晚第四纪细颗粒河流阶地沉积物的准确定年是当前光释光测年研究中的一个难点。利用简单多片再生法(SMAR)、单片再生法(SAR)等对新疆西南天山喀什前陆盆地明尧勒背斜喀浪勾律克河阶地沉积物样品的细颗粒石英光释光(BLSL)信号、混合矿物红外释光信号(IRSL)和红外后蓝光释光信号([Post-IR]OSL)进行测量。通过对比同一样品的细颗粒石英BLSL、混合矿物IRSL和[Post-IR]OSL的等效剂量值,认为细颗粒石英简单多片再生法是河流阶地沉积物释光测年最为适用的方法之一。对于细颗粒混合矿物而言,由于长石矿物的异常衰退,对于等效剂量De>70Gy的样品,其IRSL等效剂量值均偏小;其[Post-IR]OSL等效剂量值仍需慎重使用。通过对同一样品细颗粒石英多个测片的单片再生法等效剂量值分布以及简单多片再生法多个测片校正后天然释光信号强度的一致性判断,认为样品LEDL03-87q,LEDL03-86q和LEDL04-54q在沉积时的光晒退是不均匀的,采用最小等效剂量组分来计算沉积年龄  相似文献

选择海原活动断裂带刺儿沟剖面2个烘烤次生黄土样品LEDL0588H和LEDL0365的细颗粒石英,采用改进后的单测片再生法(SAR)和简单多测片再生剂量法(SMAR)进行了一系列实验研究。2个样品细颗粒石英的光释光信号均以快速组分为主,其等效剂量(DE)的预热坪实验表明,在180~260℃的预热温度范围内均能获得基本一致的DE值。SAR法测量不同预热温度下的释光感量变化、剂量恢复实验和LN/TN比值的关系以及SMAR法测量中LN/TN比值与预热温度的关系的研究表明,文中所采用的流程能有效地校正测量过程中释光信号感量变化。2种方法均适用于采自不同层位的2个烘烤样品细颗粒石英的OSL测年,并获得了非常接近的OSL年龄。2个样品最后一次被烘烤的时间可能代表的是同一时期的人类活动  相似文献

通过对滹沱河冲洪积物、阳原盆地湖相地层细颗粒石英天然热转移光释光(TT-OSL)信号测量、回授剂量恢复测试以及简单多片光释光(OSL)与回授光释光(Re-OSL)测量结果对比等,探讨了细颗粒石英回授光释光在水成沉积物测年中应用的可能性。结果表明,冲积样品回授光释光信号没有随深度逐步增加的规律,而湖相样品热转移光释光信号随深度逐渐增大;冲洪积物细颗粒石英样品回授光释光不能得出剂量值,剂量不能恢复;而湖相样品回授实验室附加剂量与测得的剂量在2%的误差范围内一致,说明回授光释光测年在一定时间范围内对于湖相样品测年是可行的;细颗粒石英回授释光在测量>10万a的湖相样品年龄方面具有很大的潜力  相似文献

等效剂量预热温度坪实验是光释光(OSL)测年中确定预热温度的常用手段,一般选择坪区温度作为OSL测年的预热温度。对于黄土细颗粒石英,无论采用单片再生法(SAR)还是简单多片再生法(SMAR),以10s为预热时间,其天然和再生剂量预热温度坪区间均为250~280℃,试验剂量的预热温度分布较广,如180~260℃。常规等效剂量预热温度坪实验需要耗费较长的实验室时间。通过对SMAR法测试数据的再分析发现,天然与再生剂量OSL信号校正强度的比值(N/R)随预热温度的变化与常规等效剂量坪实验中等效剂量随预热温度的变化有着相似的趋势,这样,N/R预热温度坪就可作为黄土样品细颗粒石英等效剂量预热温度坪的替代,为实验室OSL测年确定预热温度提供一个简捷途径  相似文献

采集来自毛乌素沙地东南缘巴图湾、大沟湾和三岔河等3处典型湖相地层出露点的3个样品,分别提取石英和钾长石矿物组分,采用小片技术(样品直径2 mm)进行释光年代测试,并将两种矿物年代结果进行对比研究.应用单片再生剂量(SAR)流程测试了石英样品的等效剂量(预热温度选为260℃).剂量恢复实验和光释光特性显示,SAR流程测试条件选择合适,样品沉积前光释光信号晒退完全,说明石英年代结果可靠.另外,应用两步红外激发(激发温度分别为50℃和150℃)的单片再生剂量流程(post-infrared infrared-stimulated luminescence,简写为p IRIR流程)测试钾长石样品的等效剂量,剂量恢复实验和释光特性等各项检验均符合要求,剩余剂量在-0.2~0.026 Gy之间,可忽略不计.钾长石的p IRIR150信号异常衰减速率为0.55~1.71(%/decade),因造成的误差较小,故无需对年代结果进行校正.3处湖相地层的石英年代分别为11.3±0.9、6.5±0.6、2.7±0.2 ka BP,钾长石p IRIR150年代分别为10.0±0.7、6.9±0.5、2.4±0.2 ka BP,两者在误差范围内一致,说明毛乌素沙地东南缘的全新世湖相沉积物适合用钾长石p IRIR150流程进行释光测年.本研究为毛乌素沙地部分样品因石英信号较弱而无法测年问题提供了解决办法,也为该区域全新世,尤其是历史时期(近2000年)以来的环境变化研究提供了年代学支撑.  相似文献

选择中国不同地区的冲洪积相等水成相沉积物样品,根据其简单多片再生法(SMAR)测量数据建立了细颗粒石英光释光信号的综合生长曲线(Standardised growth curves,SGC)。对未知年龄的水成相沉积物细颗粒石英样品,通过测量其天然光释光信号和试验剂量响应信号,并利用上述SGC方程可计算出其等效剂量值。将此值与简单多片再生法(SMAR)测量结果相比较,统计得出对于天然等效剂量为12~65Gy的样品,其误差可达19%;对于天然剂量>65Gy的样品,其误差更大;对于等效剂量<12Gy的样品,最大误差也达25%。实验表明,应用这个SGC估计未知年龄样品的等效剂量值范围,再对样品采用简单多片再生法(或单片再生法)进一步测量,可大大节省测量时间  相似文献

在青藏高原东北缘海原断裂带刺儿沟古地震剖面上不仅保存了地震活动的崩积楔遗迹,还发现多层炭屑以及与人类活动有关的铁渣、陶片等遗物,文中运用14C测年法和经红外释光照射后的绿光释光测年法(Post-IR OSL)分别对剖面上的炭屑、烘烤黏土、沉积物等样品进行年龄测定和比对,获得了各炭屑层和人类活动遗迹的年代。测定的人类活动遗迹年代与海原周缘历史记载的强震发生时间序列比对结果表明,刺儿沟人类活动遗迹的形成可能与历史地震无关,过去以炭屑年代作为地层年代来限定古地震发生的时代,建立的古地震事件时序的结果可能不正确,上述工作为进一步研究海原断裂带的强震复发规律和海原地区考古提供了重要的基础资料  相似文献

文中报道了细颗粒石英光释光测年中测量等效剂量的一种可靠技术——简单多片再生法。该技术的核心是引入单片再生法中试验剂量校正感量变化的功能,即在天然和再生多测片光释光信号测量后,再对各测片辐照以试验剂量,利用试验剂量的光释光信号响应对各测片归一化,同时校正可能发生的感量变化。从方法学上,这一技术具有以下优点1)试验剂量可以校正各测片的感量变化;2)对各测片归一化,克服了实验数据分散度的问题;3)通过对比简单多片再生法与单片再生法在测年中的表现,证实简单多片再生法可以克服单片再生法中可能发生的光释光信号的积累问题。最后,文中通过测定参考年龄样品,即洛川剖面末次冰期马兰黄土(L1)的开始堆积年龄,验证了简单多片再生法的可靠性,即在提高测量准确度和精度的同时,更节约时间  相似文献

Dating of quartz by optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) has been revolutionized with introduction of the test dose (TD) in development of a measurement sequence known as the single-aliquot regenerative-dose (SAR), whereby a valid sensitivity correction for the luminescence signal is provided in the measurement cycle. However, the size of the TD used in the SAR protocol remains controversial. Previous studies show that the TD has little effect on the equivalent dose (De) for young samples in luminescence dating in which the applicability of different deposits varies greatly in different regions. However, detailed studies are lacking on how TD size affects SAR–OSL results of samples with a relatively high De range. In this study, typical loess samples with high De values (∼60 Gy–∼250 Gy) from the eastern Tibetan Plateau were selected to investigate the effects of variation in TD size on the quartz SAR–OSL protocol. Dose recovery tests show that a known dose could be recovered successfully by applying different TDs. Test dose size has an effect on shapes of regenerated dose–response curves (DRCs) and has different influences on Des and characteristic saturation doses for quartz samples with a high dose range. A TD size of 20%–30% De is a good compromise for Tibetan loess with De of ∼60–120 Gy in the quartz SAR protocol, and a TD size larger than 30% should be considered for samples with a larger De. The results of this study highlight the importance of TD size in the SAR–OSL protocol for quartz samples with a high dose range.  相似文献

目的:在保证图像质量的前提下,确定儿童鼻窦CT成像最佳低管电流,减少X线辐射剂量。材料与方法:80例进行鼻窦成像的儿童随机分为4组,成像管电压为120kV,标准组管电流350mA,低剂量组管电流分别为235mA、175mA和125mA。将各低剂量组所获得的图像进行比较,计算DLP和ED平均值及各组ED减少的百分比。结果:与标准剂量组比较,各低剂量组鼻窦结构清晰,图像质量与标准剂量组无明显差别,能够满足临床诊断需要,同时各低剂量组ED比标准组分别降低了23.9%、42.7%和60.2%。结论:应用125mA低管电流,可获得临床诊断需要的儿童鼻窦图像,且ED剂量显著降低。  相似文献

目的:探讨根据腰围个体化降低管电流在胸腰椎外伤多层螺旋CT检查中的可行性和方法。方法:取牛腰椎段,做成55~120 cm腰围的CT模型,其他扫描参数不变,以25~300 mA扫描椎体,得出图像质量合格的管电流值。131例腰椎CT检查的非外伤病例进行正常椎体常规和低剂量条件扫描,筛选出合适低剂量扫描条件;43例外伤胸腰椎体实施筛选的低剂量扫描。比较分析断层、MPR和VR、MIP图像。结果:CT扫描管电流与腰围相关性高,Pearson相关系数为0.994;以管电流为自变量,腰围为因变量,得出回归方程y=1.053 x-33.187,R2=0.984。低剂量扫描辐射剂量较常规剂量扫描明显减低;骨皮质、椎管内结构、椎管旁软组织及图像整体质量(骨窗及软组织窗)的图像质量与常规剂量扫描图像质量比较,差异有统计学意义,它们的评分值均达到良好和可接受程度;VR、MIP图像优良率达到93%。结论:根据腰围个体化低剂量多层螺旋CT对胸腰椎外伤的检查是可行的,获得的图像以及三维后处理图像的质量能满足临床诊断需要,可应用于胸腰椎外伤检查。  相似文献

In the quest for extending the upper age limit of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating of quartz, it was shown that violet stimulated luminescence (VSL) may be a promising candidate. However, difficulties in the application of the single aliquot regenerative dose (SAR) protocol for VSL has been reported in previous studies. In this study, a set of experiments was carried out to investigate the behaviour of the VSL signal under different measurement conditions with the aim to improve the SAR VSL protocol in terms of passing the procedural tests of the SAR protocol, i.e., recycling ratio, recuperation and dose recovery. The validity of an optimised SAR protocol was then evaluated on four coarse-grained quartz samples from Sardinia, for which previously reported OSL and post-IR IRSL ages are available. Our result showed that all measured aliquots meet the recuperation, recycling ratio and dose recovery criteria, indicating that the proposed protocol is suitable for the studied samples. The obtained VSL and reference ages agree within uncertainty (2σ) for most of the samples except one sample with a largest expected equivalent dose of ∼320 Gy, for which the VSL significantly (∼50%) underestimates despite satisfactory dose recovery result. This underestimation is most likely due to trapping sensitivity change between the natural and all subsequent regenerated VSL signals induced by the first preheating in the SAR procedure, which is likely dose dependent. To minimise sensitivity change, the sensitivity-corrected multiple aliquot regenerative dose (SC-MAR) protocol was applied. The SC-MAR protocol yields VSL ages in agreement with reference ages for two samples (1σ); the other two samples show overestimation. We show that the observed age overestimation can be explained by incomplete resetting of the natural signal after 7 days SOL2 exposure used for the SC-MAR procedure. Bleaching experiments confirm variable bleaching behaviour among different samples. However, it is unclear whether this different bleaching behaviour arises from measuring samples with different bleaching histories, mineralogical compositions, or VSL source trap properties.  相似文献

The objectives of this paper are to (1) reexamine the data that were used to support the conclusion of a threshold effect for 2-amino-3,8-dimethylimidazo[4,5-f] quinoxaline (MeIQx)-induced initiation and carcinogenicity at low doses in the rat liver, and (2) discuss issues and uncertainties about assessing cancer risk at low doses. Our analysis is part of an effort to understand proper interpretation and modeling of data related to cancer mechanisms and is not an effort to develop a risk assessment for this compound. The data reanalysis presented herein shows that the low-dose initiation activity of MeIQx, which can be found in cooked meat, cannot be dismissed. It is argued that the threshold effect for carcinogenic agents cannot be determined by statistical non-significance alone; more relevant biological information is required. A biologically motivated procedure is proposed for data analyses. The concept and procedure that are appropriate for analyzing MeIQx data are equally applicable to other compounds with comparable data. 目的:探讨基于下颈部横径的低辐射剂量颈部增强MDCT的可行性。方法:对126例临床拟诊为颈部病变的患者行颈部CT检查,其中42例为常规剂量组,84例为低剂量组。低剂量组再根据患者下颈部横径的大小分为3个亚组:A组大横径组,横径≥40cm(21例);B组中等横径组,35cm≤横径<40cm(35例);C组小横径组,横径<35cm(28例)。常规剂量组管电压/管电流采用120kV/350mA,低剂量A、B、C3组分别采用120kV/300mA、100kV/300mA和80kV/300mA。对常规剂量组与低价量组扫描图像进行主观及客观评价,记录A、B、C3组不同扫描方案的剂量长度乘积(DLP)和CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol),并计算有效辐射剂量(ED)。比较各组辐射剂量及图像质量的差异。结果:常规剂量组与低剂量A、B、C三组有效吸收剂量ED分别为(1.34±0.13)mSv、(1.17±0.10)mSv、(0.74±0.08)mSv和(0.34±0.04)mSv,差异有统计学意义(F=606.13,P<0.01),各低剂量组的有效辐射剂量均低于常规组。组间两两比较ED差异均有统计学差异(P值均<0.01)。Kappa一致性检验显示两名医师对颈部图像质量的评分一致性较高(3组Kappa值均>0.70),常规剂量组与低剂量A、B、C3组比较图像质量评分均无统计学差异(Z=-0.258,P>0.05),各组的图像对比噪声比无统计学差异(F=0.750,P>0.05)。结论:根据患者下颈部横径的大小采用不同管电压行颈部增强CT扫描可以明显降低患者的辐射剂量,而不影响图像的诊断质量,该扫描方案显示颈部结构可行。   相似文献

Thermoluminescence (TL) signals of calcite can be used to potentially date geological and archaeological events back to several million years. However, several issues, such as spurious TL signals appearing at temperatures above 300 °C, have hindered its application to a wide range of samples. A single-aliquot regenerative-dose (SAR) protocol for calcite with low-temperature measurements is proposed to measure the equivalent dose (De). It uses the isothermal TL (ITL) signals measured at around 225-240 °C, where a De vs. ITL temperature (De-T) plateau can be observed. The width of the temperature range of such a plateau can be sample dependent, as it relates to the proportional contributions of the signals from corresponding TL peaks. The signal at the ITL temperature plateau range largely corresponds to the TL signals of the 280 °C TL peak. De values obtained by the SAR-ITL protocol are in agreement with those of the multiple-aliquot additive-dose (MAA)-TL and MAA-ITL protocols. The absence of detectable anomalous fading of ITL signals at 235 °C in this and previous studies indicates that the signal is free of fading. Dose recovery tests confirm the suitability of the SAR-ITL protocol for De estimation. The SAR-ITL protocol measured with temperatures below 300 °C avoids the effects of spurious luminescence signals induced by high-temperature heating. The dose-response curves for ITL signals at 230-235 °C have large characteristic saturation doses (D0) of ∼2000-2400 Gy. The SAR-ITL protocol for calcite thus has the potential to date geological and archaeological samples spanning the entire Quaternary period.  相似文献

目的:探讨iDose4迭代重建技术在学龄前儿童胸部CT低剂量平扫中的应用研究。方法:连续选取150例行胸部CT平扫26岁患儿,随机分为常规剂量组(50 mAs)、低剂量25 mAs组和低剂量10 mAs组。常规剂量组采用FBP重建作为常规对照组,低剂量扫描组分别采用FBP及iDose4-5对图像进行重建。2名放射科副主任医师对图像主观质量行盲法阅片,比较不同毫安秒和重建算法组图像主客观质量及辐射剂量并行统计学分析。结果:25 mAs iDose4组较25 mAs FBP组图像主客观质量增高,10 mAs iDose4组较10 mAs滤波反投影(FBP)组图像主客观质量增高。与常规剂量组比较,25 mAs FBP组图像主客观质量降低,25 mAs iDose4组图像主客观质量增高,10 mAs FBP组图像主客观质量降低,10 mAs iDose4组图像主客观质量差异无统计学意义。低剂量25 mAs、10 mAs组有效剂量较常规剂量组分别降低52.6%和78.2%。结论:行学龄前儿童胸部CT低剂量平扫时,采用25 mAs、10 mAs联合iDose4-5技术,能在降低辐射剂量的同时,获得与常规剂量更优或相当的图像质量。   相似文献

The choice of the ESR signal in the dating of speleothems is still debated. Among the peaks observed in speleothem ESR spectra, the most frequently signals used for the determination of the palaeodoses are the peaks at g=2.0007 (h3 line), g=2.0040 (Broad Line) and g=2.0057 (h1 line).

In order to determine the better analytical way to obtain reproducible DE values from these three ESR signals, successive additional annealing treatments ranging from 60–300 °C were performed on several samples of a stalagmitic floor from the Mousterian site of the Caverna delle Fate (Liguria, Italy), also dated by U-series between 90 and130 ka. The results confirm that DE values can be obtained from h3 and BL signals without annealing, while the h1 signal requires a thermal pre-treatment, to obtain the maximum intensity of this line. Then, on our samples, the DEvalues derived for the three lines are equivalent. It gives, hence, the opportunity to obtain data when the g=2.0007 line cannot be used.  相似文献
