基于聚焦式模糊综合评判的汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断系统 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对目前汽轮发电机组振动故障的模糊诊断系统精度较低这一问题,本文提出了基于聚焦式模糊综合评判的汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断方法。该方法在文献采用扩展隶属函数和变权重模糊综合评判模型的基础上,提出采用聚焦式计算方法对初始扩展隶属函数进行修正,使得初始扩展隶属曲线中正常与不正常的转折区域被更加细致地刻划,从而大大提高了转折处的分辨率,使故障诊断系统的精度得到明显提高。采用新的诊断策略设计和实现了600MW汽轮发电机组振动故障的模糊诊断系统。用于广东省某电厂的诊断结果表明,这一新的故障诊断方法对于大型汽轮发电机组的振动故障诊断是有效的。 相似文献

在列车提速后S700K型电动转辙机被普遍安装在正线道岔的背景下,本文针对单一故障诊断方法的诊断精度偏低问题,提出了基于信息融合故障诊断模型和故障诊断方法.该方法分别用BP神经网络和模糊综合评判对转辙机进行故障诊断,利用神经网络输出和模糊综合评判输出来构造D-S证据理论中的概率分配,然后利用D-S证据理论将BP神经网络和模糊综合评判对转辙机的故障诊断结果在决策级进行融合,诊断转辙机是否有故障并判断故障的模式.诊断结果表明,该诊断方法具有较高的故障诊断精度,诊断结论的可信度有明显提高. 相似文献

A new method is proposed for selecting the most appropriate rapid prototyping process according to user's specific requirements by using the expert system and fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The selection process is divided into two stages. First, it is necessary to generate feasible alternatives, which are executed under the expert system environment. Second, given those feasible alternatives, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation approach is employed to produce a ranking order of the alternatives and to finalize the most suirapid prototyping system. One distinctive characteristic of this method is that quantitative as well as qualitative measures are employed, providing more accurate results. The decision system developed based on the proposed method is composed of four modules: a database to store the specifications of various rapid prototyping processes; a knowledge-based expert system for determining the feasible alternatives; a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to select the most suitable rapid prototyping process; and a user interface and an expert interface to interact with the system. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation approach used in the system is illustrated in detail by a numerical example. Furthermore, a Java-enabled solution, together with web techniques, is employed for developing such a networked decision support system. Finally, two examples of rapid prototyping process selection are designed to demonstrate the application of the system. The system has been implemented and can run at a rapid prototyping and manufacturing networked service platform that the authors have developed. 相似文献

Abstract This paper investigates the effectiveness of a passive tuned mass damper (TMD) and active fuzzy controllers in reducing structural responses under external forces. In general, TMD is good for linear systems. We propose here a fuzzy controller to deal with nonlinear systems. For the fuzzy controller, a stability criterion in terms of Lyapunov's direct method is derived to guarantee the stability of interconnected TMD systems. Based on decentralized control and this criterion, a set of model‐based fuzzy controllers are then synthesized via the technique of parallel distributed compensation (PDC) to stabilize the nonlinear interconnected TMD system. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the concepts discussed throughout this paper. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a method for ranking any number of normal fuzzy numbers using trapezoidal fuzzy numbers as a general form, where rectangular and triangular fuzzy numbers are particular cases of such a form. This general form is supported by 29 cases, which is enough to consider all the possible situations between two normal fuzzy numbers, such as trapezoidal, triangular, or rectangular. The ranking procedure is performed using four ordering criteria into a pseudo-order preference model considering the type of the fuzzy preference relation. Two examples are given to illustrate and validate the applicability and practicality of this fuzzy ranking method. A comparison and an analysis of the proposed method is presented to demonstrate its usefulness and its contribution to the improvement of the decision making processes as a result of its management of vague or imprecise information, and whether or not that information should be allowed to be entered into such processes. 相似文献

本文对在考虑地震烈度和场地土分类的模糊性的基础上所建立的含模糊参数的地震地面运动随机过程模型,采用分步等效线性化及状态方程法,求出了结构模糊随机变形和能量反应的统计矩;基于单参数(变形或能量)及双参数(变形和能量)的模糊破坏准则,分析了抗震结构的模糊随机动力可靠性。最后给出了两个自由度结构的数值算例,表明双参数准则更为合理和安全。 相似文献
