世界上发展合成脂肪酸工业有二种类型,一种是食用油产量较多的国家,如美国人均年产量约为55公斤,主要发展生产天然油脂中少有或没有的合成脂肪酸工业,例如生产<C11的脂肪酸用以制造合成润滑油等。另一种类型是食用油产量较少的国家,如苏联和我国,要求工业用脂肪酸尽量不从天然油脂中提取,用合成的>C12脂肪酸来代替食用油用于工业用途。我国肥皂工业消耗的脂肪酸约占工业用油的80%左右,因此发展合成脂肪酸的出发点是多生产皂用合成脂肪酸,以节约肥皂工业中食用油的用量。 相似文献

Fatty acids are widely used in industries for various applications as soaps or in their crystalline form. Fatty acid soaps are used as surface-active agent to stabilize foams and emulsions, for detergency, and surface wetting. Fatty acid molecules in organic solvents are used as low-molecular-mass organic gelators. Currently, there is a renewed interest in using fatty acids in industrial applications instead of petrochemical surfactants since fatty acid soaps are green surfactants. Fatty acids exhibit also many advantages, including the design of responsive soft-materials. Fatty acid soaps are natural pH and thermoresponsive surfactants, which can lead to responsive foams and emulsions. In their crystalline form, fatty acid crystals in both aqueous and non-aqueous solvents stabilize liquid foams. These crystals are also efficient in the production of liquid marbles. Fatty acids are solvosurfactants with the ability to form microemulsions and capillary suspensions. In this review, we illustrate how fatty acid molecules can be used in the manufacture of multiresponsive soft-materials ranging from aqueous and non-aqueous foams, emulsions, nanoemulsions, microemulsions, liquid marbles and capillary suspensions. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to characterize the fatty acid composition of the core and membrane of differently sized milk fat globules separated by microfiltration, which can now be used to manufacture dairy products. Native milk fat globules of various mean diameters, ranging from d43 = 2.3 µm to 8.0 µm, were obtained using microfiltration of raw whole milk. After milk fat globule washing, the milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) and the triglyceride core (TC) were separated by manual churning. After total lipid extraction from each fraction, their fatty acid composition was characterized using methyl ester analysis by gas chromatography. Regardless of season, no significant differences were observed in the fatty acid composition of the MFGM phospholipids. Conversely, significant differences were found in the fatty acid composition of TC; particularly, small fat globule TC contained more medium‐chain fatty acids and less stearic acid than large fat globule TC. These results show that the previously observed differences in total fatty acid composition among differently sized milk fat globules are due to their triglyceride composition and MFGM amount rather than to the composition of the MFGM. 相似文献

Omega-3 fatty acids, namely docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid, have been linked to several beneficial health effects (i.e. mitigation effects of hypertension, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, schizophrenia, asthma, macular degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.). The main source of omega-3 fatty acids is fish oil; lately however, fish oil market prices have increased significantly. This has prompted a significant amount of research on the use of single-cell oils as a source of omega-3 fatty acids. Some of the microbes reported to produce edible oil that contains omega-3 fatty acids are from the genus Schizochytrium, Thraustochytrium and Ulkenia. An advantage of a single cell oil is that it usually contains a significant amount of natural antioxidants (i.e. carotenoids and tocopherols), which can protect omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation, hence making this oil less prone to oxidation than oils derived from plants and marine animals. Production yields of single cell oils and of omega-3 fatty acids vary with the microbe used, with the fermentative growing conditions, and extractive procedures employed to recover the oil. This paper presents an overview of recent advances, reported within the last 10 years, in the production of single cell oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids. 相似文献

乌柏是我国四大木本油料之一,种子含油量高,乌桕梓油是由种仁榨取所得的液体油脂,是轻工业、食品和国防等行业的重要油源。乌桕梓油甲酯化后,利用100 m×0.25 mm的GC毛细管柱,气相色谱法测定乌桕梓油的脂肪酸组成。测定结果表明:乌桕梓油中饱和脂肪酸占10.68%,以棕榈酸含量最高,占7.52%。不饱和脂肪酸占89.13%,单不饱和脂肪酸占18.63%,以油酸含量最高,占14.55%;多不饱和脂肪酸占70.50%;其中含量最高的为人体所必需的脂肪酸亚油酸和α-亚麻酸,分别占30.77%和39.30%。还含有相当数量天然植物中少有的奇数碳原子脂肪酸十一烷酸,占0.29%。其中月桂烯酸(占3.19%)和十一烷酸未见报道。 相似文献
