针对精密机构综合性能测试仪中的角度参量在高低温环境下无法溯源的问题,研制一种基于对比检测法的高低温环境角度标准装置,该装置通过主轴将高低温环境下的角度参量传递至常温环境,以实现高低温环境下被测角度编码器的校准。使用COMSOL仿真对高低温环境角度标准装置进行机械部分的适应性设计与部件选型;对该装置进行不确定度评定,其扩展不确定度为9.19″(k=2);使用该装置对被校件进行功能测试,实验准确度为97.93″,符合被校件自身准确度指标98″,测试结果合格。结果表明,该装置可为综合性能测试仪提供高低温环境下角度编码器的校准,实现高低温环境角度参量的溯源,保证高低温环境下角度测量的准确性。 相似文献

车轮定位角的存在会使轮胎的受力状态发生变化,引起车轮的侧滑,从而改变车辆的性能,因此有必要定量地研究车轮定位的前束角、外倾角对操稳性能影响.一方面,从车轮侧滑来解释前束、外倾对转向特性的影响.另一方面,从考虑前束变化的车辆双轨模型推导公式来从理论上详细阐明前束、外倾与转弯半径的关系.然后,通过仿真,分析了不同轮胎载荷状态下的前束角、外倾角.最后,基于上述分析,具体定量地研究前束角、外倾角对车辆稳态和瞬态操纵稳定性指标的影响大小和趋势,并得到稳态及瞬态特性指标与车轮定位角的定量关系,结果与理论分析一致,为车轮定位角的精确设计奠定了基础. 相似文献

In this paper compressive tests of carbon/epoxy (plain weave, 3k) fabric composites were performed to investigate the relation between compressive strength and various bias angles and shear angles. Compressive properties such as chord modulus and maximum strength of the fabric composite materials are essential to analyze the drape behaviour and estimate the quality of the final products. Various specimens with different bias and shear angles which were fabricated by using autoclave de-gassing moulding process were prepared to estimate the strength and chord modulus with respect to the bias and shear angle variations. The stacking sequences of the compressive test specimens are [0]10T, [15]10T, [30]10T and [45]10T for bias specimens and [±37]10T, [±32]10T, [±28]10T, [±22]10T for sheared specimens. Micro-tow structures were observed to correlate the fabric compressive strength with crimp angle. Anti-buckling rig was involved to prevent specimens from buckling during the compressive tests. The compressive test was performed with 1.3 mm/min strain rates. Compressive test results were compared with calculation results. Facture modes which were classified in two different modes were analyzed using microscopic observation. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法将SiO2纳米粒子涂覆在抛光和经激光刻蚀的船用铝合金表面,制备疏水/超疏水铝合金表面。利用使试样负载并在砂纸上摩擦滑行的方法测试疏水/超疏水表面的耐久性,结果表明:抛光表面的接触角随SiO2浓度的增高而增大,最大可达150.8°,但表面对水滴具有强黏附力。当摩擦滑行距离达到10m时,接触角小于铝合金表面原始接触角72.3°;激光刻蚀的网格和点阵微结构表面既具有超疏水特性又呈现出低黏附力;且网格表面的接触角更大,最大达155.4°,滚动角更小,最小仅为0.34°。当摩擦滑行距离达到10m时,表面依然疏水,且网格微结构的耐久性更强。 相似文献

通过水热法在铜表面成功制备了一层具有纳米机构的超亲水薄膜,其表面的接触角可达到6°。随后用氟硅烷对其表面进行修饰,使表面由超亲水变成了超疏水,接触角达到了156°,滚动角小于10°。用扫描电镜、接触角测量仪、X射线衍射仪等技术对超疏水表面进行了表征和分析。X射线衍射分析表明,铜表面的片状结构为氧化铜。扫描电镜对铜表面形貌观察显示,温度、反应时间对表面的形貌影响比较大。片状结构之间的空隙和低表面的修饰是导致超疏水性能的主要原因。将铜超疏水表面放在不同高度的水底一段时间,取出后对其接触角进行测量,结果发现超疏水性能消失,接触角变小。 相似文献

针对室内场景双目立体匹配有别于一般场景立体匹配的特殊性,提出了一种计算简便、准确度高的立体图像匹配算法.该算法首先利用canny算子检测物体的边缘,根据边缘的线性不变矩寻找出目标物体,然后提取出目标物体轮廓的特征点,利用角度直方图计算出左右图像的旋转角度,最后利用角度向量实现左右图像的对应像素点的匹配.线性不变矩有效地将计算复杂度由二维降低到一维,大大降低了计算量.角度向量的提出降低了特征点匹配的复杂度,而且计算简便,准确率高.实验表明,该算法对图像的缩放、旋转、平移均免疫,具有较高的识别精度和良好的抗干扰性,计算效率高于传统方法,有着较高的应用价值. 相似文献

At present, binocular stereo vision is gradually being applied for 3D coordinate measurements in large fields of view (FOVs). In this study, a binocular stereo vision system with fixed and non-zooming cameras in a large FOV is constructed, in which cameras can rotate horizontally and vertically. All intrinsic parameters except the focal length of the cameras are set to default values and these focal lengths are calibrated offline in advance. Only the pitch angle and yaw angle of each camera need to be obtained during rotation. Therefore, we present a novel calibration method by using two control points and transform the imaging model of the pitch and yaw angles into a quadratic equation of the tangent value of the pitch angle so that the closed-form solutions of the pitch and yaw angles can be obtained. Computer simulation and real experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献
