针对目前国内外超低渗透油藏水平井压裂改造工艺复杂、工具应用效率低和可靠性差的现状,设计了不动管柱多级水力喷砂分段压裂工具,研发了投球式滑套喷射器与封隔器,将多套喷射器串接,施工时通过投球的方式逐级打开各级喷射器和封隔器,实现射孔及压裂。该工艺管柱具有井下工具少、不泄压投球等特点,能够不动管柱一次性完成水平井3层段分段压裂。现场试验结果表明,该工艺管柱性能可靠,提高了分段压裂改造成功率和施工效率,是一种先进、安全、可靠、高效的水平井分段改造工艺技术。该水力喷砂分段压裂技术为改善水平井开发低渗透油田效果提供了工程技术保障。 相似文献

哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克油田盐下二叠系砂岩油藏压力系数超过1.7,采用常规射孔后压裂工艺或者适用于常压储层的不动管柱喷砂射孔压裂工艺,存在井控风险大、转层作业周期长、改造不彻底等技术难题。为提高单井产能,在单层水力喷射加砂压裂技术获得显著增产效果后,研发出逐级坐封封隔器和带滑套喷枪,通过理论参数计算,实现了工艺优化与入井管柱的组配,形成异常高压储层水力喷砂射孔多层压裂投产技术。在现场完成了3口井不动管柱逐级坐封单井分两层喷砂射孔加砂压裂工艺的现场试验,成功率100%。措施后平均单井日增油52.3 t;现场施工数据显示,转层后两层水力喷砂射孔时的射孔压力差小于2 MPa,验证了该工艺在理论上满足3层以上的压裂改造。该工艺实现了不压井条件下多套储层的射孔、压裂改造及投产一体化作业,对高压油气井储层改造具有推广意义。 相似文献

川西中浅层气藏属低孔、低渗、多层系气藏,部分井单层压裂改造不能满足经济有效开采要求,需要采用双封隔器分压三层,压后不动管柱合采投产.针对压差式封隔器工具组合分层压裂管柱存在的问题,研究开发出了一套适合于川西中浅层气藏的多层分压合采管柱,该管柱采用水力式Y241双封隔器工具组合,提高了压裂管串的可靠程度,特别是开发出了低密度钢球配合双滑套喷砂器,在压裂施工结束时不用动管柱而通过双滑套喷砂口实现了三个产气层的有效连通,满足了压后不动管柱三层合采直接投产的需要.在2006年7月至2007年7月间,应用该工具组合在川西中浅层气藏成功地进行了10口井共30层的压裂施工,工具应用成功率达100.0%,为川西中浅层多层系气藏的进一步高效开发奠定了重要基础. 相似文献

针对冀东油田目前压裂技术中存在多层笼统压裂,不能压开所有层,以及效果差、有效期短等技术问题,提出了不动管柱分级坐封、分级验封的分层压裂管柱的工艺理念,并开展了工艺技术、管柱结构及施工工艺研究。设计了不动管柱分级坐封、分级验封、分级解封、遇卡分级丢手分段打捞的液压压缩封隔器分层压裂管柱和不动管柱分级坐封遇卡分段丢手分段打捞的水力扩张式封隔器分层压裂管柱,形成了分级投球分层打开压裂滑套的分层压裂喷砂开关控制技术和分级解封、遇卡分级丢手分段打捞的安全解卡起出技术,实现了一趟管柱分级压裂多层,提高了分层压裂的效果,降低了压裂成本。113口井的现场应用结果表明,深斜井分层压裂管柱的原理可行、结构合理、工艺简单,满足了冀东油田高温高压深斜井分层压裂作业的需要。 相似文献

川渝地区致密气储层老井需要通过油管多段压裂工艺提高开发潜力,现有工艺管柱不能满足高压、大砂量冲蚀、钻井液条件下坐封及压裂后可取等复杂要求,为此开展了高压致密气储层多段压裂技术攻关。自主研制了Y344型导压喷砂封隔器,集喷砂和封隔功能于一体,缩短了工具尺寸,提升多层压裂管柱通过性;利用有限元分析软件优化封隔器喷砂体和胶筒结构,优选42CrMo高强度材料,提高承压性能;开展了材料耐冲蚀和磨蚀研究,数值模拟方法分析流态,优化硬质合金零件布局,解决喷砂口等区域磨损大的问题;水力锚等工具均设计“进液防砂”结构,满足钻井液环境使用要求。室内实验表明,整体工艺管柱满足90 MPa高压要求,现场单层加砂量达到160 m3,为解决类似储层高压多段油管压裂问题提供了有效的技术手段。 相似文献

苏里格气田采用的“K344型封隔器+喷砂滑套”分层压裂技术,由于整个管柱压后不能实现全通径,影响了后续排液采气、冲砂、测试、监测产液剖面,且无法进行二次改造作业。采用可溶金属材料,设计了直井全通径分层压裂工艺管柱。介绍了直井全通径分层压裂工艺管柱及关键工具。研制了新型喷砂滑套、滑套密封器和节流底阀。室内试验和现场试验结果表明,直井全通径分层压裂工艺管柱中关键工具的溶解时间可控,初始溶解时间大于72 h,压裂后工具内的可溶部分溶解时间小于7 d,不可溶部分脱离可溶部分的束缚下行掉落到井底,整个管柱全通径可达248;57 mm,能够满足一趟管柱分7层压裂施工及后续作业的要求。为直井分层压裂实现管柱全通径提供了新的技术手段。 相似文献

An upsurge of violence in Iraq threatened a recovery in output that began earlier this year. Production in the northern fields hit a post-invasion high of 620,000 bpd in March, rising by 180,000 bpd in one month. Fighting in the south, however, cut production there by more than 100,000 bpd as government troops tried to subdue Shi'ite militias in and around Basrah. Oil installations damaged in the south included a pipeline and a pumping station. The Iraqi government nevertheless announced that oil production would reach 2.9 mn bpd by the year's end, requiring an increase of nearly 500,000 bpd over April 2008 levels. Foreign help is to be sought via a series of technical service agreements and - later this year - an upstream licensing round. Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry says it wants a bigger role for Japanese oil companies in both the upstream and downstream sectors in Iraq. Kurdistan says it is negotiating with Baghdad to export oil produced from new oil fields there. The central government does not recognize production agreements drawn up by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
