蓄热式加热炉换向燃烧时,煤气换向阀至烧嘴之间管道里残留的煤气直接被排入大气。为了能够降低蓄热式加热炉能源消耗、减少污染排放,对蓄热式加热炉换向过程开展探究。对唐山市某钢厂一座160 t/h蓄热式加热炉设计了蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹系统,通过科学的时序控制和安全联锁,与原蓄热式加热炉控制程序合理链接,实现整套系统安全可靠运行。蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹系统的投入应用,使加热炉单位能耗由原来的0.882降低至0.823 GJ/t,CO减排率达到94.9%,同时为燃烧控制及维修提供了数据依据。 相似文献

The design of the porous medium combustion ( PMC) system which has been applied to chamber reheating furnaces is presented in this study and its main application effects are described in detail. Porous medium materials are mainly ceramic ball sucked granular bed porous media and foam ceramic porous media. This study investigates the foam ceramic porous medium and a schematic diagram of the combustion inside this porous medium. The PMC takes a solid medium as its main heat exchange way,thus greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency. Judging from the application effects,the following conclusions have been made: the PMC technology can save more than 25% of energy with remarkable effects; the furnace temperature uniformity can be significantly enhanced; the porous media combustion technology can make the heating furnace design in a more compact way,reduce the time for heating up the furnace, improve the heating rate and reduce energy consumption. 相似文献

A mathematical system model of a direct-fired continuous reheating furnace has been developed. The furnace is modeled as several
well-stirred gas zones with one-dimensional (1-D) heat conduction in the refractory walls and two-dimensional heat transfer
in the load. The load travels either parallel or counterflow to the combustion gases which enter the furnace throughout its
length. The convective heat-transfer rate to the load and refractory surfaces is calculated using existing correlations from
the literature. Radiative heat exchange within the furnace is calculated using Hottel’s zone method by considering the radiant
energy exchange between the load, the combustion gases, and the refractories. The nongray characteristics of the combustion
gases are considered by using a four-gray gas model to treat the mixture as a radiatively participating medium. An extensive
parametric investigation has been completed to determine the furnace design and operating characteristics that lead to optimum
furnace efficiency. The parametric investigations included in this paper study the effects of the load and refractory emissivities
and the height of the combustion space on the thermal performance of the furnace. 相似文献

叙述了蓄热式燃烧技术的工作原理,并对燃料换向蓄热式燃烧技术和燃料不换向蓄热式燃烧技术进行了比较。利用 CFD 软件 FLUENT,采用标准k-ε湍流模型、漩涡破碎模型,对20 t熔铝炉炉内传热及烟气流动进行了数值模拟,得到了炉内气体温度场、流场的分布情况,为不换向蓄热式熔铝炉的应用提供了理论基础。改造后,实际的节能效果验证了模拟的正确性。 相似文献
