随着无线通信系统的快速发展,尤其是5G时代的来临,带通滤波器作为射频前端的选频器件被广泛应用于各种系统.近年来,人们对通信的需求日益提升,因此滤波器的小型化、低成本以及高性能等方面的要求成为业内研究的重点.现代工艺技术的发展为带通滤波器的设计提供了多种方法,如使用阶跃阻抗谐振器设计微带带通滤波器、利用互补开环谐振器作为基本谐振单元构造宽带带通滤波器和基于E型双模谐振器设计微带带通滤波器等.然而,这些微带滤波器的尺寸较大,令实现小型化的目标难以实现.由于集总元件具有体积小、成本低、带宽宽、元件间相互作用小等优点,在射频器件设计中发挥着重要作用.相较于基于集成无源器件(Integrated Passive Device,IPD)工艺和低温共烧陶瓷(Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic,LTCC)工艺的带通滤波器,这种单层宽带带通滤波器具有更低的生产成本、更少的损耗限制,以及避免了基于表面贴装器件的成本和制造公差等问题.由于其采用交指电容和微带电感的简单实现方式,该方法所设计的滤波器还具有工艺简单和体积小的优点.基于单层印刷电路板(Printed Circuit ...  相似文献

太赫兹波因其独特的频谱特性,在天文观测、星际通信、国防安全等领域有着重要的交叉前沿应用。滤波器作为太赫兹探测/通信系统中关键器件之一,能够提取特征信号并抑制干扰频率,提高系统的目标探测性能。近年来,得益于高精确度制备工艺的快速发展,太赫兹波导滤波器的研究进展已取得突破性成果,基于不同类型、结构、工艺的太赫兹波导滤波器被深入研究。该综述从太赫兹频段加工工艺方面入手,阐述了太赫兹频段波导滤波器的发展现状和普遍问题,并总结了主流工艺下滤波器的优缺点,为太赫兹高性能波导滤波器的进一步发展提供参考。  相似文献

针对当前6G无线通信系统对3 mm毫米波器件的需求急速增加,为了提前应对在这一频段的通信协议划分,利用金属谐振腔和矩形波导设计出一款中心频率为102.03 GHz的单频带通滤波器。然后,基于多模传输理论将其优化为一款中心频率分别为96.83和106.31 GHz的单通道双频带通腔体滤波器。采用交叉耦合的方式引入传输零点,设计出一款在98~105 GHz的工作范围内,具有98.49、99.79和104.20 GHz三个中心频率的超窄带三频带通腔体滤波器,其3 dB相对带宽分别为0.32%、0.63%和0.30%。采用基于SU-8负性光刻胶的UV-LIGA工艺对样品进行加工,并使用搭建的W波段电磁性能测试平台完成对样品射频性能的测试,测试结果与仿真结果具有良好的一致性。  相似文献

薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)是优良的射频频率器件.用基本Mason模型对FBAR器件进行建模,并分析阐述了FBAR射频滤波器的结构和设计方法.在此模型和设计方法基础上,对多输入多输出(MIMO)的1900MHz个人通信服务(PCS)频段和800 MHz蜂窝(Cellular)频段终端的FBAR射频多工滤波器进行了设计和性能分析.滤波器用ADS软件进行仿真和优化,仿真结果表明,本设计比Avago公司主流产品ACFM-7101性能要好,特别是带内纹波.  相似文献

提出了一种Ka频段具有极窄通带的波导带通滤波器方案.采用模式匹配法对滤波器进行全波分析,设计并研制了一只相对带宽约0.1%的Ka频段窄带带通滤波器,典型性能为中心频率处插入损耗小于2.1dB,带内驻波比小于1.20:1,损耗起伏小于0.30dB,测试结果与全波分析数据一致,说明方案有效.  相似文献

设计了一款基于基片集成波导的ku波段卫星通信的带通滤波器。描述了位于SIW内部的金属通孔的等效电路模型,并分析通孔直径、位置等关键参数对滤波器性能的影响。针对基于中心位置的SIW带通滤波器带宽较窄的问题,提出偏置金属通孔SIW带通滤波器的设计方法,从而增大滤波器的带宽。并通过对改进后的基片集成波导带通滤波器的仿真,验证了设计的正确性和方法的有效性。  相似文献

设计并实现了基于0.18 μm CMOS工艺的2.4 GHz无线传感网(Wireless Sensor Network)射频接收机低中频有源复数带通滤波器.该滤波器采用基于积分器单元的复数带通滤波器结构,同时实现镜像抑制和信号滤波的功能.仿真结果表明,复数带通滤波器的中心频率为2 MHz,通带带宽为2.4 MHz,通带电压增益约为12.5 dB,镜像抑制大于30 dB,相邻信道阻带衰减大于40 dB,噪声系数小于15 dB,消耗电流为5 mA.通过系统验证,本设计各项性能均满足无线传感网射频接收机的设计要求.  相似文献

基于多频段通信系统的发展需要,利用紧凑微带结构设计了一款新型双频带通滤波器。利用等边三角形贴片谐振结构,并配属与地平面相连的金属过孔,激励出2个不同的谐振峰。基于该新型谐振单元设计的滤波器具备双通带特性,通过引入缺陷地结构(DGS)和微带短枝节线,双频带通滤波器在频率选择性能上得到很大提升。该滤波器工作频段为2.4,5.8 GHz,对应的3 dB带宽为230,920 MHz。测试结果表明,原型滤波器呈现出双频带通特性,且与电磁仿真结果相互印证。  相似文献

本文提出了一种超宽带带通滤波器的改进设计方法,通过这种设计方法能够有效展宽阻带,实现谐波抑制的效果.该设计方式基于微带和共面波导(CPW)耦合的结构,其中,微带与输入,输出共面波导分别设计在介质基板的两个不同面上.本文在输入/输出端口附近的共面波导中心导带处做了改进,用于抑制高频段的谐波,从而在保证通带性能良好的基础上,有效抑制了寄生通带.文中给出了改进后滤波器的结构以及通过仿真和实验获得的性能参数,结果显示该滤波器具有良好的谐波抑制作用,使得阻带的高端达到20.0GHz,约为中心频率的3倍左右.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3-D) ceramic stereolithography has been developed and used to manufacture RF devices using periodic structures. To our knowledge, it is the first time that zirconia and high-performance Ba3ZnTa2O9 ceramics are used with that process to manufacture high unloaded quality factor resonant structures and bandpass filters working in the Ka-band. A theoretical study on the performances of periodic arrangements of high-permittivity structures has been carried out and has led to the manufacture of a high unloaded quality factor cavity and narrow three-pole filter (1% bandwidth) measured at a working frequency of 33 GHz  相似文献

The devices are reasonably small, of high Q, and low loss tangent (tan δ). Problems of analysis and synthesis of microwave selective devices are solved in the case when such devices are the bandpass filters based on thin plane transverse metal diaphragms in ridge waveguides. The vector eigenfunctions and cutoff wave numbers of waveguides are calculated with the help of the partial-domain method taking into account the edge singularity of the electromagnetic field. The multimode scattering matrices of a cascade connection of reentrant resonators are calculated with allowance for the interaction of irregularities via higher modes of evanescent H and E waves in a waveguide. The amplitude-frequency and phase characteristics and the dimensions of synthesized bandpass filters are presented for the case of Π and H-waveguides.  相似文献

A very simple yet accurate design procedure for the finline bandpass filters at millimeter wavelengths is presented. The technique enables the geometry of finline bandpass filters to be obtained accurately from simple closed-form equations and curves. Using this graphical approach, various millimeter-wave finline bandpass filters have been designed. Results in V-band (50 to 75 GHz) and W-band (75 to 110 GHz) are presented and indicate a good agreement between the calculated and measured performances.  相似文献

To meet the increasing demand for high-performance filters in gigahertz radio-communication systems, we have improved the design techniques and fabrication processes for surface-acoustic wave (SAW) devices. The standard optical projection printing technique based on i-line lithography used for mass-production was optimized, thus attaining a linewidth of 0.3 μm. As a first SAW device prototype, we designed and fabricated a ladder-type bandpass filter from LiTaO3 substrates, at 3.15 GHz having a 3 dB-bandwidth of 128 MHz and a minimum insertion loss of 1.7 dB  相似文献

This paper presents coplanar stripline (CPS) resonators and their practical implementations to filters. Five types of CPS resonator are built using open and short-ended strips. Lumped-element equivalent circuits are presented for each resonator. Their performances are investigated and compared in terms of Q factor or bandwidth. Two types of bandpass filter are developed with the resonators. The bandpass filters have low-passband insertion losses and wide-stopband suppression bandwidths. Lumped-element equivalent circuits are presented for the bandpass filters. A wide-band CPS-to-microstrip transition is developed for the measurements. The back-to-back transition has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB and a return loss of better than 10 dB for the frequency range from 1.3 to 13.3 GHz (1:10.2)  相似文献

Compact bandpass filters are being developed using Mobius wire-loaded cavity resonators. Initial results on tuned filters indicate that excellent filter characteristics can be attained in devices that are significantly smaller than traditional wire-loaded cavity technologies. A novel quad-mode Mobius resonator is presented which occupies the same volume as a dual-mode Mobius resonator. A four-pole bandpass filter is demonstrated using a single quad-mode Mobius resonator. Precisely controlled dielectric loading of dual-mode Mobius wire resonators has been implemented to realize bandpass filters. A generalized electromagnetic crystal (EC) Green function (GF) multiple scattering technique (MST) that permits the simulation of transverse electric and magnetic waves in 2-D EC devices created by replacing crystal cylinders by nonconforming ones is presented. The EC may be defined on a square or triangular lattice. Both EC and nonconforming cylinders can be of arbitrary shape and composition. Integral equations in terms of equivalent currents residing on circular surfaces centered about the nonconforming cylinders are constructed using GFs innate to the background EC. Contrary to the (conventional) free-space GF MST, the proposed generalized EC GF MST yields sparse systems of equations that can be solved efficiently by multifrontal methods. A combination of the generalized EC GF MST with a volume integral-equation- and/or finite-element-based scheme to calculate scattering matrices of noncircular/inhomogeneous/plasmonic cylinders yields a very powerful tool that permits simulating wave propagation in a very broad class of EC devices. The generalized EC GF MST is applied to the analysis of a wide variety of practical EC devices, including a third-order Chebyshev bandpass filter, a pair of power dividers, two channel drop filters, a large multiplexer-demultiplexer, a set of bended waveguides, and waveguide filters comprising noncircular or plasmonic cylinders  相似文献

New types of evanescent-mode bandpass filters based on the ridged waveguide sections are considered. Insertion of additional inductive strips between the ridge sections enables one to reduce the longitudinal filter size, increase the cross section of the ridged waveguide housing, and achieve a sufficient improvement of stopband characteristics. 微带发夹型带通滤波器具有尺寸小、结构简单、性能稳定等优点,在射频微波领域有着广泛的应用。 本文使用ADS 软件设计仿真了一种高选择性抽头式发夹型带通滤波器。与一般发夹型滤波器相比,该滤波器在输 入输出端并联四分之一波长开路微带线,通过在寄生通带增加传输零点的方法提高滤波器的带外抑制性能。另外, 在该滤波器的谐振单元上增加并联阶跃阻抗枝节,在通带两侧产生一对传输零点,来提高该发夹型带通滤波器的选 择性。最后对这种高选择性发夹型带通滤波器进行实物加工,测试结果证实了该带通滤波器的良好选择性能。  相似文献
