以葫芦巴种子提取物为原料,配制保湿霜、抗氧化霜、保湿水,对配制的3种护肤品进行了理化指标、稳定性、保湿能力、抗氧化能力、防晒功效、安全性和抑菌性测试。结果表明,保湿霜和抗氧化霜、保湿水的理化指标和稳定性分别符合我国行业标准QB/T1857—2013、QB/T2660—2004的要求。葫芦巴种子提取物的添加使得护肤品具有抗菌性,葫芦巴护肤品具有较好的保湿效果和防晒效果,葫芦巴抗氧化霜能有效清除皮肤表面的自由基,其与小麦胚芽油、葡萄籽油、维生素E共同作用对2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐自由基(ABTS+·)、羟基自由基(HO·)、超氧自由基(O2–·)的清除率分别达95.2%、68.2%、85.5%。  相似文献

在基质配方基础上,通过添加多种活性成分,制备出具有保湿和抗氧化功效的活肤霜。测试了其感官和理化指标、保湿性以及抗氧化性,并对皮肤使用后的功效进行了评价。结果表明:抗氧化活肤霜的感官和理化指标均符合我国润肤膏霜行业标准QB/T 1857-2013的要求;在室温、相对湿度为75%和43%的环境中放置8 h后,保湿率分别为-0.46%和-0.98%;当质量浓度为5 mg/mL时,对DPPH·、·OH和·O-23种自由基的清除率分别为61.0%、93.6%和70.7%;连续使用抗氧化活肤霜90 d后,75%以上的受试者皮肤的水分含量、弹性、胶原蛋白水平均有所提升,油脂含量也有一定的降低,55%的受试者皮肤的色素含量有所降低。  相似文献

制备了椰子油脂质体并对其粒径分布及形态进行测定。将其应用于保湿霜的制备,对保湿霜进行了感官指标、理化指标、保湿性和抗氧化性测定。结果表明,椰子油脂质体粒径主要分布在10μm,形态为圆形或椭圆形结构;在相对湿度43%±1%条件下,椰子油脂质体保湿霜保湿率可达65.84%±0.2%,且对DPPH自由基、羟自由基、超氧自由基清除率分别为5.98%±0.3%,63.64%±0.2%和14.10%±0.2%,均高于椰子油保湿霜,说明椰子油脂质体保湿霜能提高保湿霜的保湿性和抗氧化性。  相似文献

为探索天然植物提取物美容护肤的功效,研究了地木耳Nostoc commune Vauch.(普通念珠藻)醇提物和水提物的抗氧化、保湿和防晒效果。结果表明,地木耳提取物对羟自由基(·OH)和过氧化氢(H2O2)具有良好的清除能力,且失水率低、紫外线吸收能力强,具有良好的抗氧化、保湿和紫外线防护效果。不同品系地木耳的提取物在抗氧化、保湿和抗紫外线效果上无显著性差异,醇提物的效果略优于水提物。  相似文献

以柠檬酸单硬脂酸甘油酯为主乳化剂,与单硬脂酸甘油酯及聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯进行复配,选择肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、茶籽油和辛酸葵酸甘油三酯等作为油相,通过正交设计方法探讨了最佳保湿霜基质配方,在此基质配方中添加多种活性成分,配制出保湿霜完整配方,并对其理化指标、感官指标进行了探讨。结果表明,在低相对湿度(43%)条件下,8 h后保湿霜的吸湿率为1.8%,在高相对湿度(85%)条件下,8 h后保湿霜的吸湿率为0.6%,说明该保湿霜具有优良的保湿作用。保湿霜的感官及理化指标均符合行业标准要求。  相似文献

通过将不同质量浓度的丹参、甘草提取物和六胜肽分子复配制备护肤水,研究了其对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除率及保湿性,得到了含丹参、甘草提取物和六胜肽分子复配护肤水的较佳配方。结果表明,在室温下,质量浓度为0.15 g/L的丹参、质量浓度为0.075 g/L的甘草提取物和质量浓度为10 g/L的六胜肽分子复配的护肤水抗氧化性能较好,其对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别达到91.84%、77.08%,保湿度为93.51%,感官评价和理化指均标达到化妆品的行业标准。  相似文献

由于芽孢杆菌及其细胞外代谢物具有抗氧化、抗菌等性能被用于护肤品中。通过盐酸沉淀法从芽孢杆菌ZYCHH-01发酵产物中提取出活性物质,采用自由基清除率为指标评价提取物的体外抗氧化活性,通过牛津杯扩散实验评估提取物的抗菌能力,通过急性皮肤刺激和人体涂抹实验检测了添加提取物面霜的生物安全性。结果表明,该提取物对DPPH·和ABTS+·具有一定的清除活性,其半清除率(IC50)分别为0.73和0.26 g/L。该提取物对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌均有抑制作用,可使细菌形貌受到严重受损。在中国化妆品行业,单一的尼泊金酯最高使用量为0.4wt%,混合酯的最高使用量为总体的0.8wt%,当提取物质量浓度为8 g/L(0.8wt%)时,能有效抑制6种常见的致病菌生长,具有替代市售防腐剂的可行性;且所制备的面霜具有安全性、无皮肤刺激性。  相似文献

采用超声细胞破碎辅助水提-醇沉法提取羊栖菜多糖(FSF),测定其抗氧化活性和保湿性能,并用其制备润肤霜,体外评价该润肤霜的保湿性能,使用皮肤外涂实验考察该润肤霜对小鼠皮肤抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:羊栖菜多糖提取物(EFSF)具有较强的自由基清除能力,保湿性能优于甘油;该润肤霜同样具有较好的保湿性能,在干燥环境下198 h的失水率为4.33%,在相对湿度43%环境下198 h的失水率为2.36%;皮肤外涂实验表明,与阴性对照组(仅含基质的润肤霜)、阳性对照组(0.3%熊果苷润肤霜)相比,该润肤霜均可显著增强小鼠皮肤的羟自由基清除能力(403.65 U/mgprot)、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力(810.52 U/gprot)、总抗氧化能力(11.58 U/mgprot)和T-SOD活性(81.11 U/mgprot),显著提高羟脯氨酸含量(43.49 mg/L)以及降低MDA含量(2.12 nmol/mgprot)。  相似文献

Supercritical CO2 extraction (SC-CO2) of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed oil and its chemical composition and antioxidant activity were investigated. A central composite design combined with response surface methodology was used to study extraction conditions including pressure, temperature, and time. The optimum extraction conditions were 28.5?MPa extraction pressure, 41?°C extraction temperature, and 118?min extraction time, where 3.78?% yield was predicted. Fenugreek seed oil extracted under optimum conditions by SC-CO2 was mainly composed of 28.3?% C18:3, 33.45?% C18:2, 9.89?% C16, 8.1?% C18:1, 3.7?% C18, 0.71?% C20, and 0.61?% C22. The fenugreek oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids (nearly 70?% of the total fatty acids), and polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted for 61.42?% (mass percentage) of the total amount. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical-scavenging activity increased from 12.5 to 88.4?% when the concentration was increased from 1 to 12?mg/ml. The reducing power of the seed oil was concentration-dependent. The antioxidant activity of the supercritical fluid extraction extract was superior to those obtained by Soxhlet extraction.  相似文献

The photoprotective skincare products are in high demand to meet the consumer market with concern on skin health. Seed oils are commonly used as ingredients in many cosmetic products due to their natural antioxidants and now being increasingly recognized for their effects on skin health and photoprotection. This article briefly reviews the application of seed oils in sunscreen development focusing on the antioxidants that contribute to photoprotection, thus preventing UV-induced erythema and photoaging. The addition of seed oils that contain specific natural bioactive compounds was discussed in the review. Besides that, seed oils acting in molecular pathways that benefit photoprotection were also summarized. Seed oils (pomegranate seed oil, castor oil, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, grapeseed oil, kenaf seed oil, and pumpkin seed oil) utilization have high potential to act as natural UV filters and at the same time help in skin repairing. The seed oils contributed beneficial properties to the sunscreen formulation due to their synergistic effect with antioxidants, antiaging properties, anti-inflammatory effect, and potential hormetic effect. The finding of specific bioactive compound from seed oils provides a better understanding of the contribution of seed oils in sunscreen formulation.  相似文献

The radical-combining activity of Maillard reaction products [MRP(aq)], produced by heating d-glucose and l-histidine (3:1) in a 0.1 M phosphate buffer for 10 h at 105°C (final pH 6.53), was estimated directly by means of a diphenylpicrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH·) method. Additionally, the indirect methods of peroxide values changes (oven test), hexanal formation, and protection factors (Rancimat method) were determined on a lipid model system that consisted of sunflower seed oil/water (1:2), emulsified with 3% (w/w) Tween 40. Results from the DPPH· method showed a potential antioxidant activity of MRP(aq), which was confirmed by the indirect methods. Surprisingly, histidine in solution alone (heated or not) exhibited an antioxidant activity greater than or similar to the MRP(aq) activity in the indirect methods with the lipid model system, in contrast to the results from the DPPH· method. The suitability of various solvents for extraction of potential antioxidant compounds from freeze-dried MRP(aq) was examined, and ethanol extracts showed the greatest activity by the DPPH· method. Consequently, the ethanol extract of freeze-dried MRP(aq) was separated by means of preparative reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 4.4)/water/acetonitrile gradient system. The antioxidant activity of the eluate was measured through the DPPH· method, and a fraction (Fraction A) with antiradical activity was further purified by preparative HPLC. Fraction B was collected, and its freeze-dried residue exhibited potent antiradical activity, significantly greater than that of the same level of n-propyl gallate.  相似文献
