对GK270N和GN300两种型号密炼机的主要技术参数、结构特点和性能进行比较。GK270N型密炼机属于轻型密炼机,转子强度较低,比较适合斜交轮胎胶料生产;GN300型重型密炼机适用于各种胶料的塑炼、混炼和终炼,特别适用于子午线轮胎胶料的混炼和终炼。建议使用厂家根据实际需要选择更适用于本企业的设备,也可以根据现有的设备状况进行适当改造,使现有设备的功能得到充分发挥。  相似文献

Static micro-mixers are used in precipitation processes to avoid mixing limitations. The mixing performance of these mixers, which are used in this study to mix two streams of different viscosity, is characterized using competitive-parallel chemical reactions and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This work is an extension of a previous paper where mixing of fluids with equal viscosity has been studied [Lindenberg, C., Schöll, J., Vicum, L., Brozio, J., Mazzotti, M., 2008. Experimental characterization and multi-scale modeling of mixing in static mixers. Chemical Engineering Science 63, 4135-4149]. It is found that the mixing performance in terms of reaction yield and mixing time decreases slightly with increasing viscosity ratio in a two jet vortex mixer (Roughton mixer). In the Y-mixer the trend is the same at low flow rates, but it is the opposite at large flow rates due to a symmetry breaking phenomenon. The Roughton mixer is scaled-up using the CFD model and a linear relationship between scale-up factor and mixing time is observed. Finally, it is shown that mixing times can be described satisfactorily as a function of velocity, jet diameter and viscosity.  相似文献

采用实验室微型密炼机(Brabender转矩流变仪)研究了炭黑填充型粉末天然橡胶[P(NR/HAF)]的密炼机塑炼/混炼性能,即塑炼时间、塑炼温度和转速等基本工艺参数对胶料门尼粘度的影响。与传统的块状天然橡胶/炭黑(NR/HAF)的密炼机混炼相比,P(NR/HAF)在密炼机混炼时具有较高的混炼温升和较快的升温速率,使得胶料在较高的温度下被塑炼,从而表现出与传统的NR/HAF不同的密炼机混炼特性,其最佳塑炼温度有所降低。通过逐步回归分析建立的“门尼粘度-塑炼条件”模型可以较好地拟合和预测不同塑炼条件下P(NR/HAF)密炼机塑炼后胶料的门尼粘度。  相似文献

In this paper the mixing effect of the staggered herringbone micromixer (SHM) was investigated by using the slip-driven method. This method simplified the 3D flow in the staggered herringbone micromixer into a 2D cavity flow with an axial Poiseuille flow. The solution of the 2D cavity flow was obtained by solving the biharmonic equation. An improved design with a cosine asymmetric factor P(z) was proposed, and its mixing effect was demonstrated by comparing the effect with the original design [Stroock, A.D., Dertinger, S.K.W., Ajdari, A., Mezic, I., Stone, H.A. and Whitesides, G.M., 2002, Chaotic mixer for microchannels, Science, 295: 647–651; Stroock, A.D., Dertinger, S.K.W., Whitesides, G.M. and Ajdari, A., 2002, Patterning flows using grooved surfaces, Anal Chem, 74: 5306–5312]. Four methods evaluating the mixing effect were used: (1) mixing images at different cycles; (2) Poincaré Sections; (3) segregation intensity and (4) stretching computation. Mixing and segregation is important to industries ranging from food to pharmaceuticals to ceramics. Despite the fact that there have been significant advances recently in the understanding of both free-flowing and cohesive particles, the effects of cohesion on particulate mixing and segregation in even the simplest devices is not well understood. In this paper, we theoretically and experimentally examine the cohesive (here, liquid-bridge induced) mixing and segregation in an annular shear cell. We extend previous theoretical arguments for pseudo-static particle systems to sheared beds and use our theory to develop phase diagrams that correctly predict cohesive particle mixing/segregation. Interestingly, under certain conditions mixing is stronger for small shear rates (i.e., slower stirring) than for high shear rates (i.e., faster stirring).  相似文献

The mixing process of highly viscous liquids in a small stirred tank for High Throughput Experimentation (HTE) apparatus was investigated using a visualization approach, i.e., the Planar Laser-Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) technique. Segregated regions were detected despite a long period of agitation, indicating that the mixing homogeneity can be hardly attained for the mixing of highly viscous liquid. Based on the image analysis of PLIF results, we defined a desegregating time to quantify the mixing process of viscous liquids and to compare the mixing performances under different operating conditions. Eccentric agitation proved to be an efficient way to intensify the mixing of viscous liquid for the fact of significantly reduced desegregating time under the same stirring rate.  相似文献

The method of intermingling of solid particles in a mixing operation has great significance in finding suitable equipment and conditions to render the process more effective. After a survey of various mixing mechanisms, this paper deals with the principal possibilities for their identification, and gives several methods to evaluate artificial concentration patterns resulting from simulating diffusive-type and convection-shear mixing. In addition to the frequency distribution of the sample concentrations, the correlation technique, fractal analysis, phase-space technique, etc., are discussed.  相似文献
