《高原气象》作为国内集中体现高原气象、大气科学及相关问题研究成果的载体,至今已创刊30年。本文利用文献数据库提供的详细信息,基于《高原气象》刊载论文的数量、学科分类、研究地域、核心作者群、研究热点、被引用情况、基金资助及期刊影响因子等指标的量化年际分布,分析了该刊所关注的研究内容与研究方向变化,探讨了国内从事该领域研究的组织机构分布、核心作者和学科资助基金的主要构成。结果表明,在30年中,《高原气象》的论文发表数量总体呈快速增长趋势,特别是中国科学院实施知识创新工程以来,这种增长趋势尤为明显;相关研究机构具有明显的学科相关性,西北地区较多;青藏高原、数值模拟和气候变化为该刊出现频次最高的3个关键词,自1991年至今,青藏高原和数值模拟基本是出现频率最高的关键词,说明二者是《高原气象》持续关注的研究热点。引文分析表明,《高原气象》刊载的论文被CSCD和SCI引用频次和期刊影响因子不断提高,这进一步说明该刊的学科影响力在持续增强。另外,由于新兴研究力量的兴起和研究者提高国际影响力的需求,导致该刊尚未形成稳定的核心作者群,这对《高原气象》的持续发展和向国际推介提出了新的机遇与挑战。  相似文献

The problem of the orbit of a parcel from its initial location at which there might be a momentum anomaly is here considered for a β-plane. The solutions represent a generalisation of the recent work of Wan and Yang (1990, Adv. Atmos. Sci., 7:409–422). A physical interpretation of the orbits, in which they are related to flow stability, is given for both extratropics and tropics. 根据“中国知网”统计数据,分析了2006-2009年《气象与环境学报》多种学术指标特征,并回顾了近年期刊传播能力。结果表明:2006--2009年,《气象与环境学报》期刊被引计量指标总被引频次、影响因子和他引影响因子呈逐年增加趋势;总被引频次由2006年的145次增加至2009年的645次;影响因子由2006年的0.177增加至2009年的1.389;他引影响因子由2007年的0.470增加至2009年的0.989。来源期刊计量指标来源文献量稳定在90篇/年;基金论文比由2007年的0.38增加至2009年的0.78。期刊被引计量指标和来源期刊计量指标的净增率均较大。目前,《气象与环境学报》已传播到12个国家和地区;全球各洲相比,期刊下载量和浏览量主要集中在亚洲,分别为66.11%和73.71%;中国国内以南京信息工程大学下载量和浏览量为最高,分别为13.21%和11.91%。  相似文献

基于《气象与环境学报》创刊25周年之际,从期刊栏目设置、编辑工作、出版发行、办刊成绩、编辑质量、编排标准和期刊影响因子、网络传播及编辑现代化建设等方面进行了全面回顾;据29种大气科学(气象学)期刊被引统计数据表明:《气象与环境学报》2008年影响因子为1.313,排序为第11名;并展望了未来期刊发展方向,按照“核心期刊”的发展思路,要进一步提高办刊质量,以适应目前文化体制改革方向,更好地发展与创新。  相似文献

Ever since 1984, the Journal Of Tropical Meteorology (Chinese version ), an academic journal devoted to the field in China, has been in continuous circulation for 12 years. Up to the present stage, however, it has stopped short of fully playing the role of international exchanges due to language barriers. For foreign colleagues who are interested in the research and advances of tropical meteorology in China,the official publication of the journal in English version, which comes after a period of preparation, is designed to make it things of the past to get informed from just a few lines of English Abstracts. On behalf of the Guangzhou Regional Meteorological Center and subordinate institutions of operation and scientific research, I would like to exploit the occasion to express my warm congratulations to its publication!Tropical meteorology is one of the important branches of the whole atmospheric sciences. The state and changes in the tropical atmosphere have essential influence on the weather and climate across our planet. The advance in the research of tropical meteorology has become a subject equally concerned by the community in many nations. I think that the all--English Journal of TrOPical Meteorology will help colleagues overseas to know more of China's achievements in the field on a timely basis. In the meantime, I also welcome the interested writers abroad to present academic papers of their own in this journal and make common efforts to operate it so that the science of tropical meteorology better contributes to the well--being of every people.  相似文献

为了使读者能够方便、快速地查阅期刊的论文信息,提高期刊最新论文的引用量,开发了期刊查询系统。该系统分为数据录入管理系统和网页查询发布系统,其中数据录入管理系统采用VB+SQL Server软件来实现,网页查询发布系统由ASP和SQL Server技术来实现。该系统具有界面直观、操作简便、内容全面、实用性强、安装方便的特点,并且运行良好。  相似文献

A self-contained derivation of the IPESD models [Majda, A.J., Klein, R., 2003. Systematic multi-scale models for the tropics. J. Atmos. Sci. 60, 393–408] governing synoptic and planetary scale tropical flows is provided. This derivation demonstrates the analytic tractability of the model and the effect of zonally and meridionally tilted synoptic scale heating on the forcing of planetary scale flows through upscale momentum and temperature fluxes. Exploiting the analytic tractability of the models, different aspects of the planetary scale forcing are traced to meridional and vertical tilts in the synoptic scale heating profile. Variants of the archetypal IPESD models for the Madden–Julian oscillation (MJO) presented in Majda and Biello [Majda, A.J., Biello, J.A., 2004. A multi-scale model for tropical intraseasonal oscillations. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. 101, 4736–4741; Biello, J.A., Majda, A.J., 2005. A new multi-scale model for the Madden–Julian oscillation. J. Atmos. Sci. 62, 1694–1721] are studied. In addition to vertically tilted synoptic scale heating, the models discussed herein incorporate upscale zonal momentum flux due to meridional flux convergence arising from meridionally tilted heating. The effect of a boundary layer momentum drag at the base of the free troposphere is also systematically incorporated into the IPESD models. Both meridional tilts and lower boundary layer drag are shown to meridionally confine the MJO westerly wind burst and drive a planetary scale barotropic flow. Meridionally tilted heating can also greatly strengthen the wind burst at the base of the troposphere and modify its vertical profile. The competing effects of meridionally tilted, and off-equatorial heating can also significantly weaken the MJO winds. Appendices are provided which discuss generalizations and a solution algorithm for the IPESD models.  相似文献

As a powerful tool to diagnose vertical motion, frontogenesis, and secondary circulation, the Q vector and its divergence are widely used. However, little attention has been given to the curl of Q vector. In this paper, a new set of analyses combining the divergence of the Q vector (DQ) with the vertical component of the curl of the Q vector (VQ) is applied to a Northeastern cold vortex rainfall case. From the derivation, it was found that the expressions of the Q vectors and their divergences in saturated moist flow (DQm) differ from those of dry and unsaturated moist atmosphere (DQ), while the VQs of various background flows are exactly the same, which largely simplified the analyses. This case study showed that, compared with the DQ, not only can the DQm diagnose precipitation more effectively, but the VQ may also be indicative of precipitation (especially for heavy rainfall and strong convection) because of its direct, close relationship with ageostrophic motion. Thus, the VQ may be computed and analyzed with ease, and may serve as a useful tool for analyses of precipitation and strong convective systems. Citation: Yang, S., and D. H.
