某难选高硫含铜白钨矿中钨主要以白钨矿的形式存在,硫化铁主要以磁黄铁矿的形式存在。为给该矿石的开发利用提供技术支持,采用磁选-铜硫混合浮选-白钨浮选原则流程进行条件试验。结果表明,原矿磨矿至-74μm占65%时进行磁选,可获得品位为38.33%、回收率为51.14%的硫精矿,而磁选尾矿经铜硫混合-铜硫分离浮选,可分别获得品位为20.06%、回收率为73.12%的铜精矿和品位为35.20%、回收率为42.11%的硫精矿;其中铜硫混合浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、731氧化石蜡皂为捕收剂,进行一粗一扫三精白钨常温浮选,可得到WO_3品位为63.93%、回收率为89.60%的白钨精矿,有效地实现了铜硫的分离和白钨矿的回收。 相似文献

因氧化严重,印尼进口某多金属矿铜硫分离困难,铁精矿含硫严重超标.针对该矿矿石性质,开发了浮选-磁选联合工艺,浮选中以HT药剂消除溶液中Cu2+,实现了铜硫矿的分离和回收,浮选尾矿再用磁选回收铁,获得铜精矿产率9.75%,品位22.05%,回收率75.17%,含金0.97 g/t,含银14 g/t.硫精矿产率30.76%,品位49.94%,回收率64.23%.铁精矿产率26.84%,品位60.24%,回收率76.26%. 相似文献

针对某高铁铜硫矿石的性质,将原矿磨至细度为≤74μm占70%、以碳酸钠为pH调整剂、丁基黄药+丁铵黑药为组合捕收剂混合浮选铜硫,铜硫粗精矿再磨至≤45μm占85%后,主要以新型无机抑制剂DT-2#(次氯酸钙为有效成分)为黄铁矿抑制剂进行铜硫分离,浮选尾矿进行磁选选铁.试验结果表明,采用"铜硫混浮-粗精矿再磨-铜硫分离-浮选尾矿磁选"流程,在原矿含铜0.52%、硫2.31%、铁49.26%的条件下,可获得含铜22.36%、回收率为87.29%的铜精矿,含硫38.43%、回收率为62.88%的硫精矿,含铁66.98%,回收率为91.34%的铁精矿.所用工艺流程简单,选矿指标较佳. 相似文献

江西省宜丰万国矿业新庄铜矿磁选精矿硫品位为1.65%,含量较高,严重影响精矿销售。为降低磁选精矿硫的含量,试验以新庄铜矿磁选精矿为研究对象,进行加温反浮选脱硫试验研究。采用硫酸调节矿浆pH为5.5、以FS为活化剂、TK-3为捕收剂、2号油为起泡剂,在一粗一精一扫的条件下,可获得铁精矿品位铁62.16%、硫0.58%、铁回收率96.28%、硫脱除率66.99%。试验指标良好,解决了新庄铜矿铁精矿硫品位高的难题。 相似文献

针对某钼、锌、铁复杂多金属矿石中含有可浮性极好的滑石、蛇纹石等特点,采用选择性捕收剂优先反浮选影响钼浮选的脉石,然后选钼,再锌、硫混选;浮选尾矿弱磁选铁。采用该工艺,试验获得了钼品位45.54%、回收率82.29%的钼精矿和锌品位48.07%、回收率84.14%的锌精矿,以及铁品位65.20%、对原矿全铁回收率53.46%(对原矿磁铁矿回收率81.30%)的铁精矿,同时获得了硫品位为38.75%、回收率为60.42%的硫精矿,使钼、锌、铁、硫都得到了综合回收。 相似文献
