井下瓦斯监测系统为多传感器监测系统,它通过不同功能、不同精度、不同位置的传感器,对所需要的被测量进行多方位、多角度的测量。但是,目前对于多传感器所测的数据还没有一种通用的、行之有效的处理方法,井下瓦斯浓度的监测很难作到实时、精确。因此,文章提出了一种基于BP神经网络数据融合的瓦斯监测系统的设计方案,该方案采用改进的BP神经网络算法对多传感器数据进行融合,并采用两级融合的方式对数据进行处理,以得到井下环境特征。仿真结果表明,基于BP神经网络数据融合的瓦斯监测系统具有较高的测量精度,极大地提高了数据采集的可靠性、全面性和有效性。 相似文献

目前霍尔传感器(Hall)和巨磁阻(GMR)传感器均广泛地应用于电力系统电流测量。为同时发挥二者的优势、降低各自的局限性,在分析Hall和GMR的温度特性、噪声特性和被测电流范围的基础上,提出了一种基于Hall和GMR的多传感器融合方案。在定义GMR和Hall的灵敏度差值ΔS基础上,将被测电流i和灵敏度差值ΔS构成的融合域划分为四个域,在域Ⅱ、Ⅲ采用多传感加权观测融合Kalman滤波算法,将Hall和GMR的观测量和观测噪声融合后与状态方程联立进行Kalman滤波;在域Ⅰ采用数据加权融合最优权值分配的方法,给Hall的测量数据赋予较大权值,GMR的测量数据赋予较小的权值;在域Ⅳ,权值分配情况相反,各域之间可实现数据融合的平滑过渡。基于多传感器融合方法,设计了一种组合式闭环电流传感器,包括磁芯、电路部分设计及仿真。仿真和样机实验结果表明,在域Ⅱ、Ⅲ时多传感器融合值与真实值的均方根误差低至0.004;在域Ⅰ、Ⅳ时电流测量的相对误差Ei均在0.255 %以下。与单一传感器相比,多传感器融合的方法使组合式传感器测量电流范围增大,适用于温度变化范围较大的场景,电流测量精度及可信度更高。 相似文献

对于先验知识未知的多传感器对某一目标特性进行多次测量的情形,提出一种基于模糊贴近度函数的融合算法。首先视各传感器的测量值为模糊集合,利用最大最小贴近度定义贴近度矩阵,并将前一次的融合值假设为观测值,参与当前次的融合运算,再通过扩维来度量不同时刻传感器测量值间的综合相近程度,然后参照已有的信噪比法定义了一致可靠性测度,进而得到多传感器数据的融合公式。应用实例及仿真验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明该算法计算简单,融合结果具有很好的精确性和稳健性。 相似文献

Cloud Computing enables the construction and the provisioning of virtualized service-based applications in a simple and cost effective outsourcing to dynamic service environments. Cloud Federations envisage a distributed, heterogeneous environment consisting of various cloud infrastructures by aggregating different IaaS provider capabilities coming from both the commercial and the academic area. In this paper, we introduce a federated cloud management solution that operates the federation through utilizing cloud-brokers for various IaaS providers. In order to enable an enhanced provider selection and inter-cloud service executions, an integrated monitoring approach is proposed which is capable of measuring the availability and reliability of the provisioned services in different providers. To this end, a minimal metric monitoring service has been designed and used together with a service monitoring solution to measure cloud performance. The transparent and cost effective operation on commercial clouds and the capability to simultaneously monitor both private and public clouds were the major design goals of this integrated cloud monitoring approach. In the context of limited financial resources under uncertainty, an important challenge is to introduce monitoring concepts
in the general assessment, maintenance and repair frameworks of highway bridges. Structural health monitoring (SHM) provides
new information on structural performance. As the monitoring duration increases, additional information becomes available.
The knowledge of the structure is more accurate, but the monitoring costs are greater. Based on the accuracy of monitoring,
different decisions can be made. These decisions involve uncertainties, and, consequently, are expressed in terms of probabilities.
A probability-based approach for multiple criteria optimization of bridge maintenance strategies based on SHM is proposed.
A measure of the error in the decision process, based on monitoring occurrence and duration, is proposed. Optimal solutions
are obtained considering multiple criteria such as expected failure cost, expected monitoring/maintenance cost, expected accuracy

Many industrial processes possess multiple operating modes in virtue of different manufacturing strategies or varying feedstock. Direct application of many of the current multivariate statistical process monitoring (MSPM) techniques such as PCA (principal component analysis) and PLS (projection to latent structures) to such a process tends to produce inferior performance. This can most be attributed to the adopted assumption by most MSPM methodologies of only one nominal operating region for the underlying process. It is therefore reasonable to develop separate models for different operating modes. In this paper, based on metrics in the form of principal angles to measure the similarities of any two models, a multiple PLS model based process monitoring scheme is proposed. Popular multivariate statistics such as SPE (squared prediction error) and T2 can be incorporated in this framework straightforwardly. 在分析当前输电线运动监测技术优缺点的基础上,提出一种基于MIMU的输电线路运动监测技术.采集MIMU时间序列信号建立ARMA模型,对比力和角速度信号进行Kalman滤波处理;由于平动和转动的幅值是由比力和角速度积分所得,以各轴比力平方和与角速度平方作为衡量输电线平动和转动幅度的标准,并对数据进行分段,通过计算数据段间的欧式相似度衡量数据的变异程度来评估输电线平动和转动的幅度及变化趋势,对测得加速度和角速度做FFT变换得出运动频率.为验证运动监测技术,设计转台摇摆模拟输电线3种不同幅值运动,将数据进行上述算法处理,结果表明,估计出的平动和转动幅度趋势和幅值变化相同,且精确识别施加的频率为2Hz.实验室条件下,搭建的模拟系统正常工作. 相似文献

We present a coverage metric targeted at shared-memory concurrent programs: the Location Pairs (LP) coverage metric. The goals
of this metric are (i) to measure how thoroughly a program has been tested from a concurrency standpoint, i.e., whether enough
qualitatively different thread interleavings have been explored, and (ii) to guide testing towards unexplored concurrency
scenarios. This metric was inspired by an access pattern known to lead to high-level concurrency errors in industrial software
and in the literature. We built a monitoring tool to measure LP coverage of test programs. We used the LP metric for interactive
debugging, and compared LP coverage with other concurrency coverage metrics on Java benchmarks. We demonstrated that LP coverage
corresponds better to concurrency errors, is a better measure of how well a program is exercised concurrency-wise by a test
set, reaches saturation later than other coverage metrics, and is viable and useful as an interactive testing and debugging

为精准计量污染性气体在室外环境中的浓度水平,实现对室外环境空气质量的准确监测,设计基于NB-IoT的室外环境空气质量在线监测系统;利用电源电路输出的电量信号,调节微控制器、温湿度传感器、细颗粒物浓度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器四类应用设备之间的实时连接关系,完成空气质量在线监测的硬件终端平台设计;借助NB-IoT密钥文本,计算空口协议栈表达式,实现对监测系统安全运行机制的完善;分别从main函数、数据信息采集函数、监测任务函数3个角度着手,求解监测系统运行过程中的主要应用函数,并根据具体计算数值,调节各级硬件设备之间的连接关系,完成基于NB-IoT的室外环境空气质量在线监测系统设计;实验结果表明,NB-IoT机制作用下,在线监测系统在不同温度、湿度条件下,均可以将二氧化碳气体实测浓度与真实浓度之间的差值控制在3 ppm以内,与远距离多通道型监测系统相比,更符合室外环境空气质量监测的实际应用需求。 相似文献
