高校学生管理预警系统的研究与设计

利用网络和计算机技术,设计了一个高校学生管理预警应用软件系统。该系统使用数据仓库技术,通过大量的学生信息数据,对预警对象、范围、预警指标、信息进行分析和评估,发布危机预告,及时发现和识别潜在的或现实的危机因素。系统包括:学籍预警、贫困生预警、心理预警和违纪预警等。提供了固定网络Web、移动手机二种方式登陆查询和接收预警信息,可以即时查看,实时传输。     

嵌入式气象预警信息接收系统的设计与实现

设计了一种基于ARM920T微处理器和GPRS网络的无线气象预警信息接收系统。该系统采用GPRS作为信息接收的桥梁,通过短消息业务接收气象预警信息,利用嵌入式Linux操作系统资源和图形开发库QT／E实现气象预警信息的显示、语音播报。该方案有效地缩短了接收延迟时间,提高了预警信息接收的有效性,避免了传统的气象预警接收方式无法及时应对突发性气象灾害的情况。     

气象预警信息微博自动发布系统的设计与实现

为解决微博气象服务中预警信息发布遇到的实际问题,依托国家突发事件预警信息发布系统和基于HTTP协议的网络编程技术,设计开发了气象预警信息微博自动发布系统。对系统的总体结构、功能模块、实现过程、关键技术和系统测试结果进行了详细阐述,并分析了系统的不足之处。     

网络安全分布式预警体系结构研究

文章提出了一个网络安全分布式预警体系结构，对实现该体系结构所涉及的相关技术和方法进行了研究。将整个受保护网络划分为若干安全域。每个安全域由若干探测器代理、一个预警中心和其它网络节点组成。在每个安全域中，处在不同网段的探测器代理负责收集网络数据，并通过建立适应性异常检测模型和采用异常评估方法，能够对网络中可能发生的异常行为进行实时分析。预警中心接收本安全域各探测器代理的异常分析结果，结合其它安全信息进行数据融合，生成预警信息并根据被预警行为的目的IP地址传送到目的安全域。同时，预警中心也接收其它安全域传来的预警信息(包括入侵信息)，进而在网络上实现分布式预警。通过分布式预警，能够使安全监管系统在攻击发生前预先采取一些防护措施，增强网络的安全。     

辽宁省突发事件预警信息一体化发布系统设计与实现

突发事件预警信息,是指可能发生,可能造成严重社会危害,可以预警的自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生、社会安全事件信息。辽宁在十三五期间气象防灾减灾基层工作机构已经逐步健全,灾害防御机制逐渐完善,因此建立了一套较为完整的具有多种预警信息传播渠道的突发事件预警信息发布系统解决部分公众的预警信息接收问题,使我省应对突发公共事件的能力提高一个台阶已经十分紧迫。辽宁省突发事件预警信息一体化发布系统因此得以建设,该系统通过AngularJS组件化前端、核心控制软件等开发以及后台数据库的建设实现辽宁省权威、顺畅、高效的、多渠道突发事件预警确保信息及时、准确发布。

高精度北斗卫星定位的尾矿库在线监测

利用高精度北斗卫星接收机作为主要测量设备再辅以其他传感器、通信网络、计算机服务器,建立一整套基于北斗高精度定位的尾矿库在线监测系统,其可用于远程自动化尾矿库安全监控、安全分析评价及安全预警管理,确保尾矿库的安全。     

基于北斗/GPS的网络授时系统设计

针对电脑主机多采用BIOS内时钟而导致系统时间不精确的问题,提出一种基于北斗/GPS芯片的网络授时系统设计;该系统采用可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)作为主控芯片,接收北斗/GPS双模芯片提供的UTC时间码流,解码并通过网口发送到PC机上作为精准时间;同时多个设备间相互连接,实现多设备之间的数据传输,增强系统的稳定性和可靠性,传输速率可达100 Mbps;实验证明:北斗/GPS接收信号稳定,传输的时间信息准确,北斗/GPS所解时间信息误差不超过80 ns,设备与PC机100 Mbps传输速率误差在1~2 ms,系统稳定、可靠。     

嵌入式系统辐射干扰对北斗接收性能的影响研究

北斗与GPS的卫星信号频段不同,一些固有的嵌入式系统设计又未改进,经常会出现系统辐射干扰影响北斗接收模块信号捕获灵敏度的情况。本文以北斗卫星导航系统的B1频点接收模块为例,介绍北斗接收模块的组成、嵌入式系统与北斗接收模块的关系;分析嵌入式系统造成的辐射干扰对北斗接收模块捕获灵敏度产生负面影响的原因,并总结出一些改进措施和设计中需要避免的情况。     

Only connect: teaching, technology and telesis

Abstract This paper describes an approach to the design of interactive multimedia materials being developed in a European Community project. The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Conditions needed for fruitful dialogue are described and the generic model for learning design used in the project is explained.     

European Community policy and the market

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.     

一种自适应子融合集成多分类器方法

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。     

Avoiding semantic and temporal gaps in developing software intensive systems

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This article discusses such gaps and a systems development process for avoiding them.     

基于QTE的蒙古文显示机制研究与实现

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。     

Designing economic np control charts: A programmed simulation approach

This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.     

基于AD9626的模拟信号采集存储卡设计

自然界的绝大部分信号都是以模拟的形式存在,因此模拟信号的采集转换存储在数字时代十分关键。文章讨论了在雷达信号处理领域基于AD9626的AD采集存储卡的设计原理、硬件结构和程序设计与芯片配置等问题,为今后相关领域的研究提供了可参考的方案。     

The development of robot art

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. 煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计及其仿真实现

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.     

A human-computer interface for non-computer specialists

The COM teleconferencing system was designed to be easy to use for both beginners and people with much computer experience. A number of design choices in organizing the human-computer interface were considered very carefully. These design problems are not unique for teleconferencing applications, but will appear in many other developments of human-computer interfaces for non-computer specialists. This report discusses naming conventions, menu format, user commands, help facility and the treatment of ‘type ahead’ from the users.
