在智能车自动寻迹系统中,自动寻线、避障及速度控制是智能车自动寻迹控制的基本功能。用于检测路径引导线的光电传感器阵列采用发光二极管和光敏电阻制作,检测车速和障碍物的功能则采用反射式红外光电传感器FS-359F实现,采用单片机STC12C5A60S2作为控制器,通过PWM控制方式对驱动电机进行调速,并根据路面和车速信息进行转向控制。试验表明,采用上述光电传感器的智能小车寻迹控制系统实现了智能小车沿路径引导线自动避障行驶。系统体积小、成本低、性能稳定可靠。 相似文献

随着九杆二自由度机构在轻工、包装机械等设备中的广泛应用,研究其预定轨迹的寻迹算法显得尤其重要。以药品包装盒开内盒九杆二自由度机构为研究对象,将其转化为两种八杆单自由度机构,建立相应的运动分析数学模型;通过运动学仿真分析,获得两种八杆单自由度机构的运动区域,得到九杆二自由度机构的运动轨迹与运动范围;再在将机构与工艺轨迹参数化基础上,建立其约束条件,提出了九杆二自由度机构实现预定轨迹的寻迹算法,并通过寻迹算法获得开内盒九杆二自由度机构开内盒运动轨迹的原动件控制参数;最后,对寻迹算法进行完善,并应用获得的控制参数进行运动仿真,验证了寻迹算法的正确性。 相似文献

To achieve weight and cost reductions in component manufacturing, tailored blank is introduced for forming automotive structural skin components. In order to obtain successful application of tailored blanks without necessarily trimming after the forming process, it is critical to design an initial welded blank and to predict the weld line movement, which is usually determined by intuition and experience with the trial-and-error approach. A systematic approach method of the backward tracing scheme, which is confirmed by experiment, is extended to design the initial tailored blank for net-shape production in this study. The optimised tailored blank by the backward tracing scheme appears to be successful in obtaining a net-shape stamping product. This blank also improves the forming condition during stamping process. All simulation results show that the backward tracing scheme can be applied to more general blank design. 相似文献

锡膏印刷是表面贴装技术(Surface Mount Technology, SMT)产线质量管控的重要环节。目前该环节的各类参数对质量的影响程度不明确,导致质量追溯的准确度较低,难以精准确定SMT产品质量问题的根原因。针对此问题,提出了一种改进模糊诊断的SMT产线质量追溯方法。该方法基于改进模糊诊断构建动态锡膏印刷质量追溯模型,并利用sigmoid函数更新隶属度,实现诊断结果的动态更新。通过某通讯企业SMT产线多批次生产数据进行了应用验证,实现了锡膏印刷环节缺陷发生的定性定量根原因的准确分析。 相似文献

为了在显像管生产线上对生产工序单个产品进行质量跟踪和追溯,提出了通过条形码识别单个显像管的方法,在线采集了各个工序对每个显像管的处理参数和检查结果,建立了每个显像管的生产档案,实现了显像管全生产过程质量跟踪和全寿命质量追溯,提高了生产线质量管理水平。为了保证标签内容的实时性和粘贴位置的一致性,在生产现场采用工控机和机械手实时打印和粘贴条形码标签;为了排除人为干扰、提高可靠性,采集数据以可编程逻辑控制器为核心,通过现场总线和以太网的多层网络传送至数据库中。采用Web技术实现了数据统计和分析,满足不同层次多用户对产品生产数据的查询要求。 相似文献

为提高学生营养餐生产的安全性和质量,设计了一种可全程实时监控营养餐生产链各环节的嵌入式智能数据采集终端。终端的硬件采用S3C6410微处理器通过各种接口扩展智能模块,采集生产现场场景信息、食品原料及半成品的温湿度信息以及食品加工过程信息等各重要节点的信息;终端用户软件在硬件平台基础上采用ARM-Linux嵌入式软件技术实现所需功能。测试结果表明,采集终端结构简单,软硬件可进行模块化组态,实现了所需各种信息的实时采集,实时显示,实时存储和定时上传;终端的应用为营养餐生产链的智能化监控以及最终实现营养餐食品安全追溯奠定了良好基础。 相似文献

目的:对于采用双折射滤光器系统的太阳磁场望远镜,滤光器的研制质量直接影响透过谱线形状,进而影响太阳磁场的测量。方法:从单轴晶体的双折射性质出发,应用光线追迹方法,研究了滤光器系统中光的传播规律,将光线的传播方向、相位信息和振动状态用入射角、入射光方位角和晶体参量表示出来,结合偏振光的干涉原理,辅助计算机编程,分析了多种误差源对透过谱线形状的影响,为滤光器的研制提供了可靠依据。结果:通过与Evans离轴效应公式的对比,得到0.7%的最大相对误差,从而验证了本文方法的正确性。 相似文献

The wheel-rail contact problems, such as the number, location and the track of contact patches, are very important for optimizing the spatial structure of the rails and lowering the vehicle-turnout system dynamics. However, the above problems are not well solved currently because of having the difficulties in how to determine the multi-contact, to preciously present the changeable profiles of the rails and to establish an accurate spatial turnout system dynamics model. Based on a high-speed vehicle-turnout coupled model in which the track is modeled as flexible with rails and sleepers represented by beams, the line tracing extreme point method is introduced to investigate the wheel-rail multiple contact conditions and the key sections of the blade rail, longer nose rail, shorter rail in the switch and nose rail area are discretized to represent the varying profiles of rails in the turnout. The dynamic interaction between the vehicle and turnout is simulated for cases of the vehicle divergently passing the turnout and the multi-point contact is obtained. The tracks of the contact patches on the top of the rails are presented and the wheel-rail impact forces are offered in comparison with the contact patches transference on the rails. The numerical simulation results indicate that the length of two-point contact occurrence of a worn wheel profile and rails is longer than that of the new wheel profile and rails; The two-point contact definitely occurs in the switch and crossing area. Generally, three-point contact doesn’t occur for the new rail profile, which is testified by the wheel-rails interpolation distance and the first order derivative function of the tracing line extreme points. The presented research is not only helpful to optimize the structure of the turnout, but also useful to lower the dynamics of the high speed vehicle-turnout system. 相似文献

In this paper we propose a novel real-time Biscuit Tile Segmentation (BTS) method for images from ceramic tile production line. BTS method is based on signal change detection and contour tracing with a main goal of separating tile pixels from background in images captured on the production line. Usually, human operators are visually inspecting and classifying produced ceramic tiles. Computer vision and image processing techniques can automate visual inspection process if they fulfill real-time requirements. Important step in this process is a real-time tile pixels segmentation. BTS method is implemented for parallel execution on a GPU device to satisfy the real-time constraints of tile production line. BTS method outperforms 2D threshold-based methods, 1D edge detection methods and contour-based methods. Proposed BTS method is in use in the biscuit tile production line. 相似文献
