Journal of Materials Science & Technology (JMST) is an international journal published in English, which are abstracted/indexed in SCI-Expanded, EI, CA, SA, JICSJ, AJ, CSA, MA, EMA, AIA, PASCAL web. As well known, films research is attracting more and more attention. Most of films-related articles published in JMST were cited many times by international journals. Thus, it is necessary to hold a special issue to survey the films' recent research and development. Application of two-dimensional MXene materials in photovoltaics has attracted increasing attention since the first report in 2018 due to their metallic electrical conductivity,high carrier mobility,excellent transparency,tunable work function and superior mechanical property.In this review,all developments and applications of the Ti3C2Tx MXene(here,it is noteworthy that there are still no reports on other MXenes’application in photovoltaics by far)as additive,electrode and hole/electron transport layer in solar cells are detailedly summarized,and meanwhile,the problems existing in the related studies are also discussed.In view of these problems,some suggestions are given for pushing exploration of the MXenes’application in solar cells.It is believed that this review can provide a comprehensive and deep understanding into the research status and,moreover,helps widen a new situation for the study of MXenes in photovoltaics.  相似文献

Based on the experimental results that solute-depleted zone was observed in Cu-28Zn-4AI (mass fraction) at 523 K, AG is calculated as a positive according to the thermodynamic criteria for the spinodal decomposition of a ternary systems. So, the solute-depleted zone cannot be formed by spinodal decomposition. Dislocation density required by the formation of solute-depleted zone is estimated greater than 7.89×109 cm-2, according to the segregation of solute atoms around dislocations, which is not consistent with the practical situation for the alloy at 523 K. Associated with the internal friction experimental fact that internal friction peaks appear within the incubation for bainitic transformation in Cu-Zn-AI alloy, the equilibrium temperature, TO, is evaluated as 433 K for solute-depleted Cu-25Zn-3.4AI, which is lower than the experimental temperature 523 K. Thus, nucleation by shear mechanism is impossible in this circumstance. Therefore, it is concluded that, like bainite in steels and Ag-Cd, bainite in  相似文献

For automatic robot programming, world modelling of the robot's environment is one of the most important phases of the task planning. World modelling requires that the robot know the environment in which it operates, including the spatial configuration of all objects in the task environment. In robotic assembly planning at the task level, representation of these objects requires symbolic feature and shape identification of the objects to be assembled by the robot. In this paper, we present a framework for reasoning about objects based on their shapes and features and the representation of such objects for robotic assembly planning when the modelling is done on a CAD system. We show the importance of AI languages in the communication of constructive solid geometry (CSG) based information from modellers. Finally, we present the schematic for a formalism, based on Prolog, for expressing object properties and assembly situations.  相似文献

Buttonhole cannulation is a method of cannulation of native arteriovenous fistulae traditionally practiced by self‐cannulators. At St Michael's Hospital, this method has been modified to allow its use in problematic fistulae by multiple cannulators. In a busy dialysis unit, the need for a few specific cannulators to establish the tunnel tracks in combination with the variable dialysis schedules creates logistical challenges. A new method of creating tunnel tracks with the use of the BioHole? device was evaluated. Buttonhole tracks were created in 12 patients using a peg of polycarbonated material with a holder (BioHole? kit). The peg was inserted into the path left by the hemodialysis sharp needle following the index cannulation. Four of the 12 patients had an alternate access. Buttonhole tracks were successfully created in all the patients, albeit in 2 patients, the initial attempt to establish buttonhole tracks was aborted due to complications and the procedure was rescheduled. Compared with the modified buttonhole technique, pain on cannulation following track creation was significantly less in the BioHole? group (P<0.001). Ease of cannulation was significantly improved in the BioHole? group (P<0.05) when compared with that in thrice‐weekly patients using the modified buttonhole technique. Hemostasis postdialysis did not differ between the study groups. The use of the BioHole? device is effective in the creation of tunnel tracks for buttonhole cannulation, is associated with less pain, and simplifies the logistics of arranging patient and nurses' schedules.  相似文献
