研究一种基于FPGA的多路视频合成系统.系统接收16路ITU656格式的视频数据,按照画面分割的要求对视频数据流进行有效抽取和帧合成处理,经过视频编码芯片转换成模拟信号输出到显示器,以全屏或多窗口模式显示多路视频画面.整个系统无需操作系统,利用FPGA的高速并行处理的优势,应用灵活的多路视频信号的合成技术和数字图像处理算法,实现实时多路视频数据的显示.  相似文献

西门子的SINUMERIK 810D/840D/840Di系统是一个开放性的系统.所谓开放性,即允许机床厂家将自己的专有技术加入到系统当中,额外提供更适合特殊应用的显示界面、更方便的操作方式、更简单的加工参数调整等功能,并使其与标准系统无缝连接,从而将一个通用的系统变成专家系统,最终机床制造商借此赢得更大的市场.同时,在国外也有很多独立的解决方案提供者(Solution Provider)自己拥有如刀具监控、远程诊断等特殊技术,当这些技术应用到机床上时,往往需要与数控系统很好地配合才能工作.以往两者可能需要通过数字量或模拟量的输入/输出或者以通讯的方式进行数据交换,这样做的结果可能导致性能下降、安装/调试/操作复杂、难于维护等等问题.而现在这些厂商可以在西门子的开放平台上轻松地实现原有的功能,同时相关技术也更容易被最终用户接受,从而扩大市场份额.  相似文献

In many industrial applications knowledge of the particle size distribution in a fluidized bed and in particular knowledge of the proportion of fines, is extremely important in order to maintain good fluidization quality in the bed, and to prevent too many particles from leaving the cyclones in the gas stream. A common method of monitoring particle size in a laboratory situation is to take a sample of particles from the fluidized bed and use equipment such as a laser diffraction device to analyze the sample, which can be a cumbersome procedure. The objective of this study was to develop an online tool to monitor the proportion of fines in a fluidized bed. A novel online measurement technique for the detection of fines in fluidized beds was developed, which includes a correlation that relates the triboelectric signal to the proportion of fines in the bed.  相似文献

为提高数字图像中的直线的检测速度,从时频域变换和空间域变换两个角度出发,提出了一种改进型数字图像中直线快速检测方法。首先,采用小波提升提取图像中的低频轮廓信息,抑制高频噪声。然后,对像素降低后的图像进行二值化处理;基于"两点确定一条直线"以及Hough变换过程中"图像空间中一条直线上的多个点对应参数空间中一个点"的原理,按照从局部到整体的检测顺序,将二值化后图像空间中的非零点映射到参数空间中具有较大存在概率的累加单元,而不是所有可能的累加单元。最后,对累加单元进行统计,以确定图像中直线的参数。利用该方法对一幅像素为128×128的数字图像进行直线检测,耗时为213ms。该方法有效地提高了数字图像中直线检测的实时性。  相似文献

In an effort to better understand the structure and behaviour of bitumen in low temperature, we describe the first use of cryogenic atomic force microscopy and phase detection microscopy to characterize bitumen nano‐ and micro‐structures. The results were interpreted in light of glass transition temperatures (Tgs) for bitumen fractions. The domains visible by microscopy, the catana, peri and para phases, were attributed to domains rich in asphaltenes, naphthene and polar aromatics, and saturates, respectively. Between ?10°C and ?30°C, atomic force microscopy images revealed topographic features not visible in atomic force microscopy images acquired at room temperature. According to phase detection microscopy and Tgs, the features were assigned to viscous unfrozen saturates. Upon cooling to ?72°C, unfrozen domains of 20–400 nm were observed. These domains were found in the paraphase rich in saturates and in the periphase rich in naphthene aromatics and polar aromatics. The findings indicate that new viscous domains form upon cooling to low temperatures owing to phase segregation, and that some bitumens are never entirely rigid in low temperatures.  相似文献

Second‐harmonic generation (SHG) microscopy has gained popularity because of its ability to perform submicron, label‐free imaging of noncentrosymmetric biological structures, such as fibrillar collagen in the extracellular matrix environment of various organs with high contrast and specificity. Because SHG is a two‐photon coherent scattering process, it is difficult to define a point spread function (PSF) for this modality. Hence, compared to incoherent two‐photon processes like two‐photon fluorescence, it is challenging to apply the various PSF‐engineering methods to improve the spatial resolution to be close to the diffraction limit. Using a synthetic PSF and application of an advanced maximum likelihood estimation (AdvMLE) deconvolution algorithm, we demonstrate restoration of the spatial resolution in SHG images to that closer to the theoretical diffraction limit. The AdvMLE algorithm adaptively and iteratively develops a PSF for the supplied image and succeeds in improving the signal to noise ratio (SNR) for images where the SHG signals are derived from various sources such as collagen in tendon and myosin in heart sarcomere. Approximately 3.5 times improvement in SNR is observed for tissue images at depths of up to ~480 nm, which helps in revealing the underlying helical structures in collagen fibres with an ~26% improvement in the amplitude contrast in a fibre pitch. Our approach could be adapted to noisy and low resolution modalities such as micro‐nano CT and MRI, impacting precision of diagnosis and treatment of human diseases.  相似文献

Melanophore melanosomes organelles can be regulated to move and locate correspondingly to many other different organelle types. Comparing lessons from analysis of a specific melanosome distribution can, therefore, contribute to the understanding of distribution of other organelles, and vice versa. From such data, it is now generally accepted that microtubules provide directed long-distance movement, while cell peripheral movements include microfilaments. In fish melanophores, both actin and dynein exhibit counter-forces to the kinesin-like protein in maintaining the evenly dispersed state, while actin and kinesin exhibit counter-forces to dynein in many other systems. Lessons from elevating cAMP levels indicate the presence of a peripheral feedback regulatory system involved in maintaining the evenly dispersed state. Studies from dynein inhibition suggest that the kinesin-like protein involved in fish melanosome dispersal is regulated in contrast to many other systems. One would further expect melanosome transport to be regulated also on actin/myosin, in order to prevent actin-dependent capture of melanosomes during the microtubule-dependent aggregation and dispersion. General findings will be discussed in comparison with positioning and movement of other organelle types in cells. Finally, recent data on melanosome-dependent organising of microtubules show that dynein is involved in nucleating microtubules extending from melanosome aggregates in melanophore fragments.  相似文献
