针对目前FMS存在的问题,在现有FMS仿真方法基础上提出了一种面向对象的集成化、开放统一框架模型,该框架模型系统集成了FMS的资源描述、仿真、调度、评价、控制等子系统,利用层次建模、面向对象以及人工智能的思想方法,把各功能模型有机结合起来,应用于FMS控制系统的仿真、设计及实际运行控制。  相似文献

将CIMS体系分解为组织决策层、协调决策层和调度执行层三层决策和控制结构,在此基础上建立了具有时标分解的分层递阶关联多目标决策模型。该模型将CIMS的局部问题集成于一个模型之中,使一体化的集成决策和控制可得以实现。提出了一种分层多目标模糊规划的递阶柔性交互式算法。该模型和算法实现了一类CIMS的生产计划的制定。该模型可作为CIMS的控制与决策支持系统的框架结构。  相似文献

采用现代模态滤波器(MF)技术和最优控制理论研究智能空间桁架结构的独立模态空间控制方法(IMSC)。仿真结果表明,按提出的控制策略,解决了传统IMSC控制中的状态解耦问题,使IMSC方法不再局限于简单、低自由度数的结构动力控制,对于智能空间结构,实施IMSC方法也是可行并且有效的。  相似文献

Analytical approximations for the performance of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) with blocking of machines due to limited local buffers are presented. The approximations are based on a detailed analysis of FMS configurations used in industry. The method proposed uses informations generated by applying the classical closed queueing network (CQN) model to the FMS. The approximations developed are tested against simulation models for a wide variety of FMS configurations. The results presented show that the approximations are very good.  相似文献

A flexible manufacturing system (FMS) due to its ability of being flexible in nature is concerned with automatic production of different parts in medium range. In short, it can be regarded as an automated manufacturing system. In this paper, an insight on previous work in the area of FMS modelling has been provided with an overview of research and development for better understanding of FMS. It serves as a medium for investigation of work that are accomplished by using different modelling techniques in FMS like mathematical, artificial intelligence, hierarchical, multi criteria decision-making method, Petri Nets and simulation. This paper will help researchers who are keen to do research in the area of FMS modelling, by highlighting contribution of available techniques in the field of FMS. It will also help them in deciding which modelling techniques can be used for a given problem. This paper deals with the concurrent solution of the loading and scheduling problems in a flexible manufacturing system ( FMS) environment. It is assumed that the FMS environment has production planned periodically and each job in the system has a number of operations to be processed on flexible machines. A heuristic approach using a constructive scheduling method is developed to solve the FMS loading and scheduling problems concurrently. The computational results are compared to an existing procedure that considers a hierarchical approach with a similar problem environment. The comparison study shows a significant improvement over the existing hierarchical procedure. This experiment indicates that a concurrent solution approach can solve the FMS loading and scheduling problems very effectively.  相似文献

Proposed in this paper is a modelling formalism, called the FMS control model, which is able to provide a detailed guideline for the implementation of the FMS control program (PLC program). Although, there are numerous simulation models for FMSs describing the system dynamics at the level of discrete event simulation, they cannot be fully utilised for the generation of a real control program involving sensors and actuators. Due to this, PLC programs for FMSs are usually done by the repetitive method of code writing, testing, and debugging until the control objectives are achieved. This is an error-prone and time-consuming task. The proposed FMS control model is described at the level of sensors and actuators. It can support the PLC program generation from the model. Since the FMS control model has been developed by expanding the DEVS formalism, it has a well-defined formalism. The proposed methodology has been implemented and test runs were made.  相似文献

In the presence of modeling errors, the mainstream Bayesian methods seldom give a realistic account of uncertainties as they commonly underestimate the inherent variability of parameters. This problem is not due to any misconceptions in the Bayesian framework since it is robust with respect to the modeling assumptions and the observed data. Rather, this issue has deep roots in users’ inability to develop an appropriate class of probabilistic models. This paper bridges this significant gap, introducing a novel Bayesian hierarchical setting, which breaks time-history vibration responses into several segments so as to capture and identify the variability of inferred parameters over the segments. Since the computation of the posterior distributions in hierarchical models is expensive and cumbersome, novel marginalization strategies, asymptotic approximations, and maximum a posteriori estimations are proposed and outlined in a computational algorithm aiming to handle both uncertainty quantification and propagation. For the first time, the connection between the ensemble covariance matrix and hyper distribution parameters is characterized through approximate estimations. Experimental and numerical examples are employed to illustrate the efficacy and efficiency of the proposed method. It is observed that, when the segments correspond to various system operating conditions and input characteristics, the proposed method delivers robust parametric uncertainties with respect to unknown phenomena such as ambient conditions, input characteristics, and environmental factors.  相似文献

Flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) have been considered to be essential for manufacturers to succeed in the uncertain market place. Flexibility typically comes at a price and is only valuable as a hedge against environmental uncertainty. It is important to determine an appropriate level of flexibility in the production system while considering the tradeoffs between its costs and benefits. This paper proposes to apply a real option theoretic approach to the modeling and analysis of various types of uncertainty involved in an FMS's operational environment. In comparison with financial options, real options in the context of an FMS, namely, production options, are identified and accordingly a pricing model for production options is proposed based on the option theory. Based on the valuation of production options, a general framework of flexibility planning is formulated. The real option approach surmounts traditional discounted cash flow analysis based valuation methods that tend to ignore the upside potentials to an investment from management flexibility. The proposed model is tested in a refrigerator company that deals with high product variety and uncertain demand.  相似文献

In the distributed and horizontally integrated manufacturing environment found in agile manufacturing, there is a great demand for new product development methods that are capable of generating new customized assembly designs based on mature component designs that might be dispersed at geographically distributed partner sites. To cater for this demand, this paper addresses the methodology for complex assembly variant design in agile manufacturing. It consists in fundamental research in two parts: (i) assembly modeling; and (ii) assembly variant design methodology. This paper, the first of a two-part series, presents the assembly variant design system architecture and the assembly modeling methodology. First, a complementary assembly modeling concept is proposed with two kinds of assembly models, the hierarchical assembly model and the relational assembly model. The first explicitly captures the hierarchical and functional relationships between constituent components whereas the second explicitly captures the mating relationships at the form-feature-level. These models are complementary in the sense that each of them models only a specific aspect of assembly-related information but together they include the required assembly-related information. They are further specialized to accommodate the features of assembly variant design. As a result, two kinds of assembly models, the assembly variants model and the assembly mating graph are generated. These assembly models serve as the basis for assembly variant design which is discussed in the companion paper.  相似文献
