采用晶须镁盐、POE、聚丙烯(PP)研制改性PP复合材料;讨论了晶须镁盐和增韧剂POE改性PP的机理;对改性PP进行了力学性能测试;分析了改性PP的微观结构。实验结果表明,晶须镁盐和POE并用能对PP产生良好的增韧增强作用。 相似文献

用纳米碳酸钙、纳米氧化铝对聚丙烯(PP)改性,并利用示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)与广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)对改性PP的结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明:将纳米粒子引入PP体系后,PP的结晶行为,如成核方式、结晶度等发生较大改变;同时还会引起PP结晶形态由原来的α-晶向β一晶转变;另外α-晶的结晶取向度也发生了变化。 相似文献

采用聚磷酸铵(APP)对聚丙烯(PP)进行了填充改性,研究了APP对PP阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,还研究了200℃下APP对PP阻燃复合材料的流变行为及结晶性能的影响。结果表明:在PP中加入适量的APP,可改善体系的阻燃性能,同时对材料的力学性能会产生影响,使复合体系的弯曲强度与弯曲模量明显提高,却使断裂伸长率,特别是冲击强度降低;在200℃时,较低剪切速率范围内,APP的加入有利于复合材料流动性能的改善,但在高剪切速率范围内对复合材料的流动性能影响不大;APP在PP中具有成核剂作用,可使PP的结晶过程在较高温度下进行,结晶速率也大大提高,但对PP的结晶度和熔点影响不大。 相似文献

采用熔融共混法制备了β成核剂改性聚丙烯/废弃涤纶织物复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了废弃涤纶织物对复合材料的结晶与熔融行为、结晶形态和微观结构的影响。结果表明,所用的负载型β成核剂能有效诱导瓶用回收聚丙烯形成大量的β晶,废弃涤纶织物与聚丙烯复合后,能有效解离分散并保持纤维形态,且对β晶的影响很小。融熔温度升高会使复合材料的结晶和熔融行为与回收PP更接近。 相似文献

采用稀土钛偶联剂对空心玻璃微珠进行表面改性,通过熔融共混挤出法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/空心玻璃微珠复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能。结果表明,经过稀土钛偶联剂表面改性的空心玻璃微珠与PP的界面结合力显著提高,提升了复合材料的力学性能,并且使PP的结晶度增大。 相似文献

选用相对分子质量分别为10 000和20 000的聚乙二醇(PEG 10000,PEG 20000)与氧化锌(ZnO)、马来酸酐(MAH)混合,再与聚丙烯(PP)共混,制备复合抗静电剂(PEG-ZnO-PP),然后将其与PP共混纺丝,制得共混纤维。研究了PEG-ZnO-PP复合抗静电剂的流动性和热性能,考察了共混纤维的力学性能和抗静电性。结果表明:复合抗静电剂的流动性和热性能因PEG的相对分子质量不同而有所不同,含PEG 10000的复合抗静电剂的流动性能较好,且其熔融热焓、熔融结晶温度、结晶放热高于含PEG 20000的复合抗静电剂。共混纤维力学性能和静电半衰期随复合抗静电剂含量的增加而减小,含PEG 20000的共混纤维抗静电效果更好。 相似文献

The effect of zeolite 5A on the crystalline behavior of polypropylene (PP) in PP/β‐nucleating agent system was investigated with X‐ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and polarized light microscope (PLM) in this study. Zeolite 5A has less effect on crystalline phase of PP/β‐nucleating agent than does n‐CaCO3, which is ascribed to the stronger surficial polarity and better dispersibility of zeolite 5A. The data of DSC indicated that the crystallization peak temperature of PP increases by 8.3°C in the presence of zeolite 5A, and n‐CaCO3 increases 5.7°C in PP/TMB‐5 system, relative to pure PP. And the initial crystallization temperature (Tc0) and the relative crystallinity (Xc) of PP is much more dramatically raised in the presence of zeolite 5A than CaCO3. The efficiency of zeolite 5A in reducing the spherulites size of PP was seen clearly from the PLM photographs. The mechanical testing results showed that the flexural strength and impact strength of PP/β‐nucleating agent system increased in the presence of zeolite 5A. POLYM. The crystalline size of polypropylene (PP) filled with montmorillonite (MMT) was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The isothermal crystallization behavior of polypropylene was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The Avrami equation was used to describe the isothermal crystalline kinetics of PP/MMT composites. The result showed that the addition of MMT decreased the crystalline size L hkl of the polymer. MMT was used as nucleating agent during isothermal crystallization process of polypropylene. The addition of montmorillonite decreased the crystallization time of the polypropylene and the melt point was raised. The value of Avrami exponent n was related with the crystallization temperature. The value of Avrami pre-index factor k of PP/MMT composite was decreased with increasing crystallization temperature. The value of half crystallization time t 1/2 of PP/MMT composite was less than that of PP at a given crystallization temperature, signifying that montmorillonite acted as nucleating agent, accelerated the overall crystallization process. 相似文献

采用热台偏光显微镜研究了聚丙烯(PP)/共聚酯(COPET)以及PP/COPET/蒙脱土(MMT)复合材料等温结晶时的结晶形态,结果表明:两样品均呈现清晰的球晶所特有的黑十字消光图像,PP/COPET/MMT复合材料的球晶尺寸比PP/COPET样品的球晶尺寸大大减小。采用差示扫描量热法对PP/COPET以及PP/COPET/MMT复合材料的非等温结晶行为进行了研究,结果表明:随着MMT含量的增加,复合材料样品的结晶初始温度和结晶峰温基本呈现逐渐降低趋势,结晶放热焓随MMT含量增加先增加后减小;在不同的降温速率下结晶,两种样品结晶峰温均随降温速率的增大而降低,结晶放热焓也随着结晶速率的增大而降低。采用Jeniorny法处理了PP/COPET和PP/COPET/MMT样品的非等温结晶过程,得出了两体系的结晶速率总体上随着冷却速率的增加而加快,为多维结晶生长体系。 相似文献

The crystalline morphology and dynamical crystallization of antibacterial polypropylene composite and pure polypropylene were investigated via differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD), and real‐time hot‐stage optical microscopy (OM). The results reveal that the crystalline morphology of antibacterial PP composites changes with variations of the crystallization conditions and compositions. The crystalline phase consists of both α‐PP and β‐PP crystals. The content of β‐PP decreases with the increase in antibacterial agent content and cooling rate. With the addition of β‐nucleating agent, the morphologies of all dynamically crystallized antibacterial PP composites show no obvious spherulitic morphology, and the decrease of crystal perfection and the increase of nucleation density of antibacterial PP composite system could be observed. With the increase of antibacterial agent content, the overall crystallization rates of the antibacterial PP composite increase dramatically, while the content of β‐PP in all antibacterial PP composite decrease distinctly under given cooling conditions. These results can be explained by the interruptive effect of antibacterial agent on interactions of β‐nucleating agent components and the obstructing effect of antibacterial agent on the mobility of PP chains in melts. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过纳米ZnO存在下的对苯二甲酸/乙二醇(TPA/EG)酯化和缩聚反应制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/ZnO纳米复合材料,研究了纳米ZnO用量及其分散方式对PET粘均摩尔质量、纳米ZnO在复合物中的分散及聚乙二醇(PEG)结晶性能的影响。发现纳米ZnO及分散改性剂(PEG)的加入,对合成PET的粘均摩尔质量均有一定影响;纳米ZnO在EG中直接分散再缩聚形成的复合物中,纳米ZnO团聚严重、分散性差,PET的结晶度和结晶速率降低;在纳米ZnO分散过程中加入PEG可以降低纳米ZnO在复合物中的团聚,提高分散性,PET的结晶度和结晶速率提高。 相似文献

在聚丙烯(PP)基体中加入环氧树脂(EP)、固化剂、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH),通过动态固化制备了PP/EP复合材料,并对其相容性、力学性能、结晶性能等进行了研究。结果表明:PP/EP为不相容体系,PP-g-MAH作为反应性增容剂对体系的刚性和模量影响较大;通过EP和PP-g-MAH的接枝反应,增强了两相间的界面作用力,降低了EP分散相的尺寸,改善了PP/EP复合材料的力学性能。力学性能测试结果表明,EP与PP-g-MAH的最佳配比为1:1;等温结晶的偏光照片和DSC数据表明,EP阻碍了PP的结晶,使其球晶微细化、结晶度降低。 相似文献
