针对陶瓷刀具和铸铁材料的切削特点,从切削力、切削温度、表面粗糙度、切屑形态和刀具磨损5个方面进行铸铁高速车削实验研究。首先采用单因素实验,分析切削参数对切削力、切削温度、表面粗糙度的影响,并对切屑形貌进行分析探讨;进而采用正交实验进一步分析切削参数对切削加工性能影响的显著程度,并优选出最佳切削参数;最后在正交实验的基础上,对刀具磨损情况进行分析,证明陶瓷刀具高速车削铸铁的合理性。实验结果为进一步研究铸铁的高效切削、刀具磨损以及切削参数优化、新型陶瓷刀具的开发提供技术支持。  相似文献

面向一切削加工系统,通过切削试验,以切削面积刀具的相对磨损值为量值,提出了基于最佳切削温度下切削用量的确定方法。首先,从铣削加工试验中获取切削速度与切削表面积相对磨损值和切削温度的关系,研究了最优切削用量与切削温度的关系;然后,通过刀具磨损现象,探讨了最佳切削温度时刀具磨损的机理;最后,建立了切削用量的优化方程。从而为切削用量的优化探索了新的途径,为金属切削数据库的建立提供了依据。  相似文献

传统刀具磨损评估标准并以其确定的刀具寿命有一定的局限性,不适用于不同几何角度和不同切削参数下刀具耐磨损性能的比较。本文以刀具磨损新特性—表面磨损率理论为基础,研究了车削铁基高温合金GH2132的刀具磨损特性,得出了最小表面磨损率和所对应的最佳切削速度及温度,为进一步研究加工该高温合金材料在优选刀具和切削参数,提高刀具寿命以及生产效率等方面提供了理论基础。  相似文献

切槽车刀工作环境封闭,工作状况恶劣,使得刀具温度高和刀具磨损的问题尤为突出。运用数值计算方法建立了硬质合金切槽车刀车削加工钛合金环槽过程模型,基于传热学和Usui磨损理论计算车削过程中刀具最高温度和刀具磨损速率。对环槽车削过程的热力耦合计算结果进行分析,获得了刀具在切削过程中的温度及磨损速率的变化规律。建立了刀具温度和磨损速率的预测模型,运用遗传算法对预测模型进行求解,得到满足要求的工艺参数组合。结果表明,刀具温度和磨损速率与工艺参数之间关系密切。通过应用优化算法对切削工艺参数进行优化,使得目标函数值增加了30%,运用切削实验验证了优化后的工艺参数能够有效提高硬质合金切槽车刀的性能。  相似文献

对α+β钛合金TC11进行车削工艺研究,采用无涂层、PVD Ti Al N涂层、金刚石涂层三种刀片在干式加工和MQL冷却状态下进行车削试验。研究不同刀具、冷却方式和加工参数对车削TC11钛合金切削力、切削温度、加工表面质量、刀具寿命和刀具磨损方式等影响规律。通过相关试验数据得出相关切削参数,为优选加工刀具提供参考。  相似文献

为了实现车削加工过程的低碳化并提高加工质量,在分析车削加工过程中能耗特征及切削温度与刀具几何参数之间关系的基础上,以刀具前角和主偏角为优化变量,考虑加工过程机床设备和加工质量等约束,建立了车削加工刀具几何参数低碳优化模型;针对所建模型,提出一种基于改进的自适应遗传算法的优化求解方法。实例分析表明,以低碳排放为优化目标、以切削温度为约束条件优化车削刀具几何参数,可使碳排放和切削温度比原刀具参数分别降低12%和17%。所建模型和方法可为制造企业优化选择刀具几何参数降低碳排放提供理论方法支持。  相似文献

在数控车削批量加工过程中,刀具磨损的加剧会导致能量消耗显著增大.针对现有节能优化研究忽略了刀具磨损状态和工艺参数对能耗的协同影响的问题,提出一种考虑刀具磨损的数控车削批量加工工艺参数节能优化方法.首先,分析刀具磨损和工艺参数对数控车削批量加工能耗协同影响机理;基于此,以批量加工总能耗最低和完工时间最小为目标,以不同刀具磨损状态下的工艺参数为优化变量,建立了考虑刀具磨损的数控车削批量加工工艺参数节能优化模型,并采用多目标模拟退火算法进行优化求解.与经验方案相比,通过算法优化得到的加工方案总能耗降低14.9%,总时间降低9.8%,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献
