高交联大孔苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚物的磺化反应   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
研究了高交联大孔苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚物在有溶胀剂和无溶胀剂条件下,反应温度、反应时间及共聚物合成时所用致孔剂对其磺化反应的影响。结果显示,当磺化反应在不同溶胀剂介质中进行时,共聚物的交换容量随交联度变化可呈现不同的关系。与低交联大孔共聚物(交联度7%)比较,高交联大孔共聚物(交联度60%)磺化反应速度更快,反应能在低得多的温度下进行,同时溶胀介质对磺化产物的交换容量的影响变得很小。60%交联的共聚  相似文献

本文研究了端羧基乙烯基四氢呋喃-环氧丙烷液体共聚物(TVC-PTP)与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的反应。观察了组成比,催化剂等对反应产物力学性能的影响。用红外光谱跟踪了这一反应过程,观察了乙烯基和环氧基的消失速度。用平衡溶胀法测定了交联聚合物单位体积内有效交联链的数目和交联点间平均分子量,观察了它们对交联聚合物力学性能的影响。  相似文献

通过在环氧化的交联聚乙烯醇球上固载多乙烯多胺和磺酸基团的方法制备一种新型的低密度脂蛋白吸附剂.环氧化的交联聚乙烯醇球首先与乙二胺或二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺及四乙烯五胺等多乙烯多胺进行胺化反应,由此获得不同长度悬臂,而后将胺化的环氧化的交联聚乙烯醇球与DMF/ClSO3H反应,从而固载磺酸基团.磺酸基团的固载量随交联度的减小和聚乙烯醇浓度的增大而增大.初步研究证实,该类吸附剂具有较大的吸附量和较好的选择性.  相似文献

This paper describes two kinds of elastomeric binders which are styrene–butadiene (ST–BD) copolymer and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate–acrylonitrile (2EHA–AN) copolymer for electrode materials of rechargeable Li-ion batteries. These elastomeric binders were swollen by electrolyte solution (EC/DEC=1/2, 1 M LiPF6), and 2EHA–AN copolymer retained larger amount of electrolyte solution than ST–BD copolymer. The Li-ionic conduction behavior was investigated for both copolymer films swollen by electrolyte solution. The Li-ion conductivity of ST–BD copolymer was 9.45 × 10−8 S·cm−1 and that of 2EHA–AN copolymer was 1.25 × 10−5 S·cm−1 at room temperature, and the corresponding amounts of activation energy were 0.31 and 0.26 eV, respectively. Because the observed activation energy in elastomeric binder was different from that in the bulk of electrolyte solution (0.09 eV), Li-ion conduction of the bulk of elastomeric binder swollen by electrolyte was affected by the polymer structure of binders. Electrochemical performance of cathode material, LiCoO2, was investigated with three kinds of binders: ST–BD copolymer, 2EHA–AN copolymer, and poly(vinylidene fluoride). The initial charge–discharge capacity of the LiCoO2 electrode with 2EHA–AN copolymer showed highest capacity, suggesting that Li+-ion conduction inside of the elastomeric binder contributes to the enhancement of charging and discharging capacity. This result indicates that elastomeric binder with sufficient Li-ionic conductivity can be an attractive candidate for improving cathode of lithium-ion battery.  相似文献

本文合成3α-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二乙烯苯大孔共聚体(MMA-DVB),研完了诸因素对碱性水解反应的影响.结果表明,以10—100%糖醇为溶胀剂,以60% NaOH热水溶液为水解剂,在150℃反应4—10小时,酯基水解率可达90—95%。制得的弱酸离子交换树脂,其交换容量为9meq/g。树脂机械强度良好。  相似文献

Plantago psyllium mucilage (PSY), an anionic natural polysaccharide consisting of pentosan and uronic acid obtained from the seeds of Plantago psyllium (Plantago family), was grafted with acrylonitrile (AN). Graft copolymers were prepared by ceric ion initiated solution polymerization technique and were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. These copolymers are good flocculating agents for removal of suspended (SS) and total dissolved solid (TDS) in sewage wastewater treatment. The effects of copolymer dose, pH and contact time on flocculation capacity of one selected copolymer sample were studied by jar test method. The suitable pH range for maximum solid removal was 7.0 to 9.2 and the optimum copolymer dose was 1.2mg/L. The overall process for solid removal took 4h. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of grafted copolymer, PSY grafted polyacrylonitrile (PSY-g-PAN) and solid waste, before and after treatment are used to suggest the interaction of the solid waste with PSY-g-PAN copolymer.  相似文献

将N,N二甲基丙烯酰胺N,N′乙撑双丙烯酰胺共聚物部分水解,在共聚物中引入适量的羧基.含羧基的聚合物与氨基酸甲酯缩合,然后使酯基皂化,将氨基酸引入聚合物.将革兰氏阳性菌细胞壁粘肽的三种类似物(-Gly,-Gly-DAla,-Gly-DAla-DAla)分别引入上述聚合物,合成了3种万古霉素系列抗菌素的亲和吸附剂(Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ).结果表明,吸附剂Ⅱ和吸附剂Ⅲ对N去甲万古霉素的吸附量分别为0.80和0.86mmol/g;最佳吸附pH值为6左右;吸附剂Ⅰ的吸附量随着吸附液中盐浓度的增加而显著降低,而吸附液中盐浓度对吸附剂Ⅱ的吸附量影响较小.说明亲和作用在吸附剂Ⅱ的吸附中贡献较大.用0.4mol/LNa2CO3(pH9.5)/CH3CN(体积比为7/3)作为洗脱剂可完全脱附被吸附的N去甲万古霉素.  相似文献

Summary The retention of benzene derivatives with nonpolar and polar substituents on a porous methacrylate copolymer containing epoxy groups using both nonpolar and polar eluents was investigated. When n-hexane is used as the eluent, the retention of n-alkylbenzenes and polymethylbenzenes is weaker than that of benzene. In the case of benzene derivatives containing polar functional groups their capacity ratios (k) on this porous polymer increases approximately linearly with the increase of the adsorbate molecules dipole moment. The retention characteristics of the methacrylate copolymer were compared with that of a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and silica gels with a hydroxylated surface and with a surface modified by chemically bonded alkylsilyl groups.  相似文献

Poly(phenylene oxide) block and random copolymers are synthesized by oxidative polymerization of 2,6-dimethylphenol and 2,6-diphenylphenol for potential alkaline exchange membrane application. The copolymers are functionalized on the methyl substituted repeat units through a two-step process to produce pendent quaternary ammonium cationic groups. The amount of quaternary ammonium cations and the ion exchange capacity are quantified through titration measurements. Ionic conductivity of the copolymer membranes is measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Block copolymers show increased bromide conductivity at higher ion exchange capacities compared with the random copolymer analogs. The bromide conductivity for a block copolymer film with an ion exchange capacity of 1.27 mequiv/g reaches 26 mS/cm at 90 °C and 95% relative humidity. The hydroxide conductivity for the same film was measured to be 84 mS/cm at 80 °C and 95% relative humidity. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Preservation of beech and spruce wood by allyl alcohol-based copolymers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Allyl alcohol (AA), acrylonitrile (AN), methyl methacrylate (MMA), monomers and monomer mixtures AA+AN, AA+MMA were used to conserve and consolidate Beech and Spruce. After impregnation, copolymerisation and polymerisation were accomplished by gamma irradiation. The fine structure of wood+polymer(copolymer) composites was investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). It was observed that copolymer obtained from AA+MMA monomer mixture showed the optimum compatibility. The compressional strength and Brinell Hardness Numbers determined for untreated and treated wood samples indicated that the mechanical strength of wood+copolymer composites was increased. It was found that the mechanical strength of the wood samples containing the AA+MMA copolymer was higher than the others. In the presence of P(AA/MMA), at highest conversion, the compressive strength perpendicular to the fibres in Beech and Spruce increased approximately 100 times. The water uptake capacity of wood+copolymer composites was observed to decrease by more than 50% relative to the original samples, and biodegradation did not take place.  相似文献

A kind of amphiphilic rod-coil diblock copolymer consisting both of tetraaniline(TAni)and polyethylene glycol(PEG)blocks,TAni-b-PEG,was synthesized.The diblock copolymer shows excellent electrochromic properties,especially,in switching time and coloration efficiency compared with tetraaniline.TAni-b-PEG is able to self-assemble into spherical structure,which is attributed to the formation of conducting channels and increase of ion-exchange capacity of TAni-b-PEG,implying that a block copolymer with electrochromic block and high ionic conductive block simultaneously possesses improving electrochromic properties.  相似文献
