采用三台挤出机共挤出两种或三种折光指数不同的树脂,制备成121-221层光干涉薄膜。该膜在可见光的波长范围内,根据膜的厚度不同可以发射出不同的颜色。用这种方法可以制备出多层光干涉彩虹膜。主要研究了多层光干涉薄膜的制备工艺、光干涉芯层的不同折光指数的原料配备,薄膜层间结构的设计、光干涉芯层层数对反射波长的影响。  相似文献

In this study we investigated the performance of multilayer coextruded linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE) blown films. Five‐layer films were compared with monolayer dry‐blended films, and the effects of layer composition and layout on the end‐use properties of the coextruded films were highlighted. Three different LLDPEs were used: a conventional Ziegler‐Natta LLDPE gas phase butene copolymer, an advanced Ziegler‐Natta LLDPE solution octene copolymer, and a single‐site LLDPE solution octene copolymer. Numerous five‐layer coextruded structures comprising the single‐site resin and the other two Ziegler‐Natta resins were produced. The coextruded structures composed of the LLDPE butene and the single‐site resin yielded improved end‐use properties relative to the monolayer‐blended films. This result was ascribed to the presence of interfacial transcrystalline layers. Also, blends of the single‐site LLDPE and the advanced Ziegler‐Natta LLDPE octene resins within selected layers of coextruded films showed slightly enhanced tear resistance. Finally, it was found that haze was significantly reduced when the outside layers were composed of the single‐site resin. POLYM. ENG. The material consisting of alternating layers of a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)/polystyrene (PS) blend (90/10 wt/wt) and pure poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) was prepared through layer‐multiplying extrusion. The LLDPE/PS light‐scattering films were obtained by peeling off the PMMA layers. Morphological examination demonstrated that the PS particles were dispersed as spherical domains in all the LLDPE/PS layers and the average diameter increased from skin to core layers. When a laser beam was vertically incident on the individual layers, the one located in the skin layer had a stronger light‐scattering pattern than that located in the core layer. All the LLDPE/PS films had a similar transmittance close to 90%, while the haze tended to decrease from the skin layer toward the core layer. The Mie's scattering theory was applied to analyze the influence of morphological evolution on the light scattering behaviors. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. In this article we report on some surprising, and we believe new, findings regarding the factors affecting the optical properties (haze) of polyethylene blown and cast films. A comprehensive investigation of blown and cast films made from conventional Ziegler‐Natta catalyzed linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) as well as metallocene‐catalyzed LLDPE (mLLDPE) resins was conducted. The large majority of the contribution to the total haze in the blown and cast films was observed to come from the surface roughness of the films, with the bulk (internal) contribution being relatively minor. Using a variety of analysis and characterization methods, including atomic force microscopy, small angle light scattering, and wide angle X‐ray scattering, we determined that the surface roughness in these films was a result of the development of distinct spherulitic‐like superstructures formed during the blown or cast film processing. Furthermore, these superstructures were observed only in the mLLDPE blown films, and not in the LLDPE blown films processed at similar conditions. Analysis of the rheological and molecular characteristics of these various mLLDPE and LLDPE resins revealed that the mLLDPE resins exhibited considerably lower molecular weight, narrower molecular weight distribution, lower zero shear viscosity, and lower melt elasticity compared with the LLDPE resins of similar melt index. These observations support our general finding and primary conclusion from this work that in polyethylene blown and cast films made using typical processing conditions, the optical haze properties are adversely affected because of enhanced surface roughness caused by the formation of spherulitic‐like superstructures in polymer melts that possess fast relaxing and low melt elasticity rheological characteristics. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Blends of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and linear low density polyethylene grafted polyether pentaerythritol mono-maleate (LLDPE-g-PPMM) were prepared by melt mixing. The surface of LLDPE/LLDPE-g-PPMM films with different contents of LLDPE-g-PPMM was characterized through contact angle and FT-IR spectroscopy. The tensile properties and light transmission properties of extruded films, as well as the performance of these films compared with commercial anti-fog films, were determined. The carbonyl polar groups on the surface of LLDPE/LLDPE-g-PPMM films increased, and the contact angles of water and glycerol decreased when the content of LLDPE-g-PPMM increased. LLDPE/LLDPE-g-PPMM films showed a noticeable reduction in water drop formation as the LLDPE-g-PPMM content was increased. The transmittancy and haze of LLDPE/LLDPE-g-PPMM films were improved when using increased contents of PPMM, which promotes better wetting of the water on the surface.  相似文献

Polypropylene/linear low-density polyethylene (PP/LLDPE) multilayer and blends blown films are investigated in terms of crystalline morphology and orientation. The crystalline structures were probed using microscopy, infrared trichroism and X-ray pole figures. Two different PPs were used, one was a homopolymer and the other was a copolymer. Similar orientation characteristics were observed for both PP components in the blends and multilayer films, the PE component, however, showed very different structure, especially for the crystalline a- and b-axes orientation. The row-nucleated structure, epitaxial crystallization and transcrystallization observed in the films are discussed.  相似文献

本文介绍废报纸粉填充聚丙烯(PP)的研制。通过在体系中加入高分子偶联剂马来酸酐(MAH)接枝PP(MAPP)来改善纸粉与PP基体的相容性,并针对纸粉填充后材料变脆的问题,用乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)对材料进行增韧,均取得显著的效果。所制材料的纸粉填充量(质量分数)可高达50%~60%,价廉、质轻、其主要性能好于桑塔纳轿车用木粉填充PP板,可望有较好的应用前景。当纸粉填充量(质量分数)为40%~50%时,主要性能:弯曲强度69.01~74.83MPa,杨氏弯曲模量2640~2996MPa,冲击强度13.25~13.50kJ/m2。  相似文献

A novel method of grafting styrene onto linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE) by suspension polymerization was systematically evaluated. Cyclohexane as a compatibilizer was introduced to swell and activate the surface of LLDPE molecular chain for amplifying the contact point of styrene monomer with LLDPE. A series of copolymer of grafting polystyrene (PS) onto LLDPE, known as LLDPE‐g‐PS, were prepared with different ratios of cyclohexane/styrene monomer and various LLDPE dosages. FTIR and 1H NMR techniques both confirmed successful PS grafting onto the LLDPE chains. In addition, SEM images of LLDPE‐g‐PS particles showed that the cross‐section morphology becomes smooth and dense with suitable cyclohexane dosages, indicating a better compatibility between LLDPE and PS. The highest grafting efficiency was 28.4% at 10 mL/g cyclohexane and styrene monomer when 8% LLDPE was added. In these conditions, the LLDPE‐g‐PS elongation at break increased by about 30 times compared with PS. Moreover, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrated that LLDPE‐g‐PS possesses much higher thermal stability than pure PS. Therefore, the optimal amount of cyclohexane as compatibilizer could increase the grafting efficiency and improve the toughness of PS. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Blends of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and LLDPE grafted maleic anhydride (LLDPE‐g‐MA) were prepared by melt mixing. The surface of cast films with different contents and types of maleated PE were characterized through contact angle and wetting tension measurements, as well as attenuated total reflection IR spectroscopy. The tensile properties and light transmission of extruded films, as well as the performance of these films compared with commercial “antifog” films, for greenhouses were determined. The carbonyl polar groups on the surface of LLDPE/LLDPE‐g‐MA blends increased, and the equilibrium contact angles of water and dimethylformamide decreased when the content of maleated PE increased. Films made with these blends showed a noticeable reduction in water drop formation as the MA content was increased and when using LLDPE‐g‐MA of lower molecular weight. The light transmission through these films under condensation was improved when using increased contents of MA, which promotes better wetting of the water on the surface. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
