目的:研究积雪草中的化学成分。方法:以硅胶、凝胶等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,以波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,鉴定为阿魏酸二十二酯(1),bayogenin(2),3β-6β-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(3),3β-6β-23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),D-gulonic acid(5)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从积雪草属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

 目的研究白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为2α,3,β23,29-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅰ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅲ),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabino pyranosyl-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅳ),3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→3)-α-L-阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的:研究委陵菜的化学成分及其抗癌活性。方法:用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,得到单体化合物,用各种有机波谱鉴定化合物结构;并对化合物的抗癌活性进行研究。结果:分离得到15个三萜类化合物,鉴定为α-香树素(α-amyrin,1),β-香树素(β-amyrin,2),乌苏酸(ursolic acid,3),2α-羟基乌苏酸(corosolic acid,4),蔷薇酸(euscaphic acid,5),坡模酸(pomolic acid,6),委陵菜酸(tormentic acid,7),2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,8),2β,3β,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2β,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,9),积雪草酸(asiatic acid,10),24-羟基委陵菜酸(24-hydroxy tormentic acid,11),2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(myrianthic acid,12),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,13),2α-羟基齐墩果酸(maslinic acid,14),2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(2α,3α-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid,15)。结论:化合物1,2,4~15为首次从委陵菜中分离得到;化合物4,8~10,12,14和15对人宫颈癌细胞(Hela)和小鼠成纤维细胞(L929)具有一定的细胞毒作用,其中化合物4和9抗癌活性较强。  相似文献

目的:研究樟子松针叶中的化学成分。方法:以硅胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱纯化,得到单体化合物,根据各种有机波谱鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为松叶酸(pinifolic acid,1),15-oxo-8(17)-labden-18-oic acid(2),15-acetoxy-labd-8(17)-en-18-oic acid(3),去氢松香酸(dehydroabietic acid,4),7α-羟基去氢松香酸(7α-hydroxydehydroabietic acid,5),7β-羟基去氢松香酸(7β-hydroxydehydroabietic acid,6)。结论:化合物3~6均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定,化合物3为新天然产物。细胞毒实验显示化合物2,4~6对Hela和A549细胞具有一定的细胞毒作用。  相似文献

目的:研究光叶珙桐 Davidia involucrata var.vilmoriniana 枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱,硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,使用波谱分析技术和理化常数对照等方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从光叶珙桐的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物,分别为没食子酸(3,4,5-trihydroxy-benzoic acid1),鞣花酸(ellagic acid2),顺丁烯二酸(maleic acid3),槲皮素(quercetin4),3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-槲皮素苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside5),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosylester(6),短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(ethyl brevifolin carbosylate7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

对唇形科分药花属植物滨藜叶分药花Perovskia atriplicifolia Benth.的干燥全草90%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分进行化学成分研究,从中分离得到15个化合物。经通过波谱数据分析及与文献对照,该15个化合物的结构分别鉴定为:蓟黄素(cirsimaritin,1),鼠尾草素(salvigenin,2),丁香醛(syringaldehyde,3),咖啡酸乙烯酯(vinyl caffeate,4),2α,3α-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(5),2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(6),niga-ichigoside F1(2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acidO-β-D-glucopyranoside,7),绢毛榄仁苷(sericoside,8),4-epi-niga-ichigoside F1(2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranoside,9),瓜子金皂苷丁(2α,3β,24-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside,10),夏枯草苷(pruvuloside A,11),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),迷迭香酸甲酯(rosmarinic acid methyl ester,13),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,14),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,15)。化合物1~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。  相似文献

 目的 研究两种荚蒾属植物宜昌荚蒾和日本珊瑚树的化学成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法及波谱技术分离纯化并鉴定化合物结构。结果 从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),熊果酸(2),艾纳香素(3),胡萝卜苷(4),(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),adoxoside(7),马钱苷(8)。从日本珊瑚树中分离得到5个化合物,分别为a-香树脂醇(9),熊果酸(2),6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(10),2a-hydroxyursolic acid(11),胡萝卜苷(4)。结论 化合物3,5,7,8为首次从荚蒾属中分离得到;化合物2~5,7,8为首次从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到;化合物4,9,11为首次从日本珊瑚树中分离得到。  相似文献

Two pentacyclic triterpenoids, betulinic acid (3beta-hydroxylup-20-(29)-en-28-oic acid) (3), and ursolic acid (2beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid) (4), were isolated for the first time from leaves of Vitex negundo L. along with three other compounds; an aliphatic alcohol n-hentriacontanol (1), beta-sitosterol (2) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5). Their antifeedant activity against the larvae of an agricultural pest, the castor semilooper (Achoea janata), in a no-choice laboratory assay and their antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli, by the paper disc method, were tested. Ursolic acid (4) showed more effective antifeedant activity than the betulinic acid (3). However, both these compounds have shown a very mild antibacterial activity. The other three compounds; n-hentriacontanol (1), beta-sitosterol (2) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5) have shown a little antifeedant activity against the larvae and did not show any antibacterial activity.  相似文献

Bioassay-directed fractionation of the methanolic extract of the leaves and flowers of Viburnum odoratissimum resulted in the isolation of two new diterpenes, vibsanol A (1) and vibsanol B (2), together with two new triterpenoids, 6beta-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-oxo-27,28-dioic acid (3) and 6alpha-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-oxo-27,28-dioic acid (4). In addition, the known terpenoids vibsanins B and E, and 6alpha-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-oxo-28-oic acid, were also isolated. The structures of the new compounds were established by chemical and spectroscopic means. Vibsanol A (1) and compound 3 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against human gastric (NUGC) tumor cells.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoid saponins (1 and 2) were isolated from the stem bark of Cussonia bancoensis together with the known stigmasterol, ursolic acid, 23-hydroxyursolic acid (3), and 3beta-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. On the basis of their spectroscopic data and on chemical transformations, the structures of the new saponins have been established as 3-O-(alpha-Ll-arabinopyranosyl)-23-hydroxyursolic acid (1) and 3-O-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-23-hydroxyursolic acid (2). In a nitric oxide (NO)-production bioassay, compound 3 exhibited significant NO inhibitory activity, while compounds 1 and 2 were less potent than 3.  相似文献

目的:研究安息香95%乙醇提取物的化学成分.方法:利用色谱方法对安息香化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从安息香95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为19α-羟基-3-氧代齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(1),6β-羟基-3-氧代齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(2),苏门答腊树脂酸(3),泰国树脂酸(4),齐墩果酸(5),4-[( E)-3-乙氧基丙-1-烯基]-2-甲氧基苯酚(6),苯甲酸(7),香草醛(8),香草酸(9),松柏醛(10),去氢双香草醛(11).结论:除苯甲酸外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

Two new oleanane-type triterpenoids (1 and 2), together with two known compounds, 6beta-hydroxy-3-oxo-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid (3) and 3,11-dioxoolean-12-en-28-oic acid (4), were isolated from the stem bark of Liquidamber styraciflua. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined to be 25-acetoxy-3alpha-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and 3alpha,25-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (2) on the basis of spectroscopic methods and chemical conversion. Compound 1 showed strong cytotoxicity against a disease-oriented panel of 39 human cancer cell lines, although compounds 2, 3, and 4 showed weaker activity compared to 1.  相似文献

New ursane-type triterpene 1, oleanane-type triterpene 2, and dammarane-type triterpene 15 were isolated from the leaves of Nerium oleander together with 12 known triterpenes, 3beta-hydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid (ursolic acid, 3), 3beta,27-dihydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid (4), 3beta,13beta-dihydroxyurs-11-en-28-oic acid (5), 3beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-aldehyde (6), 28-norurs-12-en-3beta-ol (7), urs-12-en-3beta-ol (8), urs-12-ene-3beta,28-diol (9), 3beta-hydroxy-12-oleanen-28-oic acid (oleanolic acid, 10), 3beta,27-dihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-oic acid (11), 3beta-hydroxy-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid (betulinic acid, 12), 20(29)-lupene-3beta,28-diol (betulin, 13), and (20S,24R)-epoxydammarane-3beta,25-diol (14). On the basis of their spectroscopic data, the structures of the new compounds 1, 2, and 15 were established as 3beta,20alpha-dihydroxyurs-21-en-28-oic acid, 3beta,12alpha-dihydroxyoleanan-28,13beta-olide, and (20S,24S)-epoxydammarane-3beta,25-diol, respectively. The anti-inflammatory activity of the seven isolated compounds and methyl esters of ursolic acid and oleanoic acid in vitro was examined on the basis of inhibitory activity against the induction of the intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). The anticancer activity of the 14 isolated compounds, including 1, 2, 15, and methyl esters of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in vitro was examined on the basis of the cell growth inhibitory activities toward three kinds of human cell lines.  相似文献
