宁夏酿酒葡萄产业始于上世纪80年代初期,90年代后期得到迅速发展。宁夏农垦局玉泉营农场是宁夏大型酿酒葡萄基地的发源地。1982年该场率先从河北省昌黎引进酿酒与鲜食兼用品种,建立了面积800hm^2的全区第一个大型葡萄基地。1997年银广夏葡萄酒公司创立,一、二、三基地同时建园,基地总面积达2000hm^2;银广夏开创了在宁夏荒漠沙丘上种植酿酒葡萄的先河。  相似文献

Influence of a grass layer on vineyard soil temperature   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Vineyard grass cover can modify soil variables such as temperature and water content, which in turn influence berry quality at harvest. Such effects require further documentation and this study was conducted to determine how a grass layer could change soil thermal behaviour compared to bare soil. Soil temperature, soil water content and net radiation were measured in a Médoc vineyard, Château Talbot (France). The field used for the experiment was divided into two parts, one with a bare ploughed soil and the other with a partial grass cover. The same measurements were taken on both parts. Bare soil temperatures were generally higher, and the difference between the two treatments was greater in the middle of the inter-row, just under the grass layer. Nevertheless, net radiation above the vegetation, which represents the radiative available energy, was the same for the two plots. Soil conduction heat flux (G) was calculated from temperature measurements. Under the grass layer, the horizontal component of G was barely detectable, whereas under bare soil, G was essentially vertical. The grass layer was therefore acting as an insulating layer, preventing exchanges between soil and atmosphere. Soil temperature and thermal behaviour are heavily influenced by soil surface management practices. The field experiment provided a large data set of measurements which will be used to calibrate a heat and mass transfer model.  相似文献

Although plant protection products are already regulated in Europe under Directive 91/414/EEC, there is increasing concern about the pollution of ground and surface water caused by point sources of pesticides, such as tank filling, spillages, faulty equipment, washing, waste disposal, and direct contamination. One tool for the reduction of pesticide point source contamination is a biological system where chemicals are bound and biologically degraded. This paper presents an offset lined system where wastewaters containing pesticide residues leach through a biomix. A pump system is provided to pump the water onto the surface of the biomix and allow it to drain under gravity, keeping the biomix wet. The analysis of residues of nine pesticides in the water, biomix, and sediment inside the tank showed the biobed to function well, with a water decontamination greater than 90%. The use of this system mitigated the potential for pollution (pesticide concentrations higher than 0.1 microg/L) of 1 km of the river system surrounding the farm.  相似文献

Copper contents in grapes and wines from a Mediterranean organic vineyard   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This work was conducted in an organic vineyard in Bari (South-Eastern Italy) to evaluate copper concentrations in grapes and wines of four local and international varieties (Chardonnay, Primitivo, Uva di Troia and Negroamaro) and to relate these contents to total and available copper concentrations in soil. Approximately 7.4 kg/ha of copper were used in the trial year. Soil copper availability was higher in the 0–20 cm (10.3%) than in the 20–40 cm layer (4.7%). No copper phytotoxicity was observed on leaves. Copper residues on berries and in wines resulted below the maximum residue levels (MRLs). Concentrations in berries increased with applications number and varied according to the variety. Copper content in the white wine (Chardonnay) was higher with respect to red ones (Primitivo, Uva di Troia and Negroamaro). Results provided evidence that in the natural conditions typical of a Mediterranean environment, characterised by calcareous soils and a dry climate, the use of copper formulations in vineyards according to European legislation guidelines should not raise any concern with regards to human health.  相似文献

Temporal stability of an NDVI-LAI relationship in a Napa Valley vineyard   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
Remotely sensed values for normalised difference vegetation index (NDVI) were derived periodically from high-resolution Ikonos satellite images during the 2001 growing season, and compared with ground measurements of vineyard leaf area index (LAI) during that same period. These two derived variables were strongly related in six vineyard blocks on each of four occasions (R2= 0.91 to 0.98). Linear regression equations relating these two derived variables did not differ significantly by time-step, and a single equation accounted for 92 per cent of the variance in the combined dataset. Such temporal stability in that relationship opens the possibility of transforming NDVI maps to LAI units, at least on a localised basis, and minimising (or even eliminating) subsequent ground calibration. This reduction in fieldwork would then decrease information cost for viticulturists who wish to monitor LAI sequentially within season, or who wish to track year-to-year changes in climax LAI with a single image collected annually. To take advantage of this cost reduction, temporal consistency in spectral data values comprising NDVI must be assured. This present paper addresses that issue.  相似文献

Grape bacterial microbiota plays central roles in the quality of grapes and wine, yet its diversity remains poorly described. In the present study, bacterial species associated with sound and Botrytis-infected grapes of two cultivars originating from the same vineyard were assessed. Isolates were identified by PCR-Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) and sequence analysis of partial 16S rRNA gene. Comparable counts were recorded between Botrytis-infected and sound grape samples. In all cases, the majority of isolates belonged to different species of Enterobacteriaceae. The dominant species in the vineyard was Klebsiella oxytoca that was found in different combinations with Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter spp., Erwinia sp., Pantoea dispersa, Tatumella ptyseos or other species. In fermenting musts, those populations declined while other species evolved, like Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterobacter ludwigii. Populations in botrytised samples persisted longer during spontaneous fermentations. Present study suggests that bacterial diversity on grapes may be wider than previously described.  相似文献
