制备聚肉桂酸(PCA)修饰电极(PCA/GC),研究尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在UA和AA共存体系中,UA、AA在PCA/GC电极上氧化峰电流增大且峰电位分别负移至50mV、330mV,二者相差280mV,据此可同时检测UA和AA.在pH6.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,UA、AA的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1、2.0×10-5~6.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.该电极重现性好,适用于尿样中UA的检测.  相似文献

纳米金修饰玻碳电极测定邻苯二酚   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用恒电位沉积方法将HAuCl4直接还原成纳米金并修饰于玻碳电极表面,制备了对邻苯二酚具有电催化氧化作用的纳米金修饰电极。邻苯二酚在该修饰电极上发生一可逆的氧化还原反应。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 7.5)中,当邻苯二酚的浓度为3.0×10-3mol.L-1时,与裸玻碳电极相比,其Epa负位移了170 mV,Epc正位移了50 mV,ΔE下降为60 mV,且峰电流显著增大,氧化峰电流与邻苯二酚浓度在5.0×10-6~4.2×10-3mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.997 6,检出限(3σ)为5.0×10-7mol.L-1。在浓度为5.0×10-4mol.L-1测得RSD(n=10)为2.9%,回收率在98.0%~101.0%之间。  相似文献

用循环伏安法制备了不同类型的金属、氨基酸分层修饰电极,用阻抗谱对修饰电极进行了表征,以麝香草酚作为探针,研究了麝香草酚在不同修饰电极上的电化学行为。其中用银和L-苯丙氨酸分层修饰电极测定麝香草酚,峰电流最大。在最佳条件下,麝香草酚在银、L-苯丙氨酸分层修饰电极上产生一个明显的氧化峰,峰电位为:Epa=0.795 V,用循环伏安法进行测定时,峰电流与麝香草酚胺浓度在1.00×10~(-5)~1.00×10~(-3)mol·L~(-1)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)。用差分脉冲法测定时,峰电流与麝香草酚浓度在7.50×10~(-6)~7.50×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.0×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1)。该法用于药品中麝香草酚的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

采用循环伏安法研究去甲肾上腺素(NE)和抗坏血酸(AA)在4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)导电聚合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为;以差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)对二者进行测定,发现PAR修饰电极对NE和AA有很强电催化作用,明显增强了电极反应的可逆性及峰电流。在pH 6.0磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,NE氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.25×10-7~6.25×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,AA氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为5.0×10-8mol/L和5.0×10-7mol/L。该PAR膜修饰电极可对NE和AA进行单独或同时的测定,并用于实际样品重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素针剂和维生素C针剂的检测。  相似文献

研究柠檬酸(CA)修饰玻碳电极(CA/GC)在抗坏血酸(AA)、多巴胺(DA)和尿酸(UA)混合体系中的循环伏安(CV)行为.结果表明,AA、DA和UA在CA/GC电极上氧化峰电流增大,且三者氧化峰电位明显分离(ΔEp(DA,AA)=170 mV,ΔEp(DA,UA)=130 mV,ΔEp(AA,UA)=300 mV).据此,可同时检测AA、DA和UA.在优化的实验条件下,AA、DA和UA的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在2.0×10-6~1.5×10-3mol.L-1,6.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol.L-1和6.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系.该电极重现性好,可用于盐酸多巴胺针剂DA、VC片剂AA及人体尿液UA的测定.  相似文献

研究多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在聚伊文思蓝(Evans Blue)修饰电极上的伏安行为,建立差示脉冲伏安测定法.在pH4.5磷酸盐缓冲液中,聚伊文思蓝修饰电极对DA和AA有显著的增敏和电分离作用.DA和AA氧化峰电流与浓度分别在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-5mol/L和5.0×10-6~1.05×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限分别为2.5×10-7mol/L和3.0×10-7mol/L.当DA与AA共存时,由该修饰电极检测的二者氧化峰电位差达184 mV,故可同时测定DA和AA,并有效消除其它组分对DA测定的干扰,已用于实际样品中DA和AA含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法制备了6-羟基烟酸膜修饰炭糊电极(6-HNC/CPE),研究了多巴胺(DA)和肾上腺素(EP)在该修饰电极的电化学行为,结果表明该修饰电极对DA及EP具有明显的电催化效果。其电化学信号与DA的浓度在9.52×10-7~7.28×10-5mol·L-1和8.67×10-5~3.72×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。检出限为1.9×10-7mol·L-1(S/N=3),氧化峰电流与EP的浓度在1.74×10-6~4.41×10-5mol·L-1和5.58×10-5~1.01×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。检出限为3.6×10-7mol·L-1(S/N=3),利用差示脉冲伏安法(DPV),研究DA,UA和Trp的混合溶液电催化效果,结果该发现三者氧化峰电位在6-HNC/CPE上的能够完全分开,该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可用于三者的选择性测定及实际样品中DA含量的测定。  相似文献

玻碳电极在含有2.0 mmol·L-1间氨基苯酚的0.1 mol·L-1的三水合高氯酸锂溶液中,于0~1.5 V的电位范围内进行电化学修饰,制备了间氨基苯酚修饰电极(m-AP/GCE).研究发现:间氨基苯酚修饰电极对多巴胺有良好的电催化作用,多巴胺在该电极上出现了一对氧化还原峰,相对于裸玻碳电极,氧化还原峰电位差为减至70 mV,提出了用循环伏安法测定多巴胺的方法.氧化峰电流与多巴胺的浓度在1.2×10-7~9.1×10-6和9.1×10-6~1.2×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线生关系,检出限(3S/N)为3.2×10-8mol·L-1.  相似文献

在玻碳电极上制备了聚合酸性蓝62(PAB)膜电极,并用于双酚A(BPA)的电化学测定。BPA在PAB膜修饰电极上产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,与裸电极相比,其峰电位负移100mV。氧化峰电流与BPA浓度在2.0×10-7~4.0×10-6 mol.L-1和8.0×10-6~2.0×10-4 mol.L-1范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-8 mol.L-1。该法可用于实际样品中BPA的测定。  相似文献

在裸金电极上自组装4,4-二甲基联苯硫醇(MTP)膜(MTP/AuSAMs),再电还原氯金酸溶液修饰纳米金,得纳米金双巯基修饰金电极(NG/MTP/Au).研究了多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在NG/MTP/Au上的电化学行为,发现该修饰电极对DA、AA的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)的氧化峰电位差达到155mV,可以实现对此二组分混合溶液的选择性测定.差分脉冲法测得的峰电流与DA、AA浓度分别在5.0×10-7~1×10-4mol.L-1和3.5×10-6~1.0×10-3mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,检测限(3σ)分别为1.5×10-7mol.L-1和1.2×10-6mol.L-1,相关系数0.998.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
