利用光学显微镜、TEM和EPMA对双辊薄带连铸3.2%Si高强无取向硅钢组织和析出相形态进行了研究。结果表明,双辊薄带连铸无取向硅钢中主要存在的析出相粒子为AlN和AlN与MnS的复合相,复合析出相数量最多,其次是AlN,独立析出的MnS数量极少;析出相粒子尺寸相差很大。800℃退火时,350 nm大小的AlN和MnS复合相粒子会对晶界产生钉扎作用,阻碍晶界的移动; 900~1 000℃退火时,400~500 nm大小的AlN和MnS复合相粒子对晶界的钉扎作用明显减弱。随着退火温度的升高,无取向硅钢中的析出相粒子尺寸明显增大,有利于产品的磁性能。 相似文献

在实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧流程试制取向硅钢的基础上,通过大量的透射电镜观察和分析检测,得到了脱碳退火后钢中形成的析出物的情况,确定了钢中的主抑制剂为Cu2S,同时还存在少量的辅助抑制剂AlN以及以复合析出物形式存在的微量的MnS。研究了Cu2S主抑制剂在薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产取向硅钢的析出特点,分析了实验用钢中Cu2S抑制力。结果表明,Cu2S作为薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产普通取向硅钢的主抑制剂有足够的抑制能力,能够满足CGO钢二次再结晶的要求。 相似文献

含铜抑制剂作为取向硅钢的主抑制剂或辅助抑制剂不仅可以抑制初次晶粒的长大,促进二次再结晶,还可以降低铸坯的加热温度。取向硅钢中主要抑制剂为10~50 nm Cu2S,在钢的铸坯、热轧、冷轧、脱碳等工艺过程均可析出;(Cu,Mn)1.8S、Cu1.8S、ε-Cu等主要作为辅助抑制剂,尺寸一般为30~50 nm(或大于50 nm),主要在热轧阶段析出。总结了国内外有关取向硅钢中含铜抑制剂析出行为的研究进展,当前主要研究不同生产流程和工序中含铜抑制剂的析出行为和作用机理。 相似文献

选用含铌0.09%和不含铌的两种铸坯,将铸坯分别加热至不同温度,并保温30 min后进行淬火处理,利用JEM-2011透射显微镜对试样的显微组织进行观察,同时在扫描电镜下确定铸态组织中黑色物质的形貌,通过观察析出物在不同温度下的数量分布情况,分析比较取向硅钢在含Nb和不含Nb两种状态下析出物的固溶温度。结果表明:含铌取向硅钢铸坯的晶粒尺寸与不含铌铸坯的晶粒尺寸相比更加均匀细小,铌元素有阻碍晶粒长大的作用;含Nb取向硅钢中析出物的完全固溶温度在1 250~1 300℃,不含Nb的析出物完全固溶温度在1 300℃以上,说明Nb能够明显降低析出物的完全固溶温度。 相似文献

以工业高磁感取向硅钢的化学成分为基础,采用真空感应炉冶炼了两炉试验钢,其中-炉为基体钢未添加微合金元素作为对比钢,另-炉钢中添加了微合金元素Nb以形成新型抑制剂.采用石英管直接伸入钢水吸取少量钢水后迅速插入水中进行急冷.电子显微镜的分析结果表明,试样中的大型夹杂物为MnS与Al2O3,和/或Mgo的复合物.基体钢以及Nb微合金化试验钢急冷样品中都弥散分布着细小的析出物,这些细小析出物的直径约为几个纳米.Nb微合金化的高磁感取向硅钢中,不仅有Mns和AlN的细小析出物,还有大量细小的Nb(C,N)析出颗粒.采用Nb微合金化有望降低取向硅钢的板坯加热温度,还可能会进-步增强抑制剂的抑制效果. 相似文献

The precipitation behavior of MnS and AlN in low-temperature high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel produced by thin slab casting and rolling process with ??acquired inhibitor method?? during continuous casting and soaking was studied by thermodynamic calculation. The calculated results show that AlN is likely to precipitate in ferrite after solidification. However, MnS can precipitate only in the two phase region of ferrite and austenite. Meanwhile, MnS and AlN in the steel can not be completely dissolved during the soaking stage. In addition, the abnormal growth of primary grain is not obvious after high-temperature nitriding, which indicates the number of inherent inhibitor in the steel is relatively sufficient before nitriding. 相似文献

The product quality of grain-oriented silicon steel may be affected by each process because of its complicated production technology. Morphologies, compositions and structures of forsterite film formed in different conditions on the samples subjected to high temperature annealing were measured by using a scanning electron microscope, an energy disperse spectroscope, an X-ray diffractometer and Fourier transform infrared technique respectively. The morphologies and influential factors of forsterite film were investigated. The results showed that the major component of forsterite film composed of light-gray spherical particles was Mg2SiO4, and the minor was MgAl2O4. If the amount of MgO coated on the surface of the steel was less, bare holes or even large-scale bare grains for forsterite film appeared. The higher temperature of water bath during decarburization annealing led to gaps of strips in forsterite film. Moreover, MgO coating method had great influence on forsterite film. Roller coating method was beneficial to increase compactness and smoothness of forsterite film, but was disadvantageous to its thickness. 相似文献

借助电子背散射衍射(EBSD)及ZEISS-200MAT金相显微镜对某钢厂普通取向硅钢(CGO)进行研究,研究结果表明:热轧板组织、织构沿板厚方向存在明显的不均匀性,在热轧板表层及次表层发生再结晶,同时存在强度较高的Goss织构,中心层存在较强的{001}110变形织构。冷轧组织均呈纤维状条带组织,一次冷轧后,热轧板中的Goss织构消失,织构主要为α、γ织构,经中间脱碳退火后,α、γ织构强度减弱,并出现一定强度的Goss织构和利于Goss织构发展的{554}225、{332}113等织构,经二次冷轧后,二次冷轧织构类型与一次冷轧织构一致,但织构强度不同。 相似文献

研究了普通取向硅钢(/%:0.03~0.05C、3.0Si、0.065~0.080Mn、0.004~0.007P、0.018~0.025S、0.02Cu)2.20~2.30mm热轧板经二次冷轧和中间退火生产0.30mm板的工艺过程。重点分析了化学成分(C、Mn、S、P)、加热温度(1350~1400℃,1200~1320℃)、常化工艺、二次冷轧压下率(56%~62%)和二次再结晶温度(900~1000℃)对普通取向硅钢铁损P17和磁感应强度B8的影响。结果表明,化学成分,加热温度和二次再结晶温度对普通取向硅钢的磁性能影响较大,常化工艺和中间板厚对钢的磁性影响不显著;普通取向硅钢合适的主要成分的范围为(/%):0.03~0.05C、2.9~3.1Si、0.05~0.10Mn、0.015~0.03S,热轧加热温度~1380℃,终轧930~960℃,二次再结晶温度~950℃。 相似文献

Small dispersoid particles inhibit recrystallization which is critical in controlling the grain structure of many high strength low alloy steels. A general kinetic model has been developed to predict precipitation of V(C, N) in vanadium microalloyed steels with a series of carbon and nitrogen contents. The solubility product and driving force of carbonitrides precipitated in austenite as well as the interfacial energy and other parameters can be evaluated to predict Nucleation rates-Temperature (NrT) and Precipitation-Time-Temperature (PTT) diagram. By using stress relaxation tests and fitting with Avrami equation, it is possible to draw PTT diagrams. The predictions of the model coincide with results of experimental investigation on V(C, N) precipitation in austenite. The nose temperature is around 850 ℃ obtained by experiment which is different from the prediction of the model and the difference is 30 ℃, and nitrogen has more effect on the shape of "C" curve of PTT diagram than carbon that makes "C" curve move leftward significantly. 相似文献
