为进一步提高船用燃机排气引射器的工作性能,降低红外辐射,以某型船用燃机排气系统为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法对船用燃气轮机排气系统在不同工况下的工作性能进行数值模拟研究,获得各工况下燃气轮机排气系统出口处的温度场.在此基础上,分析主喷口面积和侧壁窗口面积对排气系统出口温度分布的影响.研究结果表明,随着主喷口出口面积的逐渐减小,引射系数和总压损失都有所增加,排气室侧壁窗口面积的增加会增大整个装置的引射系数,但变化幅度低于主喷管出口面积变化造成的影响.  相似文献

排气引射器是较好的通风冷却设备,在燃气轮机动力装置当中应用广泛。利用数值模拟方法对扭曲式与未扭曲式波瓣排气引射器进行了研究,得到了两种结构的内部流场分布情况和性能数据。数值模拟结果表明,扭曲式波瓣引射器在主次流混合效果与温度控制方面的性能优于未扭曲式,但在排气阻力损失方面处于劣势。研究结果为波瓣引射器在船舶动力装置当中的应用及其性能优化提供一定的参考。  相似文献

为满足舰用燃气轮机和舰用柴油机对燃烧和冷却空气的品质要求,以保障舰用动力系统的可靠工作,进排气装置是装船技术中不可缺少的重要设备。文章基于舰用燃气轮机进排气系统的工作原理,构建了进排气系统指标评价体系,提出了各指标的试验方法。根据研究,进排气系统应进行静态检查、阻力测定试验、抗冲击试验、排气红外辐射强度测试等项目。  相似文献

采用变比热容并考虑油气比变化对系统的影响,建立了一种非线性的考虑容积惯性的双轴燃气轮机动态仿真模型.基于不同的工况,获取进气系统的压力损失变化规律;并耦合燃气轮机在不同环境温度下的实际运行需求,对燃气轮机的性能进行了仿真研究和计算.结果表明:随着燃气轮机工况的增加,进气系统的压力损失按接近2次方规律增加;在高温和高工况条件下,燃气轮机的有效输出功率和热效率下降明显.所得结果可为燃气轮机的优化设计和使用提供理论基础和决策参考.  相似文献

对燃气轮机排气引射装置进行了三维数值模拟,采用非结构网格、Realizable κ-ε湍流模型求解三维N-S方程组,得到了全流场速度、压力、温度等的分布情况,并进行了详细分析。结果表明所采用的数值模拟方法较为准确,能充分反映排气引射装置的流场发展情况。对排气引射装置设计具有指导意义。  相似文献

为了获得传感器迟滞所引起的燃气轮机监测信号迟滞现象对燃气轮机转速控制的影响规律,首先建立监测信号迟滞模型,并将其与燃气轮机模型和控制系统进行耦合,进行转速迟滞、压力迟滞和温度迟滞对燃气轮机转速控制的影响研究。最后,进行PID控制参数与监测信号迟滞耦合对燃气轮机转速控制的影响研究。本文研究主要从燃料量、燃料量调节输出、燃气发生器转速、调节时间的角度进行分析。结果表明,转速迟滞和压力迟滞是燃气轮机转速控制的主要影响因素;温度迟滞对燃气轮机转速控制无影响;改变PID控制参数有利于提升监测信号迟滞时的燃气轮机转速控制性能。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
