08年2月,我国CPI(居民消费价格指数)同比上涨8.7%,涨幅比上月扩大1.6个百分点,创下自1996年6月以来近12年来的新高.这不仅揭示了在2008年我国面临着严峻的宏观经济形势;也说明了通货膨胀是政府宏观调控中的首要任务.对于8%左右的中等性质通胀,如果政策上不能够坚决地应对,则有可能形成稳定的通胀预期,从而导致"螺旋式的通胀形成过程".本文将通过分析此轮输入型通胀的成因与全球型通胀对我国的影响以透析我国通货膨胀的现状.  相似文献

2011年,居高不下的通胀成为了大家最关心的话题之一。那么,2012年通胀走势又将如何呢?据国家统计局2011年12月份的经济数据显示,前11个月CPI居民消费价格同比上涨5.5%,11月通货膨胀率为4.2%,虽然较年中高点有所下落且出现了环比F降,但依然保持在高位。预计2011年全年CPI涨幅将在5.5%左右,远超年初定下的4%的通胀目标。  相似文献

本文采用景气指数等方法分析了物价的周期波动特征,并进行了物价走势的预测。结论认为,本轮物价波动中,PPI的波动幅度大于CPI,食品价格回落和输入型通胀压力逐渐减小等因素对CPI下行贡献度较高。本轮物价周期的下降阶段可能持续到2012年四季度,预计2012年CPI上涨率为2.6%左右,处于适度增长区间。政府应重点从原材料和农产品等供给面防范物价反弹。  相似文献

研究表明,今年以来,我国居民消费价格水平总体上呈不断攀升态势。1~8月,CPI同比上涨5.6%,其中,8月份居民消费价格同比涨幅有所回落,环比继续上涨,同比和环比分别上涨6.2%和0.3%。利用物价先行、一致合成指数判断,我国物价水平已经接近见顶,再创新高的可能性减弱。三季度,CPI将达到年内峰值,四季度CPI虽然会有所回落,由于本轮物价上涨成因较为复杂,货币投放过多,生产成本全面上升、输入性通胀影响渐强等特点导致未来一段时间,我国物价水平仍将在4%~5%的高位运行。  相似文献

2016年,我国居民消费价格指数(CPI)同比涨幅呈“前高中低后升”的运行特征,消费领域价格涨幅总体温和,工业生产者价格指数(PPI)同比由负转正,生产领域通缩压力逐步缓和,预计2016年CPI上涨2.0%,PPI下降1.7%。展望2017年,宽松的金融货币环境、人力成本趋势性上升、翘尾因素升高、猪肉价格走势存在不确定性等因素将支撑价格上涨,总需求稳中趋缓、农业领域粮食产量和库存双高、以房地产为代表的资产价格稳中有降、通胀预期偏弱等因素将抑制物价涨幅。综合考虑诸上因素的影响,预计2017年CPI上涨1.8%,PPI上涨1.0%。因此,本文建议实施灵活稳健的货币政策、做好农业生产保障主要农产品供给稳定、多措并举扩大去产能范围、稳步推进能源资源和服务等领域价格改革、因城施策稳定房地产市场价格和预期,助推供给侧结构性改革。  相似文献

回顾2007年的中国经济。最重要的特点就是在国民经济继续保持高速增长的同时,已经沉寂多年的物价上涨之妖魔.似乎突然之间又回到了神州大地。我们预计,2007年GDP增幅为11.5%左右,与此同时,物价上涨压力不断加大。继2007年8月份CPI(消费物价指数)同比创出6.5%的十年高点之后,十月份再度达到6.5%的水平。而11月份更是创出了6.9%的高位。我们预计,2007年全年CPI平均增幅为4.7%左右。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
