目的 探究区块链技术在产品溯源和包装防伪上的应用现状,以期为区块链防伪溯源体系的研究和建立提供参考。方法 整理国内外文献,系统分析区块链技术的来源和发展,概述区块链技术在实现防伪溯源上的机理;然后总结在食品包装、电子存证和处方药溯源的相关应用研究。结果 相比传统的防伪和溯源手段,区块链技术解决了防伪标签不可靠和溯源信息不完整等问题,其赋能于食品供应链溯源,不仅依靠分布式存储机制保存电子证据,还将处方药溯源和电子病历相结合,实现全生命周期溯源。结论 区块链技术有效解决消费者对食品安全的信任问题,实现可靠且高效的电子存证,为未来医药一体化打下坚实基础。 相似文献

As the development of the modern economy is increasingly inseparable from credit support, the traditional credit investigation mode has yet to meet this demand. Because of the difficulties in conventional credit data sharing among credit investigation agencies, poor data portability, and centralized supervision, this paper proposes a data-sharing scheme for credit investigation agencies based on a double blockchain. Given the problems such as difficult data sharing, difficult recovery of damaged data, and accessible data leakage between institutions and users with non-traditional credit investigation data other than credit, this paper proposes a data-sharing scheme for credit investigation subjects based on the digital envelope. Based on the above two solutions, this paper designs a double blockchain credit data-sharing platform based on the “public chain + alliance chain” from credit investigation agencies’ and visiting subjects’ perspectives. The sharing platform uses the alliance chain as the management chain to solve the problem of complex data sharing between credit bureaus and centralized supervision, uses the public chain as the use chain to solve the problem of complex data sharing between the access subject and the credit bureaus, uses the interplanetary file system and digital envelope and other technologies to solve the problem of difficult recovery of damaged data, data leakage, and other issues. After the upload test, the average upload speed reaches 80.6 M/s. The average download speed of the system is 88.7 M/s after the download test. The multi-thread stress test tests the linkage port on the system package, and the average response time for the hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) is 0.6 ms. The system performance and security analysis show that the sharing platform can provide safe and reliable credit-sharing services for organizations and users and high working efficiency. 相似文献

As permissioned blockchain becomes a common foundation of blockchain-based circumstances for current organizations, related stakeholders need a means to assess the trustworthiness of the applications involved within. It is extremely important to consider the potential impact brought by the Blockchain technology in terms of security and privacy. Therefore, this study proposes a rigorous security risk management framework for permissioned blockchain-enabled applications. The framework divides itself into different implementation domains, i.e., organization security, application security, consensus mechanism security, node management and network security, host security and perimeter security, and simultaneously provides guidelines to control the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications with respect to these security domains. In addition, a case study, including a security testing and risk evaluation on each stack of a specific organization, is demonstrated as an implementation instruction of our proposed risk management framework. According to the best of our knowledge, this study is one of the pioneer researches that provide a means to evaluate the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications from a holistic point of view. If users can trust the applications that adopted this framework, this study can contribute to the adoption of permissioned blockchain-enabled technologies. Furthermore, application providers can use the framework to perform gap analysis on their existing systems and controls and understand the risks of their applications. 相似文献

In this research work, we proposed a medical image analysis framework with two separate releases whether or not Synovial Sarcoma (SS) is the cell structure for cancer. Within this framework the histopathology images are decomposed into a third-level sub-band using a two-dimensional Discrete Wavelet Transform. Subsequently, the structure features (SFs) such as Principal Components Analysis (PCA), Independent Components Analysis (ICA) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) were extracted from this sub-band image representation with the distribution of wavelet coefficients. These SFs are used as inputs of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. Also, classification of PCA + SVM, ICA + SVM, and LDA + SVM with Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel the efficiency of the process is differentiated and compared with the best classification results. Furthermore, data collected on the internet from various histopathological centres via the Internet of Things (IoT) are stored and shared on blockchain technology across a wide range of image distribution across secure data IoT devices. Due to this, the minimum and maximum values of the kernel parameter are adjusted and updated periodically for the purpose of industrial application in device calibration. Consequently, these resolutions are presented with an excellent example of a technique for training and testing the cancer cell structure prognosis methods in spindle shaped cell (SSC) histopathological imaging databases. The performance characteristics of cross-validation are evaluated with the help of the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve, and significant differences in classification performance between the techniques are analyzed. The combination of LDA + SVM technique has been proven to be essential for intelligent SS cancer detection in the future, and it offers excellent classification accuracy, sensitivity, specificity. 相似文献

目的实现对热带水果生产流通环节的质量安全追溯,规范企业生产管理,提高消费者最终知情权,加强政府监管。方法在研究二维码技术的基础上,通过研究分析热带水果生产与流通环节所涉及的要素,采用HACCP,FMECA等技术方法,找出热带水果质量安全的关键要素。采用国家及行业的相关编码标准,设计热带水果追溯编码结构,构建基于二维码技术的热带水果质量安全追溯系统。结论热带水果企业或基地通过使用该系统提高了热带水果安全生产管理水平,实现了热带水果质量安全溯源,促进了热带水果产业化经营和标准化管理。 相似文献

随着水环境监测从现状监测向预警溯源监测的跨越,提升水污染预警溯源能力成为构建水环境监测体系的重要构成。在线水质荧光指纹预警溯源系统是快速准确实现水污染预警溯源的关键设备,其性能的准确可靠直接影响到检测结果的有效性。针对目前国内尚无现行有效的国家计量技术规范对在线水质荧光指纹溯源系统开展有效溯源,为完善其量值溯源体系,保障水环境污染监测结果的准确性,根据在线水质荧光指纹预警溯源系统的结构和工作原理,提出了信噪比、零点漂移、量程漂移、重复性、测量线性和检出限等校准项目并介绍了其校准方法,给出了校准实例及检出限测量结果不确定度的评定过程。其中信噪比S/N为259.91;测量线性为0.9986 ;检出限为0.0017 mg/L,其扩展不确定度为0.0010 mg/L(k =2);零点漂移和量程漂移分别为0.19%和0.40%;测量重复性为2.15%。结果表明,该校准方法能够准确可靠地对在线水质荧光指纹预警溯源系统的综合性能进行评价,校准过程及不确定度评定范例可为相关仪器的校准工作提供参考。 相似文献

Lack of trust has been an ongoing issue for decades in construction quality management, hindering the improvement of quality performance. The development of mutual trust depends on immutable, traceable, and transparent construction quality information records. However, current information technologies cannot meet the requirements. To address the challenge, this study explores a blockchain-based framework for construction quality information management, which extends applications of blockchain in the domain of construction quality management. A consortium blockchain system is designed to support construction quality management in which participants’ information permissions and lifecycle are discussed. Additionally, this study presents in detail the consensus process that aims to address the problem of information fraud. The automated compliance checking based on smart contracts is presented as well, aiming to assure that construction products meet regulation requirements. Finally, an example of the consortium blockchain network is visualized to validate the feasibility of blockchain-based construction quality information management. The research shows that blockchain can facilitate mutual trust in construction quality management by providing distributed, encrypted, and secure information records and supporting automated compliance checking of construction quality. 相似文献

Most industrial processes are characterized by a system of several variables, all of which are subject to drifts, disturbances, and assignable causes of variation. In the chemical and process industries, there are often inertial forces arising from raw material streams, reactors and tanks that introduce serial correlation over time into these variables. This autocorrelation can have a profound impact on the effectiveness of the statistical monitoring methods used for such processes. This paper reviews some of the available methodology for multivariate process monitoring and shows the effectiveness of principal components in this context. An application of the principal components approach with correlated observation vectors is presented. The effectiveness of this procedure to indicate process upsets is discussed. 相似文献

目的 通过分析当前棉花加工行业存在的信息链断裂、质量信息追溯难、各环节信息孤岛等问题,实现皮棉生产全过程质量信息管理。方法 提出了一种基于标识解析的皮棉生产全过程质量信息追溯方法。首先,按照生产顺序将皮棉生产的环节进行划分,分析各环节中对质量存在危害的影响因素;其次,运用模糊层次分析法计算各环节的权重值,对皮棉生产车间的可靠性进行了分配;然后,通过对各环节中的人、机、料、法、环、测等信息进行分析,融合标识解析技术和可拓物元理论,探讨了一种基于物元可拓的全要素信息标识模型,以实现对皮棉生产信息的高效管理;最后,在信息标识的基础上,提出了一种结合有向无环图(DAG)的质量信息追溯方法。结果 采用IntelliJ IDEA编程软件和MySQL数据库搭建了皮棉生产全过程质量信息追溯系统,实现了对皮棉生产全过程质量信息的溯源。结论 通过对机采棉加工关键质量信息追溯进行验证,测得了系统平均查询时间为73.964 ms,能够满足皮棉生产质量信息追溯的需求。本研究可为棉花生产全过程质量信息追溯提供一定的参考与借鉴。 相似文献

研究提出了一种双阶受力干式装配梁-柱节点(DADBJ)。该节点的关键组件是摩擦铰(RFH)和预设缝防屈曲钢板(SBRSP),具备2个受力工作阶段和损伤集中易修复的特性。为了验证DADBJ构造的合理性,揭示其双阶段受力工作机理,设计加工了DADBJ试件,以SBRSP的预设缝隙宽度作为试验变量,进行了2个工况的低周往复拟静力试验。结果表明:提出的DADBJ构造实现了预期的双阶段受力特性,第一阶段由RFH提供节点的力学性能,第二阶段由RFH和SBRSP共同提供节点的力学性能;DADBJ的损伤集中于芯板,通过更换SBRSP芯板对节点快速修复,节点的性能可恢复到初始状态;SBRSP的预设缝隙宽度可直接决定DADBJ第二阶段的启动位移;提出的DADBJ双阶屈服荷载理论公式和二阶启动位移理论公式精确度好。该研究可为装配式框架结构和多阶受力型结构的设计和研究提供参考。 相似文献
