本研究对武汉市某中专学校246名在校学生的自我和谐水平和自尊水平进行了问卷调查,发现自尊水平与自我和谐水平没有显著的性别差异,中专生的和谐程度显著低于大学生,显著高于高中生,自我和谐水平越高的学生自尊水平越高。  相似文献

高校的思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地,是每个大学生的必修课。教师怎样才能在教学中提高“思想政治理论课”的教学效果是我们必须重视的问题。应注重对思想政治理论课的教学观念、内容、方法等环节的不断创新,尤其应加强对教学内容的思考和教学方法的改革。在教学内容上,贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生,强化针对性,体现时代感,富有感染力,在“精”和“管用”上下功夫;在教学方法上,针对不同的教学内容和教学目的,灵活运用情景案例教学法、问题专题教学法、讨论启发教学法、实践活动教学法等。  相似文献

以南京工业职业技术学院2007级商务英语专业新生为研究对象,对高职大学生的英语词汇水平进行了多层次的实证研究。研究结果表明:英语专业新生的英语词汇水平总体不高,还不能达到教育部对高职院校英语专业学生的大纲词汇水平要求。研究结果还发现:女生的词汇水平显著高于男生,两个平行班级的词汇水平虽没有显著差异,但仍存在着一定的差别。由此得出并建议学校重新认识词汇教学的重要性,加强对学生的词汇教育,提高词汇教学水平。  相似文献

Background

Physicians are confronted with end of life decisions. In this study Berlin medical students were asked about their ethical views and their knowledge of legal regulations with respect to withholding of treatment and euthanasia.

Methods

During the winter term 2002/2003 participants of a compulsary breaking bad news course at the Charité, Universitary Medicine Berlin received a questionnaire about ethical and legal aspects of aid in dying. Statistical analysis was performed using Pearson’s χ2-test

Results

There were 85 respondents (82,5%). 46 medical students (54,1%) knew that the withholding and withdrawal of treatment at the end of life may be legal. 70 (82,3%) thought that this was ethically acceptable. 35 (41,2%) agreed that euthanasia in certain situations is ethically acceptable. 28 (33,0%) agreed that euthanasia should be legal in these situations.

Conclusion

Compared with German doctors less medical students taking part in this study rejected voluntary euthanasia as unethical. Given the uncertainness of the medical students regarding the legal framework and moral judgements about end of life decisions, teaching sessions on ethical and legal aspects of end of life decisions should play a greater role in undergraduate education.  相似文献

从阳光体育的维度对高校大学生的体育锻炼意识与行为进行研究.结果表明:高校大学生体育锻炼的意识特征表现为对体育锻炼有比较高的认知水平,但终身体育意识比较薄弱,对阳光体育概念比较模糊,且多数学生对体育锻炼的兴趣与积极性不高,男女大学生在项目选择上存在者差异性,通过参加体育社团进行体育锻炼的比例较低.据此建议体育教师要注重培养大学生良好的体育价值观,加大对大学生尤其是女大学生的引导力度,充分发挥体育社团在课外体育锻炼中的作用与功能,并在体育锻炼过程中给予必要的技术指导.  相似文献

Definition of the Problem:

The ethical aspects of placebo control in clinical trials have been extensively and controversially debated in the last decade. However, a thorough analytical comparison of the different existing international regulations, their terminologies and their ethical principles concerning placebo is still missing. The central issue in the ongoing controversy is the justification of placebo-use if proven treatment exists. All present versions of the examined guidelines propose such justifications, but each guideline differs from the others in relevant details. Therefore the conditions justifying placebo-use according to each guideline are in the focus of our attention.

Arguments:

First, we will first present a formalized general principle that defines the ethical acceptability of placebo use in all regulations. Then we will analyse three categories of conditions put forward by the different documents: the risk of harm or burden, compelling scientific reasons, and the availability of proven treatment. The analysis shows important normative discrepancies and contradictions between the examined guidelines. Especially striking is the fact that some guidelines allow to expose the participants of clinical trials to be exposed to a risk of serious harm, while others do not.

Conclusion:

The normative difference of each guideline could influence strongly the decision of researchers or IRBs concerning the ethical acceptability of placebo use.  相似文献

对中国朝鲜族大学生和韩国大学生的体重指数(BMI)和体脂率进行了抽样实测,结果表明:中国朝鲜族大学生的体重过轻比例远远高于韩国大学生,具有非常显著性差异;韩国大学生的超重和肥胖比例显著高于中国朝鲜族大学生,均具有非常显著性差异;中国朝鲜族大学生过度肥胖比例略高于韩国大学生,但无统计学意义.韩国男女大学生的身高、体重、BMI、体脂率均值明显高于中国朝鲜族男女大学生,均具有非常显著性差异.  相似文献

Background: Clinical research involving human subjects must be ethically legitimatised by being scientifically valid, satisfying legal norms, and adhering to basic ethical requirements such as informed consent and appropriate risk-benefit ratios. Autonomous institutional review boards (IRB) support researchers in meeting these demands. Methods: We propose and test a systematic approach to the ethical analysis of risks and potential benefits in clinical research involving human subjects. The scheme was applied on all study protocols from the year 2006 presented to the IRB of our medical faculty. Results: 46?% of the 206 analyzed protocols promise some potential direct benefit to study participants. 12?% of the planned research projects offer the chance of benefit for future patients with the same demographic and clinical characteristics as the study participants (??group-benefit??). The reminder of the protocols (42?%) reveal potential benefit only for medicine and science through gaining knowledge of clinical, social, or scientific value. More than minimal risks for research participants were identified in about 53?% of the studies. Our ethical analysis and evaluation resulted in 33 out of 206 protocols (16?%) with an unfavourable and hardly justifiable risk-benefit ratio. Conclusion: The developed taxonomy together with our conceptual framework for comparing and balancing potential research benefit and harm can increase the transparency and facilitate the communication between researchers and IRB members. Clear guidance for the IRBs supports the standardisation and harmonisation of ethical review, advice, and approval procedures.  相似文献

Definition of the problem Since 2003, medical ethics is—in addition to history and theory of medicine—an integral part of medical schools’ curricula. Arguments Analysis of publications about didactics of medical ethics and of teaching curricula shows that a relatively limited number of course hours are aimed at sophisticated cognitive, emotional, and action-oriented goals. Although medical ethics is expected to increase problem solving competence, students’ preparation for difficult moral decisions is still a desideratum. Conclusions In the face of the gap between teaching goals and results, a renewed discussion of teaching goals and curricula is necessary.  相似文献
