目前安装在国家超级计算天津中心的"天河一号"是我国首台千万亿次超级计算机,在2010年11月世界超级计算机Top500排名中,位列世界第一。"天河一号"采用了CPU与GPU相结合的异构融合计算体系结构,自主设计实现了高速互连通信系统,在多个高性能计算应用领域具有应用适应性强、系统运行稳定可靠、性能可扩展性好等特点,为科学研究和应用提供了重要的高性能计算平台。采用石油地震数据处理、飞行器流场模拟、生物分子动力学模拟、磁约束聚变数值模拟、湍流数值模拟、晶体硅分子动力学模拟、全球大气浅水波全隐式数值模拟、地球外核热流动数值模拟等应用的典型算例对"天河一号"进行了大规模并行程序测试,结果表明,"天河一号"在上述应用领域具有良好的可扩展性和并行效率。 相似文献

由于超快的CPU内核与相对慢的存储器之间的速度差距在日渐增大,存储器系统可能成为当前制约系统性能的主要瓶颈。"天河二号"等超级计算机的问世,为需要大规模计算的软件系统提供了强大的计算能力支撑。但是对于那些会产生大量的临时小文件的系统,天河的集中式存储会严重影响到整体性能。为了解决上述问题,提出利用Linux消息队列、Socket网络编程、文件I/O等技术研究实现一个基于内存的临时文件中转系统。并且在"天河二号"超级计算机的漏洞挖掘系统上进行了应用对比测试,结果良好。这对改善"天河二号"超级计算机集中式存储的瓶颈具有指导意义。 相似文献

Heterogeneous systems with nodes containing more than one type of computation units, e.g., central processing units (CPUs) and graphics processing units (GPUs), are becoming popular because of their low cost and high performance. In this paper, we have developed a Three-Level Parallelization Scheme (TLPS) for molecular dynamics (MD) simulation on heterogeneous systems. The scheme exploits multi-level parallelism combining (1) inter-node parallelism using spatial decomposition via message passing, (2) intra-node parallelism using spatial decomposition via dynamically scheduled multi-threading, and (3) intra-chip parallelism using multi-threading and short vector extension in CPUs, and employing multiple CUDA threads in GPUs. By using a hierarchy of parallelism with optimizations such as communication hiding intra-node, and memory optimizations in both CPUs and GPUs, we have implemented and evaluated a MD simulation on a petascale heterogeneous supercomputer TH-1A. The results show that MD simulations can be efficiently parallelized with our TLPS scheme and can benefit from the optimizations. 相似文献

This paper presents an overview of TianHe-1A (TH-1A) supercomputer, which is built by National University of Defense Technology of China (NUDT). TH-1A adopts a hybrid architecture by integrating CPUs and GPUs, and its interconnect network is a proprietary high-speed communication network. The theoretical peak performance of TH-1A is 4700 TFlops, and its LINPACK test result is 2566 TFlops. It was ranked the No. 1 on the TOP500 List released in November, 2010. TH-1A is now deployed in National Supercomputer Center in Tianjin and provides high performance computing services. 目标追踪算法已在诸多领域得到广泛应用,然而由于实时性和功耗问题,使得基于深度学习模型的算法难以在移动终端设备上部署应用.本文结合边缘计算技术,从应用部署优化的角度,对目标追踪算法在移动设备上的部署策略进行研究.通过对目标追踪应用特点、移动设备特性以及边缘云网络架构的分析,提出一种面向边缘计算的目标追踪应用部署策略.通过任务分割策略将目标追踪应用的计算任务合理卸载至边缘云并利用信息融合策略对计算结果进行分析融合,此外,利用运动检测进一步降低终端节点的计算压力和功耗.通过对不同部署策略进行对比实验,实验结果表明,相比计算任务本地计算,该部署策略明显降低了任务响应时间,相比完全卸载至边缘云,该部署策略降低了相同计算任务的处理时间. 相似文献

In recent years, heterogeneous systems and cooperative computing have become popular research directions in the field of high performance computing. With fast scaling of the size of high performance computer systems, problems such as power consumption and reliability come to the forefront. The aim of high performance computing has thus shifted from merely seeking peak performance to comprehensively pursuing high efficiency, which takes into consideration many factors including performance, cost, power, reliability and so on. A heterogeneous computing system consisting of general-purpose CPU(s) and special-purpose accelerator(s) features high performance, lower power consumption and low cost, etc. Hence, it has already become the mainstream in the field of high performance computing. However, such systems still face many challenges and problems, for example, programmability and reliability. In this paper, we firstly analyze the main challenges facing heterogeneous computing systems. Then, we introduce the architecture of the first petaflop computing system in China, the Tianhe-1 (TH-1) heterogeneous system, including its hardware/software interface and interconnect network. Twenty eight bi-anchored triphenylamine (TH-1 to TH-14) and phenyl modified triphenylamine (PH-TH-1 to PH-TH-14) based metal free organic dyes are designed for DSSC application. The electronic effect of different π-bridge configurations in donor-π-bridge-acceptor (D-π-A)2 structure was theoretically simulated and verified using density functional theory (DFT) and time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT). The triphenylamine and phenyl modified triphenylamine groups are used as donor and cyanoacrylic acid group is used as acceptor. Thiophene and cyanovinyl groups are used as π-bridge. The ground state molecular structure was optimized by density functional theory and the electronic absorption spectra were calculated by time dependent density functional theory. The light harvesting efficiency (LHE), dye regeneration energy (ΔGreg) and electron injection energy (ΔGinject) are determined by computational examination. It is observed that, when the number of π-bridge increases, the band gap of the dye decreases. Also the absorption maximum and molar extinction coefficient of the dyes are increased. Theoretical result shows that the thiophene-cyanovinyl and thiophene-thiophene-cyanovinyl–cyanovinyl configurations give broader and red shifted absorption spectrum compared to other configurations. Also the results of phenyl modified triphenylamine (PH-TH) dyes clearly show better absorption and dye regeneration energy compared to TH dyes. 相似文献

计算思维是当前国际计算机界广为关注的一个重要概念,也是当前计算机教育需要重点研究的重要课题。国内外计算机界、社会学界以及哲学界的广大学者对这一课题进行了广泛的研究与探讨,取得了一些积极的成果,但仍有分歧。首先以时间为线索,根据计算思维的形成特点,提出了萌芽时期、莫基时期和混沌时期的阶段划分方法,对计算思维的形成和发展过程进行了全面的分析,给出了计算思维演化进程的一个全景视图;然后重点综述了计算思维的关键内容,包括计算思维的概念、计算思维的原理以及计算思维在教学中的应用等,并进行了总结。最后,结合已有的研究成果,展望了计算思维未来的研究方向及其面对的挑战。 相似文献
