ligands differ. These results demonstrate the efficacy of cyanide stabilization of lower cluster oxidation states. (Tp = hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate(1-)).  相似文献

The heterobimetallic complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(CO)(mu-dppm)Mn(CO)4] and [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(mu-dppm)(mu-CO)2Mn(CO)3] (dppm = bis-diphenylphosphinomethane) have been prepared by reacting the hydridic complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(dppm)H] and [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(dppm)H], respectively, with the protonic [HMn(CO)5] complex. The bimetallic complexes can also be synthesized through metathetical reactions between [(eta5-C5R5)Ru(dppm)Cl] (R = H or Me) and Li+[Mn(CO)5]-. Although the complexes fail to catalyze the hydrogenation of CO2 to formic acid, they catalyze the coupling reactions of epoxides with carbon dioxide to yield cyclic carbonates. Two possible reaction pathways for the coupling reactions have been proposed. Both routes begin with heterolytic cleavage of the RuMn bond and coordination of an epoxide molecule to the Lewis acidic ruthenium center. In Route I, the Lewis basic manganese center activates the CO2 by forming the metallocarboxylate anion which then ring-opens the epoxide; subsequent ring-closure gives the cyclic carbonate. In Route II, the nucleophilic manganese center ring-opens the ruthenium-attached epoxide to afford an alkoxide intermediate; CO2 insertion into the RuO bond followed by ring-closure yields the product. Density functional calculations at the B3LYP level of theory were carried out to understand the structural and energetic aspects of the two possible reaction pathways. The results of the calculations indicate that Route II is favored over Route I.  相似文献
