为保证装卸工业盐码头结构的耐久性,码头改造设计中采用了防治工业盐污染和腐蚀的多项工程措施。在结构型式上,采用纵向简支带肋面板,钢筋受到较好保护,并降低构件的荷载应力;在构件之间缝隙等处采用防盐污染构造措施,在混凝土材料方面用控制水胶比和胶凝材料用量、掺外加剂等措施,提高混凝土的密实性、抗渗性、耐蚀性和耐磨性等性能。  相似文献

本研究通过系统开展混凝土绝热温升试验,对比研究单掺粉煤灰、单掺矿粉和粉煤灰矿粉双掺混凝土绝热温升的特点。同时研究水胶比、单方胶凝材料用量、混凝土人模温度、外加剂型号等对混凝土绝热温升的影响。研究结果表明:胶凝材料种类和用量是影响绝热温升的主要因素,缓凝外加剂对缓解和推迟混凝土放热过程也有显著作用;入模温度对混凝土绝热温升有明显影响。  相似文献

为满足海洋环境下高性能混凝土的施工要求,开展了复掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉海工自密实高性能混凝土的试验研究。试验结果表明,在复掺粉煤灰和矿渣粉掺量为60%~70%的条件下,掺入20%~30%粉煤灰自密实混凝土具有较高的流动性、填充性、间隙通过性和抗离析性等工作性,满足自密实混凝土的施工要求;28 d抗压强度大于50 MPa,56 d的电通量小于1 000 C,90 d扩散系数小于1.5×10-12 m2/s,具有较高的抗压强度和抗氯盐侵蚀性能,满足海洋环境下抗氯盐侵蚀的耐久性要求。  相似文献

根据广西梧柳高速公路工程C50箱梁混凝土的设计要求,结合当地环境的腐蚀特点,开展了砂岩机制砂与天然河砂配制C50箱梁混凝土的配制技术研究。对比分析其在力学性能、抗裂性能、耐久性能及体积稳定性能方面的影响规律。研究结果表明,砂岩机制砂配制的C50箱梁混凝土工作性能与河砂混凝土相当,在力学性能、抗压强度、轴心抗压强度及弹性模量方面均体现出优于河砂混凝土的性能特征。在选择适当的胶凝材料用量及掺合料掺量时,可配制出耐久性与体积稳定性比河砂混凝土更优的砂岩机制砂C50箱梁混凝土。  相似文献

为分析沉管裂缝的成因及改进措施,研究了沉管主体混凝土的干燥收缩和后浇带混凝土的限制膨胀性能,并在试件收缩90 d后进行泡水试验,得到混凝土在水中的湿胀变形情况。通过对混凝土收缩及膨胀的研究得出:骨料种类、掺合料掺量、胶凝材料用量等参数对混凝土收缩量有较大影响;混凝土泡水7 d后膨胀量为150~250 με,泡水后混凝土在干缩室内二次干缩28 d的收缩量为150~200 με,混凝土泡水膨胀量和二次收缩量与是否掺膨胀剂基本无关。  相似文献

为了准确评估混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性和耐久性,开展了不同矿物掺合料混凝土的制备和电通量测试,根据试验数据和文献数据分析了水胶比(水灰比)、粉煤灰掺量、矿渣掺量、硅灰掺量对混凝土电通量的影响,通过回归分析研究建立了混凝土电通量的多因素计算模型,通过对试验数据和文献数据的统计分析验证了该计算模型的正确性和广泛适用性。在此基础上,通过定量计算氯盐环境下混凝土结构服役寿命,分析了混凝土水胶比、掺合料组合及其掺量对混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明,降低混凝土的水胶比、或提高掺合料掺量均能提高混凝土耐久性;使用矿物掺合料的高性能混凝土,其耐久性明显优于普通混凝土;矿渣对混凝土耐久性的改善优于粉煤灰;复合掺加粉煤灰和矿渣对提高混凝土结构耐久性的效果更加明显。  相似文献

针对如何提高混凝土灌注桩承载力的问题,基于混凝土补偿收缩理论,在混凝土灌注桩中加入适量的HCSA高性能膨胀剂。通过测定不同掺量HCSA膨胀剂对于水泥胶砂试件膨胀变形的影响,测定不同掺量HCSA膨胀剂对于混凝土强度和体积变形的影响,并将其应用于工程实践中。结果表明,HCSA膨胀剂具有更快的膨胀速率及更大的膨胀能力,HCSA膨胀剂在15%掺量时,灌注桩承载力提高了34.3%,沉降量仅为普通混凝土桩的36%~44%,桩身质量得到了提高。  相似文献

外加剂的掺入是影响自密实混凝土工作性的一个主要因素。基于自密实混凝土(SCC)配合比的基本理论,研究无收缩外加剂ZM掺量对自密实混凝土工作性的影响,确定适合水利封堵工程混凝土的无收缩外加剂最佳的掺量。试验结果和实际工程应用表明:ZM的减水效果随掺量的增加而增加,且其减水剂饱和点为16%~18%;外掺ZM掺量 14%~16%时,自密实混凝土具有较好的力学性能和工作性能。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
